1021  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] 3 BTC via Paypal on: September 05, 2013, 06:57:40 PM
I would like to buy 3 BTC via paypal at $130 each. I am a verified Paypal member and have a positive trust score here. I just want a quick transaction and don't want to go through the hassle of contacting people on facebook, or uploading photo id's, or any of that other junk that seems to be common with Paypal transactions.

If you have a positive trust score, verified Paypal, and want $390 for 3 BTC PM me.

nobody on this forum is going to be stupid enough to sell you 3BTC via paypal without verification especially with all the scams being attempted lately

just got robbed in Oklahoma City - Edmond, a kid about 20 years old, brownish-blonde hair, 6 ft tall, 150-160lbs

$950.00 -

be careful doing bitcoin trades.  I know it's tough to get trust, so my advice is start small and after you have gained trust, make sure the money is in your pocket before you release the coins!!

I guess it is just the price to pay to learn a lesson.

can you give more details what happened exactly?

1032  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: |WTB| Bitcoins for MoneyPaks on: September 03, 2013, 08:24:35 PM
How does this moneypak scam work?

So I can go to Wal-Mart with $1000 cash and buy a $1000 Moneypak right?  (+ fees)

Then I give the Moneypak number to someone in exchange for BTC.

Then I can call Moneypak and say someone stole my Moneypak number and they give me the money back?

Is this is what is going on?

thats exactly what they are doing
1033  Economy / Auctions / Re: Bitfury ~18Gh Auction start 13BTC on: September 03, 2013, 06:44:23 PM
No offense, but people can buy 13GH/s AM Blades for 4BTC. There's a lot more competition on the low end now.

No offense but the blades available for 4 BTC are 10 gh blades.
ok them you buy 2 for 20GH/s at 8btc or less and still 6btc less then this with more hash power this unit is overpriced
1034  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: |WTB| Bitcoins for MoneyPaks on: September 03, 2013, 05:16:23 PM
Any updates?

I doubt it.  This looks like your typical carded moneypak scam.  All these poor people fall for it every time and send their BTC and then they get their names/addresses tied to a stolen CC purchase.  Sad.

actually its more of a case where someone purchased the moneypaks then called and filed a dispute to get the money back you cant buy a moneypak with a credit card only cash or a pin based debit card purchase

1038  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: okay i for some reason found my old wallet and i have btc to sell.. on: September 03, 2013, 04:08:42 PM
security reasons wont post my address. but if u go to iRC u can ask any trusted member there. Also to the pm.. won't take anything that chargebacks and i dont mind danny hamiltons escrow

um nobody can hack your bitcoins by just knowing the btc address whats the issue with sharing the address to confirm you have said coins?
1039  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS: Sapphire 7950, 5850, 5870 on: September 03, 2013, 03:27:59 PM
Hey guys, ultimately i'm getting out of mining. Trying to just build a gaming pc but i want something a little above and beyond my 7950. So i'm not sure how i'm going to go about this. I guess im looking for buyers, in ltc, for the 7950 or/and the other two cards. I have around 60 ltc as well so if someone wants to trade the 7950 and some ltc for a card i'm interested in i'm cool with that too!

I'm looking for:

-hd 7970
gtx 680
gtx 770
possibly gtx 670

sli configs of lesser card might be considered but not likely. Im getting away from dual gpu and heading towards a more powerful single gpu

are you selling these or buying these?
1040  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: |WTB| Bitcoins for MoneyPaks on: September 03, 2013, 02:04:14 PM
