1021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED on: July 08, 2016, 03:39:01 PM
Bitcoin is destroyed because China owns it?
Does it matter if most miners are in the USA or now China?

How long ago was there mass panic related to China banning Bitcoin use/mining/exchanges?
~2.5 or 3 years ago?
Now "Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED", since China is successfully participating?
My how times have changed...
bitcoin is not destroyed and none of such events can destroy it because in my opinion bitcoin is invincible as people will always use it more or less from time to time

i think it is easier to destroy humanity than bitcoins, as long as there are people and internet bitcoin will definitely be used by some of the people because its perfect currency
Why the hell do you think like that?
Nothing is invincible,especially bitcoin.
It would be destroyed if someone would find a loop-hole allowing him to mine the rest of the pool in no time.
Believe me,bitcoin would probably die.
1022  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 03:35:12 PM
Tell me all about it

My least favorite thing about bitcoin is its price volatility Its value changes very rapidly to the point that your money will be tripled in just a week or will turn into half in just also a week. But that's what also I love about a bitcoin since I am trader, a very high risk trader, I love investing in bitcoins since it can make my money grow in a very short span of time.

I think the price fluctuation makes it a bit less favorite in the new investors who wants to invest their money into bitcoins, as they have a fear of loosing their money looking at the price volatility.

I cannot agree with that,i mean you are right in some cases, but well...
When someone got's small deposit bitcoin is great for him because price fluctuates so hard that he can make pretty much  a big profit.
1023  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: July 08, 2016, 03:32:49 PM
I thought 2016 was the year of bitcoin.
I am not too concerned or i dont care with itt he important thing is I could get profit and bitcoim continue to live
and have a high price. it is quite encouraging to me

yeah, i am not concerened so much about these things either there are many more important things to occupy yourself with.

but it is also interesting to speculate about bitcoin and its future to see how it is going to work out for it and how long does it take to do it.
Well, in my opinion every year should be called as the year of bitcoins as long as there is nothing wrong that is going to happen in a particular year like market crash, I believe we are improving and that would continue in the coming years to come.
yes ofcourse. some poeple says that 2016 is the year of bitcoin. some says that 2017 is the year of bitcoin and what about 2018 and so on. but to me the whole future is belong to bitcoin.
The highest achievement in 2016 of about $770, if the next year continues to rise it could be years of the bitcoin annually.
so I think the next year will continue to be a year of bitcoin, because of the increasing development of bitcoin.

The year titled Year of the bitcoin should be the year where bitcoin was strongest and at its prime. In the year 2013 bitcoins value went past $1200, which is the highest its ever reached so far. So shouldnt 2013 be the year of the bitcoin since no other year has yet to have bitcoin with higher value?

Yes and if bitcoin crosses the price of $1200 in this year then we can say that this is the year of bitcoin, as of now its not happening but may be at the end of the year we can achieve that price.

Acceptance of steam to bitcoin is already a success for this year and not just steam but others company also that are accepting it.
So we can say that 2016 is already a year of bitcoin.
And if the price is going to be at four digits and then that's a good year for bitcoin next year.
yeah,Im still so amazed that Volvo has really accepted the bitcoin payments,it's sounds like a
joke for me lol,i have never trusted Valve and probably im not going to do this ;P
1024  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old people earning bitcoins on: July 08, 2016, 03:30:54 PM
I think older people that are 45+ would see bitcoin as a fad for the younger generation to mess with.
They might not see it worth their time as they don't have as much as it too waste on things that they have to learn about.  Wink

I think I have spent enough time with older people to strongly agree on this comment. Older people tend to not do anything, they do literally nothing. They just spend time sitting in their house, relaxing. They might go out for some time and do some social stuffs whenever they're feeling lonely but I'm pretty sure no old person would want to earn money (in general, not only in bitcoins).

