10061  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Laser Pointers *Green 400MW* Only 85.99$!!! on: July 07, 2014, 12:04:58 AM
Yes these are not toys and are capable of causing instantaneous eye damage from just a reflection of this beam off of a white wall or other semi reflective surface. I would suggest treating these lasers as you would a firearm. Make sure your friends don't get their hands on it either. I find people have a hard time understanding how easy it is to permanently blind someone with these and will treat it far too casually.
10062  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Predictive Technology on: July 06, 2014, 11:58:20 PM
Predictive technology is the REAL reason behind the giant sucking sound of data coming from the NSA, Google, Facebook, and other private corporations. The more data they collect, the more accurate the predictions become, and with a more refined resolution.

But they can not predict everything. I am pretty sure a few people on the internet have them stumped.
You would be surprised how little it takes to build detailed psychological profiles of individuals and groups. I will give you one example. They can target certain videos or even comments on youtube or facebook. Based on your liking or disliking certain polarizing commentsor videos, they can use this to assemble a point by point psychological build of your ideologies and preferences which will enable them to build a quite accurate psychological profile which can be used to predict your future behavior under XYZ circumstances. This data can even be used to predict reactions on a societal or even global level so human reaction to policy can be tested and refined before they roll it out.

I use Bitcoin, watch FOX (so I can talk shit to them on twitter about how stupid they are), I watch TYT, I watch debates from all different kinds of people. I look like  stoner, I am most well known as a stoner on Facebook and Google searches and stuff. I read books about everything (textbooks and other). Everyone thinks I am an atheist, but I am not. I am a heavy supporter of Texas philosophy but I am openly and loudly anti libertarian (as far as the crazy gun shit and whiteness of it all). I am constantly doing my own PERSONAL analysis of the world from different perspectives and basically creating my own "predictive models" simply by stating what I think goes next...

So I doubt Google could figure out what I am going to do next. I bet if the NSA has been watching me, they probably thought I was going to do something highly criminal one day, until recently, because I have finally started writing a lot online again.
You severely underestimate the power of analytical algorithms. I assure you, you are no enigma.

I might also be interested in this if there is some kind of certificate of authenticity created with some way a 3rd party could verify.
10065  Economy / Goods / Re: SILVER FOR SALE -- 200 Ounces in Mint Condition on: July 06, 2014, 07:48:36 AM
A very simple nondestructive test one can do to tell if a bar is pure and solid is to use a large rare earth magnet. You can wave the magnet over the piece and feel the resistance of the magnets movement as it passes over. Silver is diamagnetic and will therefore create resistance in the magnet as you pass it over the piece. Using several known samples you can gauge the feeling of the resistance created for each sample. A fake bar will create much less resistance as you pass the magnet over the bar. Combine this with tapping the bar to hear the tone created and you can catch the large majority of fakes.

The thing is OP didnt specified what bars he have in hands. So no pictures, no details = might be scam.
Of course, I ALWAYS might be a scam. He has however stated he will deal with an escrow. I haven't seem many scammers willing to do so.
10066  Economy / Auctions / Re: Casascius .5 BTC coin on: July 06, 2014, 07:45:20 AM
He did not fake the image I would assume... some neckbeard registered that account and msg him....trying to scam.  These guys try it all of the time just always look at details in messages!
I don't know. I think hes in on it, he's defending it too heavily without even looking at it properly.
Looking at your feedback left it seems you enjoy playing with the trust system by giving negatives a bit too freely. They are meant for rating people you have transacted with, you seem to be using them as a form of entertainment/revenge/extortion. Open your eyes and read what I type:
1) Scammer with similar name PM's Campsis pretending to be Blazedout419 hoping to fool him into payment.
2) Campsis momentarily believes this is the real Blazedout, gets excited and posts a screenshot.
3) You flip out because you are pissed you might not get the auction win, and use this to get what you want and punish Campsis for winning the auction out from under you.

