Bitcoins can almost used everywhere do you know that lots of peopel are using bitcoins not only for good things allot of bad people are also using bitcoins
and not for legal things but for illegal things off course becuase the bitcoin is untraceable payment method.

Yeah but you can buy a lot of things with bitcoin these days. It needs to gain more popularity for more acceptance and that will happen soon. In case your local market does not accept bitcoin try converting bitcoin to fiat and then use it to buy your goods.

10144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is stealing Bitcoin illegal? on: October 13, 2016, 08:12:31 PM
Stealing anything that you do not own the right to is considered illegal. Hence if you manage to grab some other users private keys and use then to transfer all their bitcoin to your address, it is considered as stealing and you can get punishment for doing so if you are traced and caught.
10145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who really uses bitcoin? on: October 13, 2016, 08:09:04 PM
1. China
2. India
3. USA
Here is the list of three countries where bitcoin used the most. Of course first two mostly cause of its' big population. I even heard that India will be on the first place soon. And I think it is normally for the country where there is places where 100$ per month salary is ordinary salary.

I am not really sure of this statistic that you put up about India though. It seems in my city very few people use bitcoin. However I have heard that in other states of India it is being used and is gaining popularity. Though the government needs to work on it.
10146  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitBox - FREE BITCOINS EVERY DAY! / Free Game + Lottery / 50% ref + Bonuses on: October 11, 2016, 09:07:06 AM
Active referrals counter added to user dashboard.

https://freebitbox.com/news/25/
This is great news. Now we can all see our active referrals and check in case referral earnings decreased all of a sudden. The admin always makes sure the users can earn properly and this is not seen by every faucet owner. We hope admin will keep it up and I will keep promoting it since it is one of my favuorite faucets.
10147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: October 09, 2016, 08:30:56 AM
Gambling should not be with the thought of getting rich. It should considered as a fun game and not get addicted to it. Many people claim to be rich by gambling but I highly doubt them because I feel they are actually hiding their losses and only boasting about their wins. I myself never won much from gambling and hence dont like it.
10148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: October 08, 2016, 09:42:24 AM
Altcoin trading and investing in your own busniess or maybe the stock market is good enough. However be careful of scam ponzi and doubler schemes which are all bound to steal your money. Just dont get greedy and dont put all your money in investment and do proper research before taking any step.
10149  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: October 08, 2016, 09:33:53 AM
I use bitcoin to buy mobile recharge and pay my bills. Not many shops/stores in my country accepts bitcoin and hence I cant buy grocery and clothes with it. I hope the condition improves later on and I can use it seemlessly like fiat.
10150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: October 07, 2016, 05:06:20 PM
Gambling cannot fix anyones life that is guaranteed but it can wreck many peoples life and already did you didnt have control in their gambling habits like gambling the amount that they can not afford to loose or simply those one who did got addicted to gambling. So having control in gambling habits is most important.

I have seen many people lives get wrecked totally after gambling and hence I dont like it at all. People should not get addicted to it and keep chasing their losses. However these days the advertisements of the gambling sites is also very tempting and hence people get addicted to them easily.
10151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: October 07, 2016, 05:02:35 PM
For me, yes. because holding bitcoins and waiting 'till it's price go up again is a good thing. When it's price go up again and you saved more bitcoins in your bitcoin wallet, I'm sure you will make a huge profit from it. It's no that bad if we are going to wait 'till it happens. It's worth the wait. Smiley
Not only is a good strategy but is also very easy to do anyone with a spare dollars can buy some bitcoin and wait till you get profit it does not get easier than that.

Exactly, anyone can buy some coins with some spare dollars. Specially good for students who get a pocket money and they can put 10% of it into buying bitcoin rather than wasting it all on other useless purchases. It is just like a saving account where you get interest on though in this case the increment in bitcoin price is what is "interest". The price may fall as well hence I do not suggest more than 10%.

10154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advantages of Bitcoin over traditional payment systems on: October 07, 2016, 09:38:16 AM
1. Volatility of price of bitcoin is there which makes it a prime target for traders. bad news for stores/shops
Very volatile indeed.  Roll Eyes

This is latest news - I think I am talking in general.

5. Irreversibility of transaction - though I consider it as the least because it is a fault of the user to mis-click and not system. However we are all human and we tend to make mistakes.
That's a feature of a immutable chain, not a disadvantage.

I think this is a disadvantage since the chain is programmed like that. Modification needs to be done in this regard in the blockchain technology itself.
But thats just my thought.

6. Some people consider bitcoin = hackers, drugs etc since we all know about ransom-ware, and many people came to know about bitcoin from ransom-ware, Silk route incident etc
This is not a disadvantage of Bitcoin; it's just a misconception.

You forgot to quote the rest of the post -
Quote
this is not a disadvantage but a bad name to the coin
10155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advantages of Bitcoin over traditional payment systems on: October 07, 2016, 09:29:28 AM
You also should include the disadvantages, it doesn't seem honest just to show the good stuff, you should give a complete picture.

