1001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: August 03, 2020, 07:57:03 PM
Haven't think of this one. I wonder why there's no chess on a sports betting even though we are aware that there are some tournaments having especially through this pandemic we currently have I think they found it boring watch though but for me I think it's a great idea to include it along with the eSports betting.

There's not much excitement among bettors in Chess, so they only include sports that has a lot of excitement like basketball boxing among others, anyway they have their own big chess sites in the internet and we have many club all over the world and Fide the chess governing body, is one the largest sports federation in the world.

That is true, chess isn't very exciting and dynamic sport so probably it doesn't attract many gamblers. In.fact I don't know anyone who bets on chess and who is actually following that sport. However, since its listed on sport betting sides there are probably enough players who like to bet on chess although for me that would be too boring and I wouldn't know where to start.

It would be exciting to bet on rapid bullet chess games. In those games the better players lose some more often then in the regular games.

Absolutely ridiculous finish to the British GP just now... punctures for both Mercedes cars, Hamilton on last lap. Verstappen was so far behind Hamilton, he took an extra pit stop to get fastest lap... but as it turned out, if he stayed out and not pitted for fastest lap, he'd have easily caught the 3-wheeled Hamilton and won the race!

This from the official F1 twitter account sums it up:

Hamilton can win races with only 3 tyres.
Everyone is judging RBR for giving Max a pit stop otherwise he might be first, but how could they know that Hamilton is going to have tyre problem in the end of the race?

Indeed and Red Bull already told that Max's tyres weren't that good too.

If Hamilton tyres failed a few seconds earlier Max could won it but let's see what's next race brings.

What an endings of the race. Too bad Verstappen took the 'free' pitstop.

But too bad those things need to happen to get a chance of the victory of the other teams.

All Teams more than 1 seconnd behind Mercedes, that's tomorrow a boring race. When no weather change or technical error Mercedes will win.

Sorry to say but this situation we will see this and next years with only Mercedes wins.

Yep 1 second faster is a too big gap for the other teams. Let's hope something interesting will happen tomorrow.

Just a small question about the referrals on Tower.bet.

It's also possible to login tower.bet with your duckdice account. Do you also get commission when a referral of Duckdice plays on Tower.bet?

I got some invites left for the free money surveys on coinbase. Is it allowed to post them in this subforum?
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin dominance falling, time to bag in some alts? altcoin party? on: July 31, 2020, 06:29:46 AM
Bitcoin dominance rose again to 63%, and seen the impact of altcoin prices fell very sharply, but the price of Bitcoin rose,
it is unfortunate altcoin experienced a negative impact, how about the next week? is this the right time to buy altcoin?

Just as expected. When bitcoin prize goes up everyone transfer the altcoins back to bitcoin and then the bitcoin dominance will rise again. Everytime the same story.  Cool

Sergio Perez is positive to COVID, the 1st rumor is that they are talking for a new driver so the GP will happen.

Source: https://www.tgcom24.mediaset.it/sport/sergio-perez-in-quarantena-il-primo-pilota-positivo-in-formula1_21346803-202002a.shtml

I think they will let Hulkenburg drive the next two races.

Perez have to be at least 10 days in quarantine so will also miss next weekend.

Why selling such account if you can keep the money yourself?  Roll Eyes

The same like the sellers of 100% winning dice scripts. Why sell something which gives you free money?  Roll Eyes

Does sounds logic at all.
1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: July 30, 2020, 08:38:35 AM

There's a bunch of streamers on twitch that's playing chess right now and you can't believe that it has a lot of viewers. One of those popular streamers is GM Hikaru, he also played on those tournaments that I've mentioned. Even the top 1 overall rating, GM Magnus Carlsen, is also streaming in twitch.

We all knew that most popular games are LoL, CS:GO, Dota 2, and Fornite but recently, a medieval game which is chess, climbed to the top of the most played games in twitch. This game is a sport and can even be considered in eSports since it can be done electronically so I hope there are gambling sites that consider this game on their platform.

I did not really knew about chess online being streamed on twitch, until I read it here.
Chess is a sport, and through technological adaptation people were able to play it online.
Because of that people should recognized it also as an e-sport.

I guess, it will be good to have gambling sites that is mostly dedicated on chess betting, or even to play chess and battle other online gamblers to win cryptos or fiat.
I know that it will only have small market, but some gamblers might also turn into it because chess is purely not based on luck.
It will gain more market in the long run.

I would never play a chess game online vs another player online. There are so many ways to cheat with that. The chess engines are way too strong, even grandmaster can't win it from them.

Gambling on chess events or games isn't that hard. Always bet on Magnus Carlsen. :-)

So some talks are swirling around that Vettel is going to Racing Point next year as there are more talks about its car being legal and allowed.

But here's another rumor...  If the pink Merc is legal, Toro Rosso or whatever they're called now will build a car next year based on this year's RB16 and get Vettel to drive it.  Hmmm...  Vettel will be back at RBR in no time after Verstappen leaves.

Well dont know when Verstappen will leave Red Bull. The only step forward for him is to Mercedes and I don't see that happen when Hamilton is still in the Mercedes team.

Verstappen has a clause in his contract that he can leave if the team does not build a car that can compete for the title, so technically Verstappen can leave suddenly depending on the car performance.

Regarding Vettel, I'm pretty sure he will end up in Racing point/Aston Martin.

Well I know that Verstappen has a clause in his contract but I think Mercedes is the only other team which can give him a better car.

At Red Bull they think they have found the recent problems of the car and have fixed it. Let's see if there are closer to Mercedes this weekend.

You should have provided the complete link op. Checked the site out and was not impressed for many reasons. Firstly, no live support is a big con which is pretty much mandatory these days.

Registration basically requires gamblers to fill in KYC information which is not appreciated in the crypto community since anonymity is the primary focus here.

Also, I couldn't find the FAQ section anywhere.

Our link is https://www.slotome.com/landing/

We will add live support next days because this moment we have ticket and email support.

If you deposit with BTC or ETH we don't want any KYC verification ( but you don't get bonus for security reasons) and deposits/withdrawals are without any KYC and any restriction.

You could some registration bonus based on the bitcointalk username. Just create a topic where users can drop there username and them you can add the bonus to their account. Just make some rules that the account have to be xx months old or something like that. In that case you can get new players to your casino without KYC (so you get more new users) and you won't get abusers of the bonus.

Thank you a lot for your feed back, I pass all these to my team, to create it for our promotion and create special field for bitcointalk members and crypto bonuses.
 Smiley

Great that feedback is appriciated.

A lot of users here wouldn't try it with KYC but when you do a bitcointalk giveaway/bonus you will get a lot of new users, including me.

~
The majority of people are using the bot on English so I stopped focusing a bit about translations, but I can always fix some strings. Thanks.

We hit the 151 users mark! Thanks everyone for using it. I'm glad the bot has been useful. Smiley

The bot is very useful. Especially the noticifacations that you are replied in the topic. This saves a lot of time checking the updated topics manually.

So because of this I am less online then before.  Roll Eyes
