We have been added to a new voting list. https://gourl.iohttps://gourl.io/coin-voting.htmlAnybody knows more about them? I see allot of followers on twitter but yeah,, they can be bought ofcourse https://twitter.com/CryptocoinAPI"Paid votes can be submitted using Bitcoins - simply send BTC to the deposit address which is listed next to the coin(s) which you wish to support. Every 0.0004 BTC sent to the respective address received will be counted as 1 vote. If any coin receives 35,000+ votes we will grant it priority mode to integration it to our gateway. For coins which have received less votes, we will consider how active the coin communities are and how many free bonus votes the coin receives before making a decision on adding them to our gateway."

I've added 450 votes waiting for confirmation. 450 ! , that would bring DGB to nr 1 instantly , but when will be the next vote ? Update: now Digibyte is first , don't forget to vote, it's only 0.001 btc per vote. Very nice! I'm holding my votes for now. When a other coin comes close i will buy some votes. If we stay on top with this amount i will send you some Digibytes

hey guys a simple price ticker in the spirit of preev.com Supported currencies are: USD AUD CAD EUR GBP I'm hosting on a temp box at the moment and I'll get it moved to something more permanent as soon as I'm happy with it. http://192.52.167.110/Cheers. Is the BTC value fixed? You can get the current value from API on this website -> https://api.bitcoinaverage.com/all . With my website i cached everything in the database, because exchanges don't like it when a website pulls data from their api in real time (imagine 100 visits at the same time, it's 100 calls to Trex/Cryptsy/Polo API). Just a tip. Looks really good tho. Yeah added BTC + HKD. I have bought a domain and it should go live in 24-48hrs. Great work! Thanks again:D

"However, I'd also point out that they have a warning that coins will be de-listed if they don't have a $5,000 monthly sales volume."UTC has been on Coinpayments for about 6 months - I would be very surprised if they trade $5k per month. They were contacted re delisting but a request from the UTC management team to maintain listing was accepted and they still maintain listing after many months. I just spent some time looking over the coinpayments site and service. I certainly think it would be good for DGB to be added to their list. It's a good service for merchants and it would help us to have access to this sort of merchant service. However, I'd also point out that they have a warning that coins will be de-listed if they don't have a $5,000 monthly sales volume. I'm sure that eventually, that would be easy for DGB. Over the coming year, as more and more people and merchants begin to use DGB for payments on a daily basis; it'll be a breeze to get $5,000 monthly sales volume. Today? I'm not sure? So, we might be a bit careful because we don't want to rush into getting listed - and then delisted - and then go back through the process of getting re-listed. In my opinion, this is all about companies like coinpayments forcing the digital currencies to carry the burden of expanding their external services ecosystem. The best metaphor is the classic literary example from Tom Sawyer, who convinced the other boys to whitewash the fence for him ... At the same time, I hate the voting schemes, and pay-to-play mentality that dominate these sorts of sites. DGB is a great coin. They'd be lucky to have it. It has as much or more potential than many of the current coins they accept. In the near future, when DGB grows into a major platform for micropayments, maybe they'll approach us about expanding their services for DGB, and then we can say something like ... if our users vote for you ... and if you pay us for the pleasure ... then maybe we'll do more business with you. * - All Coins are subject to delisting upon 90days if minimum monthly volume is below $5,000usd. Requested extensions can be purchased for $250usd for an additional 90days. Lol thats so funny to read, Do they even have 5000$ overall transactions a month? And with 30+ coins, no way. Not for now.

