I would not say that Real Madrid has an advantage in the upcoming match. Barcelona has already started to feel their game, so Real Madrid should already be worried about this. Real Madrid has its own Karim Benzema, who manages to make matches to his preferences, but does Barcelona have such a player?!

Real Madrid is a top club, Barcelona is no more. Real have a great squad and they play at home, Barcelona play away and their squad is the most they can afford being in a deep financial crisis. Why do you think Real Madrid have no advantage in today's match? For me, this statement looks the most illogical. The bookmakers rate Real as the favorite of the meeting, which means it have an advantage.

1003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 18, 2022, 12:52:18 PM

There are 8 rounds left before the end of the championship and it is hard to expect that Bayern will not lose points at least in a couple of matches (taking into account the fact that they play in the Champions League and all their efforts will be directed to win it).  But can we expect Borussia Dortmund to win all their remaining matches? I highly doubt it as at the moment it only wins 69% of its league matches.
I think the champions in the Bundesliga will not be up for grabs for now even though Dortmund in the last few games have performed quite well and Bayern are stuck with 2 draws and 1 loss in their last 5 matches.
But still they will find it difficult to destroy Bayern's Hegemony, which has ruled the Bundesliga for 9 seasons.

Even though they are now only 4 points adrift, it will still be very difficult considering that Bayern's opponents in the rest of this match can be said to be quite easy.
There are only Freiburg, Dortmund and Union Berlin that threaten there but it will be very difficult for them to lose

Borussia has almost the same calendar as Bayern - almost all teams from the bottom of the standings. Therefore, the advantage of 4 points that Bayern has is decisive in choosing the favorite. Even if Borussia can win at the Allianz Arena, they will still be one point behind. At the moment, bookmakers are accepting bets on the Bavaria championship with odds of 1.03 (I wonder what the point of making such a bet) and on the Borussia championship with odds of 13.3.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 18, 2022, 12:25:27 PM
a few minutes ago the draw was made for the quarterfinals in the cl.
bayern and liverpool were lucky and meet the supposedly weakest clubs in this round. the other two pairings are very balanced. i'm curious if atletico will kick the second manchester team out of the tournament.

If Atlético does this (which actually looks unlikely), then Simeone will be forgiven for a disastrous season. But still, I think that in the semi-finals, three out of four teams are already known: Bayern, Liverpool, Manchester City. A couple of Chelsea - Real Madrid a month ago would have looked balanced, but now, given the problems of Chelsea and the fact that Real began to play much stronger, I would say that Real is the favorite in this pair, but Chelsea certainly has a chance.
1005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 18, 2022, 12:17:08 PM
The upcoming weekend will be pretty easy for the top three, bookmaker quotes everywhere draw them as clear favorites:

Napoli - Udinese
1.5 - 4.6 - 6.6

Inter - Fiorentina
1.53 - 4.7 - 5.9

Cagliari - Milan
5.5 - 4.2 - 1.63

Napoli and Inter look like the safest bets since these will be home matches, but Milan will also likely have no problems against Cagliari. The odds of Juventus against Salernitana are also obvious - 1.23, but I don't see the point in betting here as the odds are too low.
For Milan and Napoli it is possible but I don't think I'm sure about Inter at the moment.
Their opponents are Fiorentina even though Fiorentina are still not in a good condition especially when they lose their striker but indeed they are still quite a strong opponent in my opinion.
I still have my doubts about Inter's performance because their form is not necessarily now sometimes very well but sometimes it's the other way around

Fiorentina have 10 defeats in the league, which is even more than Udinese (9) which play with Napoli and the odds in these pairs are very similar. Fiorentina has only 4 draws while Udinese has 12. It turns out that Fiorentina is a very unstable team that often beats weak teams but often loses to strong ones. In a pair of Inter - Fiorentina when playing in Milan, Fiorentina will (according to statistics) look very weak and lose. I think this justifies such odds for Inter to win.

