10141  Economy / Economics / Re: Making a living online (recreate) on: October 29, 2015, 01:33:27 PM

I have a XAPO wallet and have got a debit card attached to it. When I use my debit card, it exchanges the exact amount of bitcoin to fiat and that's all. Merchants accept it because it's VISA and they don't know what is happening behind the scenes Smiley (and tjey don't care, even if they know, their business is with VISA, not XAPO).
I have tried only POS purchase but others said that you can withdraw money from ATM as well.
Maybe this can be a temporary solution until merchants start to accept bitcoin directly in the future.

Well that pretty great for you Grin using your debit card in buying with your bitcoin, well let's just say it will happen in the future but we don't know when it will happen, and if that happens no more hustle in our part that is using bitcoin.
10142  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting on Elections on: October 29, 2015, 01:26:29 PM

yep, sounds easy but last Presidential elections the current Vice President is not the peoples choice and behind on surveys, but when election results we're out, he became the Vice President. This only shows surveys conducted before elections are not really reliable because probably they we're paid to condition the mind of people of who to vote. Anyway as the saying goes, it ain't over till the fat lady sings  Grin

Haha if you know who's gonna win where is the fun in there? and not all surveys are accurate, when a surveys says that Poe is the highest possible candidate to win, then just like you said, you will never know until it is over because the binay's are giving let's say under the table for anyone who's gonna vote him that is when the table turns right?
10143  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you agree people barrow money for gambling? on: October 29, 2015, 01:09:57 PM
If you don't know your friend is borrowing money for gambling then one can lend money to him without collateral 50$ but if he/she don't return back then next time they even can't talk to you so they last one friend for $50. So if one lending large money to any one including friend then it is advised to get a collateral instead fighting each other later.

A collateral is to insure that the borrower will definitely pay the said amount borrow, sometime this is needed if you personally know the borrower, but if somebody is asking a loan online, you will have a second though of lending him money.
10144  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Avalon 6 Vs Antminer S7, which one you will choose? on: October 29, 2015, 12:33:38 PM
About the electricity i think the cheapest price should be in China.
They mostly generate the electricity from hydroelectric power (from water).
And most of mining hardware are produced there, so it would be cheaper to operate there and buying lots of Antminer S7.

Unfortunately I think I lose hope about electricity, hydroelectric power in china well they are amazing that is one point about them, I think in one of our provinces we have electric wind turbine and can generate cheap electricity well I think that the best place to mine here.
10145  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: October 29, 2015, 12:09:00 PM

Maramihan sila magpump at magdump.

10146  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Avalon 6 Vs Antminer S7, which one you will choose? on: October 29, 2015, 11:59:19 AM

When i said i don't mine it means in the present time.
It doesn't mean that i didn't mined in the past, i am here to read and if something is interesting then i would immediately invest.
Mining is profitable if the electricity cost is cheap or free, you have a good budget and have a mining farm.
Both of these 2 types of miners are good, but people should be patient before investing and should wait for the reviews.

Oh, that is why Grin yup and reading here keeps my interest in mining up, thanks for the advice sir I'll keep that in mind unfortunately electricity is expensive here I am searching a place where electricity is free and maybe in the province will do.
10147  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Avalon 6 Vs Antminer S7, which one you will choose? on: October 29, 2015, 11:49:07 AM
Personally i will not buy any of these 2, because i don't do mining.
About which one to choose i think for now the Antminer S7.
If you are looking to purchase the Avalon 6 then i think to wait and see the reviews what people think about it.

If you are not mining then why are you here? maybe your still interested about mining, hehe I am not mining too (for now!) just reading thoughts of other miners and planing what to use best, but avalon 6 specs are great still waiting for other comply about it. Grin
10148  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: October 29, 2015, 11:41:12 AM
I think manipulators are here to balance the bitcoin market siguro.

10149  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: October 29, 2015, 09:57:50 AM

They aren't scamming most of the time. However, the payouts are so low that it equates the the transaction fees most of the time. Hence, most would have a minimum withdrawal which can take sometime to hit.

But there are some reports of scamming just a few, I am not referring to all faucets because I my self is using faucet to gain certain amounts of bitcoin but it is very time consuming to faucet satoshi.
10150  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is mining dead ? on: October 29, 2015, 09:29:47 AM

And this is HUGE for miners I was profitable at 230.... so I was not hurting to bad during then.  Bring it up to 300 a coin... and I'm doing and feeling pretty good right now.

Mining is far from dead.   I think it's a pretty good period for it during this change.