I'm sure it says for charity. Does anyone know which charity?
75% of proceeds will go to Electronic Frontier Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization( https://www.eff.org/), the remaing 25% will go to feed the faucets at the CoinPayments Block Explorers. DGB should have been on Coinpayments long ago - I'm surprised? Yes I have just voted. There are ZERO votes for DGB? My BTC transaction is still confirming. But if there is such a strong community and support here - show it by voting! each vote will only cost you 0.001 BTC UPDATE - my votes cleared now - DGB at 9th place with 1 vote. 9th DGB DigiByte 1 DGB should be able to FIRST - beat Navajo with almost 200 votes! We contacted them directly a few weeks back. In response we were directed to their "voting" list. While we would love to get on their platform we are already working with other payment processors in Europe & the US to partner with when we roll out some of our future platforms. You have my attention

@Cryptoraver I would really like to see a fiat to DGB exchange and subsequently places to spend DGB. Entry and exit points are few and far between at the moment (this goes for all crypto). It's not an easy task, which is why we've not seen it on any other coins. *cough* razor road *cough* KYC rules and other regulations make it a minefield. First mover advantage would be massive for whoever got their entry (FIAT to crypto) and exit (crypto to product or service) completed at the same time. Yes me to mate think it really give the coin a nice push to the mass, especially the merchant directory really like to see this section open asap, so we can fill the dam list with compagnies 24@ any news about the T-shirts Sorry, i'm so busy atm with new collections etc. I have contacted a shop in my street and will report back when i have more information.

Official Statement. We now have 3 developers as part of the Guldencoin team. Our community has always been strong and now we have a dev team to match it. We have some very good news! As most of you know we’ve been searching for experienced c++ developers who can help us with the algo issues. Last week c_e_d joined us and he is currently working on the diff calc. for the interim solution. GJ is currently investigating the transfer of the addresses to the new Multi-algo codebase, which will be the longterm solution. And as of today we will be getting more help from a very experienced developer: Malcolm.
Just a bit of background, Malcolm is a experience c++ developer who had his first taste of crypto when he was hired as a 3rd party developer for Pandacoin. He has already raked in some notable achievements like first developer to increase blockchain sync by +- 5000% and developing the Pandabank hybrid wallet. Unfortunately for Pandacoin the leaders of the coin vanished and left the community high and dry, however there loss is our gain and we are blessed to have him join our team. Malcolm shares our vision and longterm outlook on virtual currencies.
Malcolm's main task will be looking into the Digibyte code base and multi-algo since this is our highest priority.

Did anyone get any information regarding CEX.io? Still limited withdrawals?
I'm very happy to report that CEX has resolved my issue and I was able to remove all of my DGB from their exchange through the normal process this morning. Awesome! Thanks for sharing this.

I have finished reading through pages 1-219 on this thread. I am currently researching Digibyte for the upcoming book: DigiByte Book Proposal [/size] Title: DIGIBYTE “THE ALT-ERNATIVE” A FIRST YEAR HISTORY Pages: 100-150 Genre: Historical Format: Paperback Estimated release: Summer 2015 Work has already begun on researching this publication. The main objective is to write a history of the first year in as much detail as possible. It will cover major and minor events of DigiByte on a month to month basis. Each chapter (month of the year) will be titled with the main event of that month in addition to five main events/points. There will be chapters before these which describe DigiByte as a cryptocurrency, its initial block reward distribution table and coin specification. Further pages will be added as time progresses. Please could the DigiByte community get behind this project by fund raising or promotion. I am fully devoted in my spare time to make this book, as well as other, a reality. Thank you Great work! Thank you very much! Maybe you can share your Twitter account with us so we can tip you? Please note that you need to link your twitter account @ www.Digibytetip.com

You are 100% correct IMO Just be aware though that you need SMS transaction capability in Africa (and also Asia not to forget South America) to cover the unbanked population effectively. Most of the unbanked don't have smartphones. They mostly have cheap and simple phones with SMS being the main function - no data capability. sending needs to be simply a text SEND +639098176154 1000000 DGB The simple SMS wallet and network solution is a centralised one - perhaps run by Digibyte. This has the inherent risks involved with any centralisation. The decentralised solution is very complicated. So what would be perfect is: Buy a simcard with Digibytes on it. Pay your text message/phonecalls with Digibyte. Pay everything with sending Digibytes using the sms network. Send Digibytes from phone to phone with sms. Add new Digibytes by buying,,, i just say something like a scratchcard filled with Digibytes.