For them, they are done earning money. They have spent their previous years working for their kids and now it's the kids' turn to work for them. Imagine this, older people don't want to earn money anymore because they just want to relax and they know that they don't need to work for money. Why would they do such effort to learn about bitcoin and earn some? There might be some older people who still wants to earn money maybe because they still have some people to give money or they just want to, but I don't think they would want to earn bitcoins.
you are right, that is why i have started this thread, cause i noticed that elderly people dont really want to earn money or something,
they usually go to church,go for a walk watch TV and that is basically their whole life.
1025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 03:27:08 PM
In my opinion, maybe because the price is fluctuating. So, they fear that if the price drops drastically.
Indeed. One of the possible reason is the fear to volatility of bitcoin. Some find it uncomfortable to put their money a coin that is not so stable enought and might had a chance to lose their coins.
The volatility is good for people with small deposit's and that is what attracts them but is very bad for people with big money,
they usually want to make steady income, and they feel btc isnt for them because the price may do weird things
1026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins existence has increased the spread of child pornography on: July 08, 2016, 03:24:44 PM
The topic of this thread is actually true.
When i was surfing darknet i was scared because i have seen so many people looking for /selling CP videos or something that,
it looked for me back  then like it is a only CP market ...
Im annoyed that is not possible to track most of them.
1027  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: July 08, 2016, 03:16:25 PM
free transfer fee, privacy safety, easy to use, portable.
but to me i like the signature campaign. because if a person do not have money still he can earn bitcoin from a signature campaign for free. i think that is the best point of bitcoin.

I would say that bitcoin is not just all about signature campaign and for me it is just a bonus here in forum.
But I really like the best in bitcoin is that it is a convenient currency at all.
And you can easily send someone your funds if needed.

Signature campaign is helping majority of us to earn extra income and I think we should respect that as your earnings will be more higher in future when price will be on top.
Some of us gets profit only from signature campaining, and they dont invest anything of it but just change it to fiat.
I have some friends here who are doing this way,but i prefer to make bigger profit after getting it from sig campaining.
1028  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 08, 2016, 03:14:37 PM
I get my bitcoins mostly in signature campaign and some of my bitcoins came from investment, altcoin trading, selling some credits like steam, garena shells, prepaid load etc. And all of my bitcoins is on a cold storage because i'm holding it for a long term investment.
Most people who are here certainly get bitcoin on the signature, but I guess it was not enough. so maybe some people gamble, investment and trading play to earn extra bitcoin.
I do signature campaining too,but it is not the only way i get bitcoins,i also invest trade and sometimes,
i click faucet when im really bored Cheesy
I also buy sometimes.
1029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Successful Bitcoin Business List. on: July 08, 2016, 03:07:59 PM
The press is quick to jump on Bitcoin failures. Our own Coindesk has two articles today:
Bitcoin Exchanges Weigh Impact As Vogogo Moves to Shutter Payments Service; Bitcoin Remittance Startup Freemit to Close Amid Funding Shortfall.
Let's compile a list of successful Bitcoin companies, verifiably stacking cheddar.
Caveat: DNMs, gambling, and exchanges don't count.
1) ?
Yeah,ASIC are fine actually.
There are some successful bitcoin companies like hashocean lol they got bilions of $ for scam.
I joke of course but it's the same with butterfly lab lol who did even buy these
1030  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gambling and Trading Sites are awesome!! on: July 08, 2016, 03:06:13 PM
For me, gambling and trading sites are the only legal sites right now rather than HYIP, Ponzi, Doubler and mining sites. I had been scammed from those sites. Then I learned about trading and now earning from it. I'm also earning from gambling sites right now.Of course you should have a good strategy on gambling for you to earn there. You should avoid being greedy and know when to stop. And lastly, "bet and/or invest only what you can afford to lose"! Cheesy

