1021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Not Nerdy Enough on: July 17, 2023, 08:19:14 AM
Many people still don't give a F about Bitcoin, because if we look at the bigger picture they don't care, so many don't know what it is because Bitcoin still doesn't matter that much, yes you heard that right, Compare Fiat popularity to Bitcoin, even beggars on the street knows the importance of Fiat, I don't have to explain why, but Bitcoin? Nah, that's till too early.

Bitcoin needs to matter in a whole new level of popularity first to get to certain people, and it's still far from that right now, you OP are showing signs of hasty, you are impatience it seems.

Decentralized cryptocurrency is complicated to millions of people for only one reason, the government is not saying, oh my people, as from today you all should start spending Bitcoin, it's safer and more valuable, they want the hands of the government in Bitcoin before they can fully embrace Bitcoin.
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: July 17, 2023, 07:14:08 AM
Playing slots and getting wins from slot games requires luck because slot games are luck-based gambling games. So no matter how hard you try, if you don't have luck, it will be difficult for you to win, and you waste your money to have fun because you are trying to chase that win. But it's a different matter if you want to have fun playing slots because you only bet what you can afford, and when you have had enough, you will stop immediately because you know you can probably lose more money. Even though the chance to win will still be there, it is not recommended to continue playing slots because we don't know when to get lucky and win.
But if we really study slot games, especially with pragmatic providers, then there is also one factor other than luck to be able to get a larger number of wins, namely by playing even harder or you can say playing longer in the game session because then we can have a big chance to get a big multiplier.
I've proven it myself when I did quite a lot of rounds, more or less in 1000 rounds, the multiplier of 250x and 500x can come out easily, but indeed the multiplier can break if we are lucky.

Yes, more sessions is good to hit that huge multiplier, but then again, how many of us have huge money to begin with and play slots and have like 10,000 spins to test our luck?

Although there are members here who love to play slot games, but for me, I would rather stay away from this kind of games. I used to play slots a lot during the beginning, but I would rather choose other games like sports betting. Again, I have nothing against them, but it's not for me. Maybe I just will play with small money just to test my luck but that's it.
The right question, this can never be me, how can someone who is trying to play sane with gambling use a lot of money because they want to get luck on that same day? That's not mentally safe, this could destroy someone in just one single day.

I like playing Slots but if I don't win I always leave for that day, and come back any other say, it's safer for my health this way, it's either this or I quit gambling for life, because what this person is teaching is not for 90% of gamblers, if he has the money to throw around that's good for only him, but if someone reading this embark on such idea they will lose themselves and lastly become that addict and break all rules that they are trying not to.
1023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling effects on LGBTQ+ People on: July 17, 2023, 06:24:06 AM
Recently research was held by Dr Reece Bush-Evans who told that online gambling could Hide the sexuality of the LGBTQ+ people and most of these people prefer online gambling as compared to physical gambling for obvious reasons.

The more important concern for the LGBTQ+ people is that they are being treated differently in a casino which may come under harassment. Also, the study says that people at the casino, the staff plus the public have shown discriminatory behavior towards these people.

New Research Explores Effect of Gambling on LGBTQ+ People
Are we seriously having this conversation? WTF? Like I don't have when we have gays and lesbians but I hate America for legalizing LGBTQ+, something that should be considered as abomination, I know that whenever the US legalize something it's because they are benefitting from it, I am already thinking that higher position people, rulers and leaders in that country are also LGBTQ+ that's why this is now a normal thing.

It's true that LGBTQ+ people are getting slammed, not only in casinos but everywhere and they deserve it, but why are they going to casinos? Everyone has a smartphone on them I believe, they should stay at home and visit any online casino.

It's a confused world we are living in today, for LGBTQ+ people, it should be COVID-19 2.0.
1024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This is not Practical on: July 16, 2023, 10:56:04 AM
I have heard the advice that you should only use money you can afford to lose for gambling. I say that this is more theoretical than practical. Literally no one has money that they can afford to lose. I feel that money for gambling is a matter of opportunity cost. You either use the money for gambling or use it to meet a need. If using money one can afford to lose were practical there will be no need for articles on having a gambling budget or bank roll management. Hey gamblers my question is to you now is, the money you currently plan to use for gambling is it money that you can afford to lose?
This is one of the reasons why the rich call the poor the most greedy, because every penny means so much to them, and if every penny means so much how will you even take risks with investment? That's why the poor hate investment, the first time that comes to mind is they are going to lose that money, if you aren't ready to lose how will you win?

