I'm with the idea and I think there will be enough users using that section and when we speak about dead sections then I could agree that Meetups and Legal sections are not active enough and should be removed or enhanced somehow while the others are just fine.

I already read about it a few months ago but I decided to not use it as I've seen some complains and accusations and you shouldn't use it either. I don't understand how this has anything to do with Blockchain.info ? I mean Its the miners who are responsible for confirming the transaction based on the fees you use , If you don't pay enough your transaction will clearly not get confirmed regardless of the wallet used and In addiction that , the website where you deposit can't know from where the funds are coming since the addresses are unique.

You basically received a payment from someone and you want to return the money back ? If you know your receiving address then just type it on blockchain.info or any other blockexplorers and you should be able to see the transactions and that includes the sender addresses.