Yes, indeed. I was scammed also in HYIP sites like hashocean. All of my hard earned bitcoins vanished in an instant. Gambling is awesome for me because I earned 0.1 without depositing a single cent. I agree with you that a good strategy is needed to win a gambling site. And in addition, I recommend that you should join their events that gives a higher bonuses. Now, when it comes to trading. I am still on a learning process right now. Thats why I cant start to earn from it. But in no time, I hope to have a good trading knowledge soon.
Lol hashocean was the worst scam i have ever seen actually.
They were online for more than 2 years,so they got scammed enourmous amount of people, they got such a big profit out of it...
1031  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 03:04:53 PM
Price is below $700 at a moment which is not too high, so at current price I don't think that it is possible to earn a living with it as you at least need to earn 4 to 5 btc per month to live a good life and its difficult to earn that amount on regular basis.
You can earn a living with bitcoin if you just explore for the possible ways of earnign like selling your service which is a stable source of income and it also gives bigger payments rather than signature campaign but you need to make sure that your skill is on demand like programming, editing etc. There a lot of ways of earning like Signature campaign,Selling Service,Selling Goods,Trading both altcoin and bitcoin,Investment and there still more and it's up to you if you want to explore and discover it or not Wink.
Yes,programming or editing for bitcoin is a great job, with good payment, but it is not stable,i mean you won't work
everyday for bitcoin as a programmer when you will finish some project.
That's why there are a lot of good ways to earn money constantly Grin
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Block Reward Halving Countdown - Excited? on: July 08, 2016, 03:02:00 PM
WE are all excited about the coming halving, and everyone predicts something else here hehe.
Lets just patiently wait, lets dont get over-excited by ourselves, what will happen we cannot know yet Smiley
1033  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: July 08, 2016, 03:00:28 PM
I agree with the people, you should not invest one bitcoin just into a company, I think that its not worth doing this also.
Comparing with the fact that investing right now is not even needed by the way.

I would say that if you are also going to invest that 1 bitcoin. It is better if you are going to hold it for a while and wait for the price increase.
And it is going to be better if you are going to hold it as the price is going to increase.
it is not said that bitcoin have to rise,it is possible and it will rather happen, but when investing 1 btc
you need to keep safe as hard as it is possible.
So i wouldnt just hold it,i would invest it into some smart funds.
1034  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Shop which accepts BTC on: July 08, 2016, 02:57:39 PM
There are so many shops on the internet witch accepting bitcoins and that amount shops are only rising allot because there are coming more people who use the bitcoion
right now so it is not strange that there are coming more stores where you can pay with bitcoins
thats true, there will be more and more of them, while bitcoin will get more and more popular.
For internet's shops it is really easy, but it may be hard for each other, cause they might now know about this possibilty.

1036  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: July 08, 2016, 02:53:44 PM
the best thing and easiest way to get it. Is that you have must a signature campaign.
The direct thing is that you must make an investment. But that is quite risky because you can also lose some money and that will be not good.
And once again, the people give an advice about the signature campaign. not make someone becomes a coddled person. tell them another way can make the disciplined person. it's will better, because as time goes by he will know about the signature campaign.
Signature campaining is a hard work, especially if you haven't bought an account and you ranked it up until
senior member by yourself.
Still it's the best and the safest way to make btc here i guess.
1037  Local / Polski / Re: Znacie jakies bezpieczne portfele do trzymania cryptowalut ? on: July 08, 2016, 02:50:49 PM

Wielkie Dzieki
1038  Economy / Economics / Re: Coindesk sensored ? on: July 08, 2016, 02:49:40 PM
I noticed something on coindesk.  When I add a comment to an article, sometimes it becomes "pending".  It seems related to the content of what I write, and not to the length, the number or whatever of the comments.

Recently, I tried to add a comment saying that the halving of bitcoin, resulting in 1800 coins less a day, should be compared to the daily traded volume (and hence is tiny as an effect).  Each contribution mentioning that is pending.  Other contributions of mine on the same article aren't pending.  I had a few "long" ones, and also a few one-liners.

Is there a sensorship on coindesk ?

This has happened before too on other subjects.  It seems content-related.  Some comments simply don't seem to make it (or only days later, when the readership of the article has diminished).
There are many strange thing's going on with it,im getting afraid about it.
Probably i will just stop using, looks for me like it is not really worth it.You do the same too.
1039  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: July 08, 2016, 02:48:49 PM
if you are not going to sell and just save it will be good but the better if you trade them and make them more and you will get more profit
it is a good idea but what for?
if he doesnt want to sell any of these coins, then it doesnt make sense for him to trade because he wont convert them into fiat -,-