By the way, is it time to bet on the Liverpool Championship? If Liverpool win tomorrow, we will not see such an opportunity soon (or not at all):

Premier League 2021/22 - Winner

Manchester City FC 1.38

Liverpool 3.05

The odds have changed and now they are:

Manchester City FC 1.45

Liverpool 2.70

There are 9 more rounds ahead, 27 points will be played. Is a one-point advantage really that critical? After all, even one draw for Manchester City means the loss of first place. A tough choice, but betting on Liverpool looks like the more logical in terms risk/reward.
Both teams now look about the same to me, but Liverpool look stronger towards the end of the championship.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: March 17, 2022, 06:52:30 PM
Bookmakers are giving very high odds on Galatasaray passing 4.5... So far, the game looks without any clear advantage for either team... Only pity Obameyang couldn't score in the last minute of the first half!  I think the second half will be even more interesting... I also expect Sevilla's humiliation in England today! I hope West Ham will show what they can do! Wink

The odds of winning in regular time for Galatasaray are even higher - 9. It is very strange considering that Galatasaray has been playing on equal terms with Barcelona for 3 halves (considering the first game) and may well win. I think today Galatasaray is playing sharper than Barcelona, I don't know if they can keep that pace in the second half of the game but now they look better.

It seems that the previous thread when Drake made huge bets on the Super Bowl at the Stake Casino has been continued:

https://www.hostpic.org/images/2203111819420103.png

I received this information from Stake via email. It turns out that his previous cooperation with the casino gave a good conversion and they decided to continue it further. I wonder in what form the giveaway will take place, I would like to participate )

This a nice move for Stake. Getting a good promoter for their casino can make a good impact. Drake is a well-known personality. He is known to be a consistent and big risk taker gambler that can risk thousands and even millions of dollar for a bet. In addition, Drake has a wide reach of audience as well. He has a lot of followers whom he can influence with with just few clicks. It is a smart move for Stake to invest for a good and reputable gambler because after all, their name is at 'stake'.

Perhaps this is the reason behind the build up of Drake for Stake before. Nonetheless, this is win-win situation for both Drake and Stake casino. They will both benefit from the partnership and the one behind who offered first would be nonsense because they'll find it useful and profit anyways.

Yes, it's a cool move for both sides. Stake gets obvious publicity among Drake's fans, and Drake, in addition to money, gets another informational reason to stay in the news and attract even more fans and just people who are interested in him for one reason or another. For public figures who receive a significant part of their income from the public, this is very important. And such a cool cooperation strengthens the reputation of the casino as it is trusted by such a star (and such a businessman who undoubtedly did some research before entering into this partnership).

I want to say, the Dortmund team can win the title if Haaland plays well and scores. More than that, Bayern Munich need to lose points. Even if a strong team like Bayern Munich does not lose any points in the upcoming matches, it is not surprising. Bayern Munich have lost points in the last two matches. Dortmund will have a chance to win the title if Bayern Munich lose points in the next matches. However, Dortmund's future opponents are strong. They must score full points against Koln and Leipzig if they want to win the title.

1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: March 16, 2022, 05:59:39 PM
Benzema is great and rightfully occupies the first line in the list of scorers in La Liga. But I would pay attention to the fact that Vinicius scored his next goal (and a very important one since it was the first goal of the match) and now he is in second place in the list of scorers. I think we can already say that this is a future star and the record (in his age category) amount that was paid for him was the right investment on the part of Real Madrid.
But have bad thing with Benzema condition last match exactly last minutes and looks he got injury, will be missing on el clasico match against with Barcelona? I think Benzema as very important player for Real Madrid and become top scorer right now with 22 goals collected so far and have potential to be top scorer on La Liga in this season, but I was worry without Benzema on el clasico match looks not interested and Real Madrid will not easy against with Barcelona next week.

Benzema did get injured, but his participation in the Clasico is in doubt, maybe he will have time to recover. It is certain that Mendy will miss this game. Benzema will definitely be the top scorer in La Liga this season - the lead is too big. But even if he misses the Clasico, I don't think Barcelona are strong enough to take advantage of it. Real Madrid have the best squad even without Benzema and should win at the Santiago Bernabeu without any problems.

Lewandovski is putting some pressure on Bayern - saying that he will look to leave the club this summer if his contract isn't renewed. His current one lasts until the summer of 2023 and he's probably looking to extend it for a few more years with the same terms he currently has.