Yup! I also believe in that, mining is not dead at all, I wish bitcoin can keep the pace up, and youre saying at 230 that is profitable then how well is your profit now that it is in 300? Grin
10151  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: October 29, 2015, 09:23:22 AM
Grabe sir yamanin naman niyan 100k bitcoin is $30599000.00 dollar ganyan kalaki agad yun! for now kasi lalaki pa ang bitcoin kapag nag $350 yan talagang kikita siya hehe Grin

Chief Hex puwede ba malaman iyong transaction id nito? Kalkalin natin iyong loob. Cheesy

Ah? talaga ganun nalang ginagawa niya ngayon so pagtumataas yung bitcoin bibili siya ng panibagong bitcoin or kapag bumaba? wala pa kasi ako sa puntong mag tetrade na rin ako eh hehe Grin
10152  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Avalon 6 Vs Antminer S7, which one you will choose? on: October 29, 2015, 09:20:01 AM
What 4 month RoI?

Nothing currently on the market will RoI at ALL unless (1) you have very cheap electric, OR (2) Bitcoin price keeps going up as fast or almost as fast as difficulty.

Given the economic woes in China, I'm actually starting to think (2) might happen for a while.....

Then you are saying 4 months isn't enough to ROI in mining? then maybe 6 months or 7 might? or what do you suggest? now that bitcoin is still going up, now many is buying bitcoin right now what can you say how many months you will gonna ROI now? Huh
10153  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: October 29, 2015, 09:10:44 AM
To ban faucets from bitcoin, you need to ban all PTC sites from the internet and that really does not make sense.

Yup! that is right, OP really is mad about faucets why does he? Huh maybe some faucets site have scam him and he didn't get a single satoshi after collecting much of it then his going to cash out, but never attain that said satoshi from the faucet site, maybe?

and there are certain scam sites so be very careful
10154  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: October 29, 2015, 08:58:43 AM

mas madami pa din yung nag pump kaya tumaas yung price kesa sa mga nag dump kya mas mdami pa din yung mag naghohold ng bitcoins as of now kasi alam nila na tataas pa yan Smiley

Grabe sir yamanin naman niyan 100k bitcoin is $30599000.00 dollar ganyan kalaki agad yun! for now kasi lalaki pa ang bitcoin kapag nag $350 yan talagang kikita siya hehe Grin

10155  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: October 28, 2015, 11:51:40 AM

Marami nagdump ng coins diyan for sure.

Grin
10156  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: October 28, 2015, 11:44:15 AM

10157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Describe BITCOIN with ONE word. on: October 28, 2015, 10:12:59 AM
i see bitcoin is the revolution of black market and terorrist. i hope someone stop abusing bitcoin.

This thread is really really abusive I guess  many will simply leave a comment here to increase post count and always gonna use this thread for signature purposes (well I'm going to post one too) Tongue

My answers gonna be INNOVATIVE! Grin
10158  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: I am out of the mining game :( on: October 28, 2015, 09:35:30 AM

This is the proof of thought I have had in the back of my head too lately.

People complain signature campaigns pay too low or faucets are giving too little, they forget that 5 years ago when people were getting 1 btc faucets it was still worth nothing to what it is today. It's like people forget about the future and only think of the next couple of months. Imagine if bitcoin keeps adoption at the same rate it is now, with an accelerating rate in humans coming into the world and becoming adults, there are just more and more people going to be interested in cryptocurrencies. Even if bitcoin won't be the leading coin out there, I am sure many will have high values later like different fiat currencies do too.

yup! your right too much complaining and they didn't know that bitcoin back then has no value, and we are very lucky to have faucets and campaign to get free satoshi's than mining it and investing too much that it will only go to waste because it is not gonna ROI,
10159  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: How good is 10TH/s? on: October 28, 2015, 08:53:32 AM
Well usually most of us dont search for the op but the thread ,if we see a thread moving 2 pages daily means there is some interest at it.And well replying here will give an idea to the new members that find this forum and wanna know their income, soo its like a support to know. But well what is the point to them to make a new post and reply once with their accounts just to get activity? Or new post to count signature?

Or Maybe OP has a rank up account and this is his other account then his main account will increase post by posting here while this account is simply making Threads just that his main account will gain post. maybe? hehe  Huh
10160  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: October 28, 2015, 08:34:10 AM
It was viable when faucets paid 0.05-0.1mBTC per claim. The transaction fees was around there and it takes a few claims to cashout. However, with the rising transaction fees and price, the payouts were significantly reduced. There is much more time required to gain BTC to even get a payout.

Yup! but people trying out faucet just they have experience in a small amount of BTC, but newbies never intend to stay on faucets but there are some still on to it, and faucet isn't bad either.