I am very much into this topic because there is a lot to say about it, see, it's always about the mindset, if yours plays the trick on you it's over, why do people feel hesitant when it's time to buy Bitcoin? Why do people find it hard to accumulate Bitcoin? You think it's always about the lack of money?

Now, back to gambling, there are things we do in our daily lives that makes no sense, or let me say in the lives of poor people, they don't have money to lose, accepted, but they have the money to use of alcohol drinks, they have the money to waste on friends that wish them no good in life, they have the money to carry prostitutes.

The best advice is use the money you can afford to lose, it's the same money you can afford to spend on drinks, throw a party, buy unnecessary things.

Yes I have the money I can afford to lose, that's why I made it this far, I avoid getting broke because I use what I can afford to lose and I also take risks to change my life and it's working because I can withstand losing some dollars.
1025  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do when you have Financial Freedom? on: July 16, 2023, 09:20:56 AM
Financial freedom? The percentage of my investment will grow higher than now that I am still an average person on the field of financial freedom, I am not there yet and I will get there, money is the right tool to get more money, and many people can't even invest right now because they don't have the money, so if I am blessed with the fortune I will make sure that my coming generation benefits from it, because I will keep getting richer as the years pass by.

Getting rich is a big opportunity of it's own, it's not easy to get there but once you found yourself there, make sure you do all you can to never go back down, instead, always grow higher from there.
1026  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture can save your country from recession on: July 16, 2023, 08:12:20 AM
OP you are funny, you talk about agriculture as if it's something new, don't you know that before you are born this agriculture of a thing was present? If it's the solution to everything we won't come into this world full of poverty and hunger.

Imagine sowing 10 plots of land and some barbarians invade your land and burn all your crops and kidnap many women from your land, is that not the end to your cultivation? Is agriculture the tool to solve such problem? I am just going back into the books of history.

There are many things you aren't adding to your point, Agriculture can bring food to your table if you are good at it, but try to plant on millions of acres in your country first to feed the multitudes, you will see that some things are not adding up.

Like I have always tell my younger ones, to be a leader is not easy and politics is stealing from one group of people and feeding them to another group of people.
1027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you feels like only draw is your win on Blackjack on: July 16, 2023, 07:41:54 AM
Is there any place even if it's thinly in the world of gambling that doesn't bring more bad luck that the good luck? Like I used to say, lets stop deceiving ourselves, either it's Roulette or other, your bad luck will visit you more than good luck, there is nothing anyone can say to me that will change my mind on this fact that I am spilling out right now, it's the most authentic fact about gambling, even any form of gambling.

Gambling is something I do time to time but it's the smallest place I decide to risk some money on, I don't do more than 50$ for gambling, I don't always expect and yes I do lose a lot but still I feel nothing about it because I don't gamble using 50$ per every single day and I don't have a dream of fortune with gambling, I just do it for fun.
1028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Signs that indicate you are not addicted to gambling on: July 15, 2023, 10:44:23 AM
There is no man alive that can keep all your rules OP, it's almost impossible because it's way too much, why not just set a timetable for yourself and set an amount for your gambling days, either you win or you lose you take your leave that day and wait for another gambling day to come, this is the best strategy.

The best rule for a gambling newbie is never come any close to gambling if you have no job, many people may not agree but gambling is not meant for the jobless, there is no way you can control yourself if all you have is a certain money that you saved from your pocket money and you plan to gamble with it, when this is your amount on earth, you won't want to lose the money to be honest.