Considering that he's 33 - it remains to be seen how thrilled Bayern will be to keep him on high salary until he's 36. He did deserve it though, he scored 250+ goals for them and they got him for free.

Lewandowski scored 321 goals in 350 matches for Bayern. On average, this is almost a goal per game - a phenomenal result in the modern era of football. Undoubtedly, he deserves a contract extension on the terms that suit him. He has every chance to become the top scorer in the history of the club. I think that Bayern will extend the contract with him, as his age is not critical and he will be close to the peak for another 3-4 years.

Arsenal - Liverpool match is a really hard-to-predict one today. Because we can't overlook Arsenal's big effort in the recent times also. They have improved their performance so much that they are really believing that they can finish the season as the fourth team in the standings at least. Liverpool must get ready well for this match. They are still the favourite side to win this of course. As Arsenal don't have a top striker now, they can have big problems on scoring against a team like Liverpool. But I still feel like both of them will find at least one goal.

The bet on BTTS is the most obvious in this match, bookmakers quote this event as 1.67 and it looks profitable. If Liverpool win today they will be the favorites in the fight for the title in my opinion. It's not obvious, but it seems to me that if at the beginning and in the middle of the championship Manchester City increased the advantage, now the gap is closing. This suggests that Manchester City is stagnating and Liverpool are on the rise. In the final stage of the championship, this is crucial.

Today Ajax plays with Benfica, where the game is totally open, and any team can go ahead, after the result of the first leg was tied 2-2.

I think Ajax are in a better position to move forward, as they have shown greater consistency. Benfica, on the other hand, are very fickle in their championship and have had difficulty winning even the smallest teams.

But we know that in Champions League games, players usually have a more positive attitude. So I think it will be a good game. Perhaps the end result will be 2-1, winning Ajax.

A very controversial game in my opinion. On the one hand, Benfica performs well in the Champions League and knocked out Barcelona, in the first leg by beating 3-0 and drawing in the second leg.
But Ajax are even brighter and the draw in the first game is seen more as an accident than a real achievement from Benfica. Therefore, bookmakers quote Ajax as the obvious favorite:

‍1,33 - 6,00 - 8,20

The question is whether it is worth betting on Ajax, given that the profit will be very small. While a bet on Benfica will bring 700% profit if successful.
1018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: March 15, 2022, 02:25:25 PM
Benzema is such a great player that he scored 2 goals and made 1 assist as well in the Mallorca game. And Real Madrid are very close to winning the game by 3-0 away too. This huge victory will make them be ten points ahead of Sevilla in the standings as well. And as there are only ten weeks to go, I don't see Sevilla or Barcelona catching Real Madrid and taking the lead in the remaining time of the season. Real Madrid must be already very happy with their high possibility to win the La Liga title. After a one-season break, they are closing in on the title again.

Benzema is great and rightfully occupies the first line in the list of scorers in La Liga. But I would pay attention to the fact that Vinicius scored his next goal (and a very important one since it was the first goal of the match) and now he is in second place in the list of scorers. Paris Saint-Germain 3 - 0 Bordeaux

with this well-deserved victory, PSG are practically champions, I think it's impossible at the moment to have any team that can overcome them, they are 15 points ahead of them against second place, PSG can already celebrate that they are champions. As for the other teams, I just hope that next season they will become very strong to be champions and Ligue 1 to become more competitive. funniest aside is that Neymar scored, but Messi seems to be in a crisis of not scoring goals

Messi scored only two goals in Ligue 1, although many said that he moved to PSG in order to make statistics in the farm league. Pretty ironic. If PSG continue to win and competitors lose points, then PSG will become the official champions in the 32nd round, this can happen in just 3 games. It looks just ridiculous, although for PSG this is a good achievement.

The draw between Manchester City and Crystal Palace was a terrible result for betters, it seems to me: on the one hand, the bets of those who included the victory of Manchester City in their multibets were destroyed, and on the other hand, those who was "caughting" a large odds for the defeat of Manchester City also lost.

By the way, is it time to bet on the Liverpool Championship? If Liverpool win tomorrow, we will not see such an opportunity soon (or not at all):

Premier League 2021/22 - Winner

Manchester City FC 1.38

Liverpool 3.05
