I believe that paper money is easier to use for illegal activities especially if these are local activities. On the other side if these activities are far away each other crypto coins is a solution. But I believe that this is not the Bitcoin for a simple reason. Bitcoin was "designed" as decentralized monetary system not a coin for users who wish to remain anonymous.