And it's easier to lose all that money in gambling, can you see what I am talking about? Even if you want to invest your money into any stock or crypto you need a source of income first, there must be something to always run back to if the unexpected happens, but if you have no job and you choose to gamble first, you will go mad.
1029  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Liquidity and Fees When Trading on: July 15, 2023, 09:55:37 AM
A less popular crypto exchange can fake it's liquidity, it's just a number and it can be faked easily, also this exchange is not even close to low-rated ones like Coinsbit, this Stormgain is unknown, and probably a scam too, stay away from such exchange, use coinmarketcap link that @ImThour dropped, that's the official link to CMC exchanges list and ranks, and as you can see Stormgain is nowhere to be found, it means out of millions of crypto traders and buyers, only 3-15 people know about Stormgain and that includes the team of the exchange themselves, be very careful.
1030  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cz or the Sec who would you support? on: July 15, 2023, 08:53:34 AM
With the current issue in the crypto world between Cz (Changpeng Zhao) Ceo of binance and the Sec, I support Cz with reasons that binance has done alot to earn it's communities trust, helping millions of users in the crypto ecosystem, and has more durable marketing strategy whereas the Sec is government driven and wants to control everybody.
It's unfair that the sec is suppressing a private cooperation that's helping to grow & build the crypto world, binance is helping everybody including crypto whales and newbies and a fight against binance is against the world.
What's your say on this?

It's nice that Binance is trying so much to win against the SEC and at the same time this is one of the ways to know if truly CZ is clean, I like CZ and I also like the fact that SEC is troubling CZ right now, if truly CZ is fighting for crypto space he will always remain clean, and nothing will implicate him, and so far it's looking like CZ is right on top.

I will like you to understand that Binance exchange is a business company and its also a centralized exchange, we can say that the exchange is fighting for the sake of the people in the crypto space but how will they make money if crypto goes down? So yes they will always do this for their business to keep growing.

It's all business.
1031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? on: July 15, 2023, 07:17:32 AM
Assuming this person claiming to take the Lion's share for owning the account can also claim the Lion's share when they lose the bet, wouldn't that be great? This is what happens between two people when money is involved, if these two owns and runs a company together, this same thing will happen one day and they could go to the lent of hitting each other.

Never mix your money with others money all in the name of running a business, the real person in every persons will reveal only if money is involved, it's a bad idea.

Today we all have smartphones and computers, what would cost you to subscribe for data and start gambling yourself?
1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever felt remorse after gambling? on: July 13, 2023, 07:46:03 AM
Feeling remorse comes after you lose, not before you gamble Grin every gamblers always believe that they will win and they lost money only to end in depression and regrets, there are certain rules to gambling that every gamblers must take very serious.

1. Gamblers must stay away from taking loans or borrowing money for gambling purposes, it makes no sense and you are not even conform to gamble because you have no source of income.

2. Gamblers must stick to a certain amount of percentage for gambling when they feel like gambling, if you are making some money from your job, take a small part of the money to gamble, you are a man, you have a home, you have your life responsibility, gamble as a responsible man.

Even if you lost money you will feel alright still, because you don't use what you can't afford to lose, as a gambler you need to be in a safe position first and that's money management.
1033  Economy / Economics / Re: Automating your savings will help you save more on: July 12, 2023, 09:28:40 AM
Strange, then I am one of a kind, I wonder why I can't even satisfy my needs when I have the money, I remember making my first million in my local currency, I was lacking a lot, I don't eat enough, I wore worn clothes and bad sandals, I don't even give a damn, because my focus was so strong that I confused myself that I had nothing, the money was sitting there and u couldn't take a penny off it, until I found a purpose for the money and today, it helped with my foundation of success.

A strong determination won't interfere with where you are going, even if you are lacking some needs at the moment, this was my story.
1034  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin according to Satoshi is digital money then why call it investment. on: July 12, 2023, 08:21:18 AM
You can only get the right definition depending on what you are using your Bitcoin for, if you by to make more profit, it's a store of value in your case, if you buy to spend on other things and items it becomes internet money or digital money, you can even call it a scam currency if you bought at the top and it goes way down (Bad Timing), that's your fault though.

As you can see, Bitcoin is anything you can it, this world still have it's freedom of speech right? Bitcoin is fit to be called a digital gold, it created value that's why the name fits, I don't know why some people are even arguing about this topic.