Yes there are several disadvantages as well and as well all know comparison = similarity + dissimilarity. On this note I would like to point out some relevant points regarding this matter:

1. Volatility of price of bitcoin is there which makes it a prime target for traders. Bad news for stores/shops
2. Payment Gateways integration is low for bitcoin with respect to fiat currency.
3. Payment Availability in bitcoin is also low. Not many people get paid in bitcoin for offering their service (I am talking in general which means outside this forum)
4. Acceptance and Popularity - bitcoin needs more acceptance throughout the world, that does not mean the US/UK - the rest of the world is also there.
5. Irreversibility of transaction - though I consider it as the least because it is a fault of the user to mis-click and not system. However we are all human and we tend to make mistakes.

Edit: I did remove one about which I am also not very confident as a disadvatage but is rather a misconception.
10156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: October 07, 2016, 09:20:18 AM
The only smart method I know - Dont gamble in the first place Grin Grin

But seriously if you are an addicted gambler here are some advice:
1. Cash Out while still on green
2. Do not attempt to chase your losses.
3. When on a losing streak, its better to stop for the day.
4. Become an affiliate - the real profit-makers are the owners and the affiliates. Affiliate marketing is tough and competitive but it can give you earnings without losses for sure.
10157  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Discussion]What work would you do for 1$USD per hour? on: October 07, 2016, 09:14:51 AM
I saw some posts talking about doing surveys to get money. Here is my view on it:

Most surveys are looking for US/UK/AS/CA and other Tier 1 countries, Asian countries like where I live never get any surveys at all. But again Tier 3,4,5 are the poorer lot - the rich get richer, the poor get poorer.

So in a way I feel discriminated when others are earning loads and I cant earn anything but I am not angry on it because I have my own work as well and was trying it as side earning.
10158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 'Brave' browser starts paying bitcoins on: October 07, 2016, 09:08:39 AM
I've been hearing about this, it's awesome that they actually finished it.

If Opera starts to do the same thing like they stated then Bitcoin will become even more expensive because of Opera's large userbase.

Source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/opera-browser-may-consider-integrating-bitcoin-implements-built-in-adblock
That would be pretty great news, I could also see Firefox doing something like this after Opera starts doing it.
Chrome would never implement something like this, since Google relies too heavily on ads itself.

How large is Opera's userbase exactly?

So I guess this is going to be a game changer for the browsers used by people. Even more if they put up android and iOS versions as well. The market of smartphone is much more large than PCs and laptops.   Cheesy

But personally I feel like blocking ads but maybe most of the people will like it and use it. But not me for sure Wink
10159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: October 07, 2016, 08:58:39 AM
I do not understand the main reason why I would sell my bitcoin if I am in a loss? Is it not better to store and save it for now?

Moreover my country local stores have never heard of bitcoin and probably will not do so in another two decades. So only way for me to use the bitcoin is to convert it to fiat and then transact on it or hold it long enough and then sell it.

Moreover my main job is always there. Bitcoin is a side/parttime earning for me and hence will not likely sell the coins unless I am in a big profit. Hence I will continue to increase my stash and keep storing Grin Grin
10160  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Shamanscoin.com - New Faucet Game | +100M Payout Satoshi on: October 07, 2016, 06:04:58 AM
Thank you Admin, its working today Grin

here is nothing wiorking i get sincce weeks this message
Code:
Error
Something is wrong.
his is scam !!! be areware here !!!

They top up their website hot wallets every three to four days. Make sure to check them every 5 or 6 hours so that you dont miss them because the wallets get drained very quickly since everyone is waiting to withdraw and its a race against time. IF you miss it you have to wait till they top up the wallets again.

As far as I am concerned they are not scam and I suggest you to please check every possible evidence before you post such messages.

People in this forum have this habit of wailing scam every time they see non-payment and do not bother to talk to others about issues and start posting scam accusations everywhere on the forum.

Maybe you're right, looks they have low funds to pay all members and maybe they have bots.

I check for bots and multi-accounts on my site every 3 days, and sometimes i remove ~2000 working accounts flagged in one week.

I think Shamans and Wild has many multi-accounts /bots collecting and withdrawing, because Shamans is using old script version, and its hard to catch all bots easily without new features i have on CetoBeto.

Keeping site without funds for days makes it lose members. this is not good for both members and owner.

Protected site help admin to keep only real members and reduce payouts, this helps to pay everyone with higher rewards because there is no funds loss on bots, ..etc

i advice owner to buy new script with license, i confirm it will help so much.

Exactly, the owner should buy the license and get proper bot protection. Bots can easily drain all the faucet balance and the legitimate users would find the wallet empty within hours. I think bots are really hurting both these sites and they need to protect their site from bots.

Otherwise this can cause a decrease in member activity and profits form ad networks.
