I'm trading daily - less noise, less commissions, longer holding periods.
I wonder if you could get the best of both worlds by adjusting the trading intervals with the volatility. For example, switching to hourly if the price moves more than 10% per day.  |

Currently reading the "Gold: I smell trap" thread. (Very long, but interesting read!) I'm starting to believe I should have sold my precious metals.  i poured about 4 mo of my life into that thread. It shows... still haven't finished it yet! You might have mentioned it in a later page, but did you "divorce" your krands?  |

I don't like the idea of bots posting like this, it is just spam. The charts themselves are 99% unintelligible in my opinion.
Ban it I say, if the owner has something worth sharing, he can share it himself
I think he should fill them in to smooth surfaces and post a short video of how they evolve in time for the last 6,12 or 24 hours instead of all the instantaneous snapshots ... and rotate the perspective back slightly ... or have like a tunnel view down the center of the walls and play it as a movie as you fly through it (forward in time) ^^ this. A gif would make sense. |

I had simply the impression that the $266->$50 drop would have given you a huge boost.
(Sold at around $200, buy back at around $90)

That's a little odd; I expected Goomboo's strategy to return a little more, especially with the funds saved in the crash from $266 to $50.

That said, on topic- The conference is probably going to stoke some enthusiasm, however I hope that we don't see any insane price explosion that then becomes unsustainable.

If it were not for the bitcoin conference this weekend, I would expect some sort of consolidation after the breakouts at $116 and the big one at $120.
I'm pretty sure the conference won't affect the price much. Those going are already in Bitcoin. |