As a Bitcoin adopter, why are you buying? What are you using your Bitcoin for? If you know the answer then..........
1035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first experience with gambling? on: July 12, 2023, 07:17:36 AM
I find it easier to get out of the gambling circle, don't talk for me, talk for yourself, I am not an addict, and even if I gamble continuously in a week it's because I have the money to throw away for that week, I know when to stop and I know when to stay away, the way I reason is to always be in control of everything I get myself involved with.

I have to take 10 rolls on Slots every two days in a week and if I win good amount even on the 2nd trial I stop for that day, it's over and it's time to go home, I know myself better, if I continue I will lose them all, I set some rules for myself and it's better experiment than what I used to do when I was new to gambling.

I started gambling using Dogecoin years ago and I was already in crypto at the time, it was easier to get Dogecoin through faucets online back then so it's almost like I lost nothing when I use the coins to gamble.
1036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 12, 2023, 06:13:06 AM
The way smart gamblers think is different from the way normal gambling addict thinks, whether they win or lose it has no bad impact on their lives, that's what creates a professional gambler, they stay safe to avoid ruining their lives and still end up winning.

We could say that engagement in gambling every time is addiction but I have seen professional gamblers who chooses their days in a week for gambling and he said that Thursdays are is lucky days.

If it's not Thursday he is not gambling, professional gamblers are always in control, but the other part who are addicted are in lost, they let their desire decide for them, they lack discipline.

1037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do 90% of Bettors Lose in Sports Betting in the Long-term? on: July 11, 2023, 08:22:03 AM
Sports bets are way better than every other gambling games on the casino, it's why I prefer sports bets over roulette, also it's more recommendable for someone who loves a specific sport game, they knows about the sport very well and they derive pleasure from tbs sport too, so yes this type of person is fit for the sport gambling, but I do have a problem with gambling in general, even if you win twice or more after losing like right times already (talking from my last gambling experience) you will still lose what you earned unless you stop gambling finally.

Most times, gambling and winning is like you are been lend some money to go and relax and come back when you are ready to pay up, because believe me you will pay back what you won unless you stop gambling, anyone feeling this way?
1038  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto another form of gambling? on: July 11, 2023, 07:54:33 AM
If crypto is another form of gambling then I will keep gambling using my investment strategy at least its better to jump into a fresh good project that is promising than to try to beat a casino that has a goal of you losing so that they can make money, there is a big difference between the two.

To me crypto is better called an investment than gambling, you can analysis very well and choose the best projects that will get you rich in few years than chasing lottery tickets with 1% chances of changing your life out of 100%  that's ridiculous and that's what gambling has to offer.

The answer is very clear to see, these two are not on the same league, even those who use 20$ investments of every meme coins they see have a better chance to win than gambling, truth is gambling is the most terrible of them all, I am a gambler by default but I do it with my head and brain not in a dreaming phase, I gamble for fun and I invest more than I gamble.
1039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Motivating gambling addicts to invest in bitcoins. on: July 11, 2023, 06:28:31 AM
Not just Bitcoin but also altcoins too, I am a gambler, I am into mostly Roulette and Slots but I have made much more money from altcoin investments between the 2022 bear market till now, and what I've made from gambling is not even close to half of what I've made from few altcoins so far, I think OP is right, if you can gamble with altcoins you will make more money than gambling but we all like having fun in different ways so I am in no way going to discourage anyone not to gamble, there is money in gambling too if you are lucky.

1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is more important for crypto users? on: July 11, 2023, 05:54:57 AM
Can you explain me why i need to learned gambling?

Simply put, here only millions of money are managed by asset owners, so where i have no money. In fact, i have ideas about gambling, but I don't have the ability to spend money there.
Can you tell us why you need answers? Must someone tell you to gamble first before you can consider to start gambling? You don't need any advice because there is nothing to learn about gambling, it's far different from crypto trading.

My honest opinion is you don't even need to gamble, if ma y people are talking about gambling stay away from them because gambling is not for everyone, you can be one of those people that are better off gambling.

Gambling is very risky, even HYIP online are safer than gambling, because you can have a good strategy with HYIP, but with gambling there is no strategy that can make you a winner, all you have left is safe gambling, to avoid over spending, that could ruin your life.
