may i ask how many coins you stake a day/week ? is it worth staking?

saberu, yeah you are right. lots of it is my flaw as well. if you trade you should put a target like 10% profit or 10% loose max.

problem with me is when im winning i want more and when im loosing i dont take my losses. nav is for longterm but for my daytrading thats my biggest flaw.

i won about 45btc and managed to gamble them all away lol. but its difficult to control emotions. for example if i sell it always seem to spike right after i sold and when i dont sell it drops to zero lol. if you can close down emotions and be happy with 10% you will be a happy man.

but for me i also need some adrenaline, sort of a rush when i see my investment rise by100% a day...that feeling is just priceless im an all or nothing guy and i know it turns out bad 99% of the time, but that one time that does work is just better then sex

its all hypes these days, and coins can turn into red and green in minutes. ethereum isnt something i would invest in to be honest. if you want to invest in something with smart contracts and stuff like that you better put your money on ripple...it would be a long term investment though.

@saberu to be honest i have almost the same story. lost gigantic with rox, trust, nav and more. all bought at top prices lol.

indeed, i understand if you guys focuss on the work, but maybe an idea to get someone to the foundation who is responsible for communication on the forum on a daily base.

So lets say give someone 5k coins a month for doing that or something similar. for most users here communication is the most important thing. A lot of scams on these crypto forums so if there is somebody who is here at least a couple of times a day answering questions then it would solve a lot of issues.

@hoshigakiii yeah weird world this cryptoworld lol, one post can change everything and it wasnt even an update. well everybody can see that communication and trust are highly important, so that should be important for devs and the foundation as well.

how can you say that. devs have worked their asses off the last weeks due to double spend problem and they released a new version. dev is now ill for 4 days and everyone is panicking. Damn people really act weird in crypto world.

but i do have to agree communication can be better, buts this coin is just starting, they have to learn from their mistakes.

this activity was after he posted in the nav thread. when you check his last post you can see he posted a reaction in another topic at the time mentioned in your screenshot. he posted that because people from that topic saw his post in the nav topic and where surprised he didnt react there

true, price goes down slowly because no concrete news. but i also think most peopl already sold their coins except some loyal guys like us hehe.

and you are totally right. dev just needs to come up with a statement and timeline so everybody wont be that worried. but looking at soopys account its now middle of night at his place so i think it can take upto 8 hours before he wakes up. i dont expect any update before that.

but again i wont be selling, i probably cant even if i wanted too because when i sell my coins at market price, nav would go to 10sat lol.

same here, im not selling for these prices. if we sell now we get almost zero btc in return, so if i speak for myself i rather loose them all.

im here till the end and that can be good or bad. hope it will turn around and my loyalty gets rewarded.

paper wallet looks great. personally i would remove the fade/shadow on the white blocks to make it more clean, but thats just a personal opinion.

ripple will probably be bigger then bitcoin in future. it can do much more, its more regulated and has a much bigger chance on global adoption. secondly in ripple you can send,trade,exchange any kind of asset that has value. so gold, silver, cryptos, fiat money, stocks and so on.

ripple is not targeting users but they target banks. they want to integrate their system into banking environments. so then people dont have to deposit but can directly buy any kind of asset within their own bank environment. most people probably will never know they are using ripple as it will be the banks backend system.

they are now testing with their first bank, fidor, in germany.

for currency lovers and traders it isnt really interesting. yes you can invest in xrp but it will be a long term investment.

and dont compare ripple with cryptos as ripple is no currency. its a payment protocol. their base currency is xrp which most people see as a crypto but its designed for anti spam meassures and other things.

basically you need a tiny amount of xrp to do transactions in the ripple system. so the bigger ripple gets the more xrp will be worth.
