These guys are complete clowns. Theswede has been told how to communicate properly countless of times, yet this moron keeps doing the same thing that hasnt worked. No I will keep giving deadlines that I will keep missing.

I forgot he's probably a dumb blonde swedish naive boy. Ohh hai Sam I still trust your deadlines even though you missed every single one.

Swede why dont you please stfu with your useless deadlines?

Or are you a complete retard who has failed to come to the conclusion that failed deadlines and promises make you look like a complete retard?

Go look at a real company they post actual tangible milestones after the fact.
Heres a real world example for you since your so dumb.

Don't:  "hey guys im going to jerk off in the next 2mins"
Your mother could walk into your basement and you missed your deadline.

Do: "hey guys the dick is in my hand, I just beat it ferociously, and jizzed all over my face"

Hope a mental handicap like yourself can finally understand.

Only reason I know this security will succeed is all the hate that people have towards them. It's a contrarian indicator. When you have losers on BTCGuild, make up names like more than Labcoin, Labcoin liars, you know things will get very good.

How about Avalon liars who hasn't delivered chips, or the countless of other scams, nahhhhh we just like to bash Labcoin, even though they are hashing. Always bet against the idiots. Like recently all the dumbasses buying the stock market at all time highs, crashing hard the last 4 days.
1003  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 24, 2013, 05:22:21 PM
Yay dividends! But why aren't they hashing??
They might be hashing under a different name, or they're testing something. The recent payments on blockchain seem to indicate they're still hashing at the same rate as before they were removed from the list. Weird.

yep they are still receiving the same amount of payments

Is there a delay before it shows up in our wallets?

Mine showed up right away (in my BTCT Wallet)

Actually I see my balance on the top of the website, but when I go inside the wallet tab it says 0BTC, does the wallet only show in 1BTC increments how do i withdraw?
1006  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 24, 2013, 05:13:52 PM
should we have received the dividends into our wallet yet? from what address is it coming from?

it's in your BTCT wallet

What do you mean? it doesn't automatically send it to my wallet? When I click on my wallet on BTCT, it shows 0 even though under dividends it shows the dividend.

Is there a delay before it shows up in our wallets?

I received an email checked the account and it was in my wallet, don't know if there was a delay

I received the same email, i see it under my dividends, but when i look at my wallet it shows 0

฿ 0.00000147 per share this is with about 800-1TH.

Does this mean that if they have 500TH, that dividend would 500X more?
1011  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 24, 2013, 04:47:56 PM
They are already paying a higher dividend than Active Mining. This is amazing.

And still hashing like boaaases

1013  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin securities Legal? on: September 24, 2013, 03:34:59 AM
watching...

i thought that owning stock is legal as is person to person transfer of ownership (if you have a physical certificate), however the solicitation and exchange part is regulated

would love to get it straight from a securities lawyer, and one familiar with the new crowd fund rules (though they haven't been actually put together by the SEC?)

I just read up on it Today, the crowdfunding portion of the law has not yet taken effect, when it does you will still have to do some minor things, but then you can legally solicit investments to unaccredited investors. As of right now only accredited investors can invest, also given the fact that the US Supreme court, recently classified it as pretty much money, it is governed by SEC securities rules.

Santori, Can you expound upon then what would happen once the crowdfunding rules do get approved, then pretty much soliciting on here for securities to unaccredited investors would be fine correct?
1014  Bitcoin / Legal / Are Bitcoin securities Legal? on: September 23, 2013, 10:36:02 PM
Hello,

To any of the lawyers on here. All the securities listed on BTCT, and these virtual stock exchanges are these legal in the USA? Are they exempt from SEC regulations, especially now with the new crowd funding rules? Do they not fall under any SEC regulation as it's in BitCoins?

Thanks
1015  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 12, 2013, 04:28:18 AM
If this was a scam they would have just bought 2Th/s worth of bitfury chips and gotten a nice graph on Eligus to boost the share price.

But, if they are having issues coordinating information releases, it certainly seems plausible that they might be having trouble coordinating getting everything setup properly.

Has labcoin, you know hired anyone yet? that's typically how companies work.  You hire someone, and pay them a salary, and their job is to do the thing you want them to do, full time. That could be coordinating PR, or it could be Assembling miners.

Anyway, they need to take shareholder relations more seriously.

^^ with the money the raised they could of easily scammed, and made the scam amazing. Buy some used avalons, throw up 2TH onto a pool, and scam away. But they are trying to scam by making the share price lower so they can get less money lmao.

The lack of logical brain power here is funny, mal nutritioned 3rd world country brains, can't think logically.

Guys if you are competent and you realize that you might miss a promised deadline you log in a couple of hours before and make sure to tell investors that you are the most sorry person in the world. and you then stay in the thread conversing with worried people making them at least feel better.

This is just horrible.
Exactly, only liars would not do this.

Yes stay in the thread all day along, and not build your business. If they bothered to do that, they would stay here all day long with the morons on here lmao, then I would be scared. Most of the scammers had one thing in common, they stayed in the thread all day long, because they had the time too, since they weren't building anything.

correct me if Iīm wrong but TheSwede is not in the development or assembly team at all. heīs the sidekick (semi PR) guy right? (thatīs just getting updates from 'Sam')

correct
1017  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Jallies on: September 12, 2013, 04:23:21 AM
I thought the hold up on Jally shipments was because they were outsourcing the production? That's what Josh suggested in their forum chat.

Josh is a liar if you haven't figured that out by now lol

Then I will sell all my shares, so far they have kept their word with deadlines and pictures.

locked shares?  pictures before mining?  stamped blocks?  actually hashing?

All here

The website will be updated this week in order to show our live hashing rate and dividends will be paid every two weeks.
More pictures of the laboratory setting where the hardware is currently deployed will be also distributed. Complete installment will be shown when our final premise will be ready.

15. What's the status of the boards? How long will it take after testing to get all the board you need, set them up with chips and get them hashing?
The boards are near their design completion and will be tested as soon as we have the chips. we'll post pictures of the boards very soon.  it will take about 7-10 days to get all the boards up and running probablyand, for the first run, we have 500 boards on order

Jesus christ, check the date of that bad boy.
Amazing how they stuck exactly to schedule but unable to prove they actually did it. Even uses the same wording as the post announcing they got the chips - "7-10 days"

7-10 days after they got the chips, and made the boards. Learn to read. Not 7-10 days from that post.
