- unlock after a certain condition: (not time) when the price rise up to 10000$, unlock my coins> - unlock after 1 week from the last spend> - unlock after 2 months after spending 50% of total balance>
IIRC, all of that would require a third party to mediate if the conditions have happened. All someone can do directly from the Bitcoin protocol is set a timelock to only be able to spend the coins after X time or X blocks. I’ve done that before and locked my coins for a few months because I had weak hands. You can do it with Coinb.in

Setup your wallet on Electrum as you normally would (Standard Wallet -> Use a hardware wallet) and when it comes to the part where you select the script type and derivation path, change the last digit of the derivation path to the number of your wallet. Eg: m/49'/0'/0' (first account) m/49'/0'/1' (second account) m/49'/0'/2' (third account) https://wiki.trezor.io/Apps:Electrum

They are probably aiming at the regular Joe that doesn't know anything about BTC and just wants to invest on it because it's on the media. Remember that many people used Coinbase (and paid big fees) instead of GDAX (now Coinbase Pro) which had 0% fees. Gemini looks like the user-friendly and expensive service aimed for the masses (at least IMO).

Hey, hey! Please stop.
I never said it is NOT my mistake and I have NOT STARTED begging to unban. You people are too imaginary due to repeated scenarios and got used to those.
Then move on. There is no point in creating a new thread asking for proof just to help spam the Meta board with more “why I was banned” threads. Take a look at how many there is already. Somewhere you/your wife plagiarized. That was the mistake.

Somehow, it is annoying to see 30 or 50 to 100 new Ban Appeals in Meta per day. By the way, I think that if possible, forum should have a child board, only for Ban Appeals, a child board inside the Meta board.
Like hilariousandco already said (just in other words): the ban reason is already stated in the message. The user usually knows why he got banned, but they like to play dumb hoping they can pass it as a mistake.

wrong thread
He was replying to an user that was (off-topic) posting in russian through the whole forum (including this thread) about his Electrum wallet. His posts are now gone.

So those autobans are global mods?
Yes (or admins). Autoban = any normal ban. Are they in a competition?
Nah. Just doing their job.

what?? this is not plagiarism, this is normal!, everyone using like this,
lol, what about the one from Veleor? Do you think that's also normal? I personally mostly take 100% and look for another good entry price to buy. I used to hodl more than selling but the market is so bad so I'm trying to win back my loses with this. I think the best is to create your own strategy based on other people's strategy especially the pro ones.

Everyone does that am I right? Pure coincidence. yes i wrong about mr veleor, but i dont think if everyone using 1 word or 2 word same anyone get banned, It doesn't matter. The example above (from Veleor) is pure plagiarism. That's why you got banned, and not for the post quoted by YOSHIE. Case closed. Didn't I say that acting dumb wouldn't help you?

Just a quick note: playing dumb/innocent won't help you. If you got banned for plagiarism, the mod knows what you did and acting like you don't know is a waste of time.

So Lucius, before I do anything wrong here.. 1. I export the private key from my existing Electrum wallet. 2. I download the ElectrumSV wallet. 3. Install ElectrumSV
Which install type should I choose? - Create a new seed - I already have a seed - Use public or private keys
You can either import your wallet seed (which will import every address) by using the "I already have a seed" option or if you want to import just a specific private key, go with "Use public or private keys".

This usually doesn't work. However, theymos released a new recovery system (that does work). Follow the instructions on this thread: Recovering hacked/lost accounts

If the Binance where it is the biggest exchange and well known can be hack, How about ordinary wallet service ? Is it just a matter of time to happen on us ?
There is no correlation between an exchange hack and any wallet hack. Actually, according to Binance, they weren't really hacked. The hacker got hold of a bunch of 2FA codes and login information by social engineering their victims (phishing attacks, virus, etc), so there was never an invasion. If you download a fake wallet or fall for a fake "please put your seed to get double BTC" website, then obviously the same will happen to you. That's obvious. If you have a good OP sec, hardly anything will happen with you. And even if it does, if you have a hardware wallet, everything will be fine. No hack, no coins lost.

No. Plagiarism = permaban, unless you are a net positive member of the community (which in that case, theymos may reconsider the ban and change it to a temp ban with a signature ban). If that’s the case, you’ll have to make a case, saying what have you done for the forum.