Saying he would post a fake PM is absolutely retarded and makes no sense. Ultimately Blazedout would recognise it as fake and not honor it. I think you knew exactly what happened from the start. I think if anyone here deserves a negative rating it is you for using this misunderstanding as a form of extortion. You should remove your negative rating of Campsis at the very least, and STOP abusing the trust system over your petty bullshit.

They are going to get themselves in trouble using city bus stops/terminals. I have seen similar challenges to services like this based only on the use of existing bus stops.

Regardless of your opinion on the LGBT community, everyone must agree a poll from your employer regarding your sexual preference is a bit creepy.

Everyone notice how all the warmists have completely abandoned this thread? Too much reality for them I guess.
Since they are being accused of being liars any further discussion is kind of pointless.

Accused?  They were caught fudging the data!
I'm a victim of circumstance!

10074  Other / Politics & Society / Re: HHS Bars Congressman from Seeing Illegal Immigrant Children on: July 03, 2014, 04:38:07 AM
They want more people who will vote Democrat. Simple as that.
Yes illegal immigrants CAN vote in spite of the law, due to weakened voter ID regulations, and they do tend to vote democrat. Additionally all those nearly slave labor level jobs count towards the overall employment numbers so it helps them prop up the fake economy a little bit longer.
10075  Other / Politics & Society / Re: USA is getting adversely affected by Immigrants on: July 02, 2014, 01:02:53 AM
Strange that Obama is being blamed for immigration reform when he's already deported record numbers of immigrants.
Past action does not dictate present action.

Low paying near slave labor type jobs still count towards employment numbers and "job growth". Elections are coming up, and with voter ID regulations now weakened, lots of illegal immigrants stand to vote illegally, and usually vote democrat. Of course he has no incentive to allow this flood of illegal immigrants now does he?

10077  Economy / Goods / Re: buy beef with bitcoins on: July 01, 2014, 06:16:17 AM
Thanks for the suggestion.

I  have been raising beef cattle in Missouri for over 20 years. I recently started offering  sale of USDA inspected Angus and Angus/Maine Anjou crossed beef directly to the consumer. These cattle are raised on the “family farm” from birth on open pasture. They are never “dry lotted”. They are never treated with growth stimulants. Antibiotics are only used judiciously and never close to the time of slaughter.
Both the Angus and the Maine Anjou breeds offer superb quality. Crossing these two breeds yields excellent “hybrid vigor” and delicious meat on the table.
Currently we offer different cuts of meat as detailed on our website  (andelinlivestock.com) and as noted on this thread above.
We currently can accept BTC, litecoin, infinitecoin, and many other cryptocurrencies. You can pay directly on the website using bitcoin, or you can private message me to arrange payment with other cryptos.
If you order beef by the side ( about 200 lbs) , by the quarter ( about 100 lbs) or by the eighth ( about 50 lbs) you may receive a considerable discount. Beef ordered in this manner is usually about 50% ground beef  30% roasts and 20% steaks.
If you order far enough ahead, we can accommodate custom cuts of meat.
The beef is shipped in insulated containers with dry ice. Delivery is in 2-3 days . Within the continental U.S. shipping cost is 25.00 plus 1.50/lb. Shipping dates are usually two times per month and are posted. If you need a shipment earlier than the usual time, please let me know and we will try to accommodate.
There are several customer reviews on the thread if you want to peruse through. There are some photos as well.
Please post or pm any questions.
  Thanks.

Edit your first post and include this! Otherwise people have to sift through the thread to find info they commonly need.

It is definitely wrong morally to profit knowing someone will suffer from the perpetuation of the scam.

There are other ways for people to learn about financial responsible instead of being scammed
Yes, like working to figure the systems out and how best to contribute to the hand that feeds you. People that excuse this type of behavior just want an excuse to be fucking lazy and ride off of the contributions of others. Cryptocurrency has freed many people from a life of wage slavery, don't use that gift as an excuse to just turn into a bunch of useless leeches. There is always a way to contribute regardless of your preferences or talents.
