yeah people know that using bitcoin then people will not know the intent of your transaction, then it is very likely that bitcoin is used for illegal activities Yeah, but on a side note...If bitcoin is banned or illegal in your country, any transaction you will do will be illegal as long as it involves bitcoin right? Banning bitcoin is the common way to stop these transaction but it cant really stop the illegal activities because transaction would happen underground and as we all know transactions could be hard to trace up because of anonymity of bitcoin thats why its still useless to ban it for sure. Personally I have never seen banning something or making it illegal as a way to stop something tis a way for the government to use harsher methods in order to get their way, just look at drugs illegal in most of the world and still widely available. Yeah, even if drugs is illegal for many years government can't still stop it for how many years. It just keeps spreading. Also i think the people behind those illegal things are also high-ranking officials or high-reputation persons which makes it difficult to stop. Right there, it's true.. They are protected by corrupt officials and it happens in every country. Its possible for some people but what is already said is true, its not for the normal people possible, you either have to invest with a lot of money or started from the beginning when the bitcoin was very small.

I think by the time the State establishes a tax on transactions with Bitcoin I don't see how could a tax on transaction been implemented since you could always be transferring your bitcoin to a different wallet and even if somehow that could be possible you could have your bitcoin in a hardware wallet and then pay whatever you want by giving the wallet itself without any transaction taking place at all. There's no tax at all until we see it. The thing is when you are buying a house, the payment should be in fiat and there's no problem with that as even when the money is coming from bitcoin you can also sell your bitcoins for fiat. What we are after here is the legality of the transaction and since only fiat is considered by the law as legal tender then we have to use it to pay and to honor for the deed of sale created. You have to declare how you got this money, this is a basic thing, to avoid money laundry and things like that. If you will buy something like that for sure you will be taxed. here in our country the main exchangers only allowed 400k pesos for any transaction making sure that it will not be use for money laundering and its a law here that hold the exchange for sure if you going to buy a house there's a taxes involved but good thing if you can exchange your btc to buy a house for your future. It's not actually a problem as you can make as many account as you are. You can use the accounts of your friends or family if your limit is done early for the year.
