1021  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see $10k per BTC? on: June 12, 2021, 11:00:35 PM
I have got some amount from the last bull. It was a great journey although I had lost huge amount at the end. Now, I'm only holding USDT and planning to utilize the money for buying BTC long term.
Will we ever see BTC below $10k? Actually I'm waiting for BTC to reach $20 so that I can invest my 50% and later on if price fall further, another 50%. But what if it doesn’t go such below? I will miss the potential gain.
So, what do you think? Will we see BTC $10k anytime soon? Maybe in next year or in 2023? Or I should start DCA right now?

Right now the market trend is going down but not as fast as what floor buyers are wishing to happen you'll have to wait a few more months to see it will go further, the best method is to buy a small portion for every big drop like buying 10% when it hit $32k we never know the floor price, the market could make a big switch anytime, at least you bought when the market is down, instead of waiting with uncertainty.

That is actually a good move. Because if you are just waiting to drop it below 20k or so, you may just be waiting in vain. So why not take advantage of the opportunity when the price is near 30k? Because from the looks of it, there is a very strong support above 30k level. I don't think we will go down as low as $10k but everything is possible to happen. Just make sure to keep up with the market and possible factors that may influence its price.
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YAKOSHI TOKEN WILL BE LAUNCHED SOON ! on: June 12, 2021, 10:27:29 PM
what is the total supply?

Currently i can buy 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 YAKOSHI for $2 and i lose track how much zero was that. What's the point of having too much supply that we can barely count.
Created in few days ago, but this one have too much total supply, I agree we can't count it easily, I'm confused about what is the proper name for that much amount of token? The only one information is their tg group only, looks same as fast earn and sell project.

50% will burn step by step
and what's the step, will it be every day? or there are another condition to make it started?

Most of them are just riding the hype. They will create an overwhelming supply and then burn a lot of it??? Why not start with the amount they want? Also, what is the thing with the ownership renounced? I believe that's the trend these days to attract naive users - large burn, ownership renounced, high roi, etc. But guess what, only few of them will survive as most are just created for potential cash cow, even if we say they renounced their ownership, we don't know the absolute truth here. They still have some tokens to earn from.
1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PETS] 🐭🦁 Pets Token 🐔🦄 TX fees stake to holders! Autoliquid 🐱😻😽😻🙀 on: June 12, 2021, 09:03:52 PM
How can i buy pets token?

Just read above posts and you can see what exchange they are listed.

https://trade.satoex.com/trading/petsbtc

Never used this exchange, so I can't vouch for this. Do your own homework before sending any penny to this exchange. And besides, check first the liquidity of trading. Seems they are just a small exchange. But they need to start somewhere, so it is understandable if they don't have good trading volume for now.
1024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What features should a good altcoin project have? on: June 12, 2021, 12:25:02 PM
When starting an investment we should evaluate the altcoin project very well. Investigate if it have use cases, what the community is like, the rewards system and what initiatives it is developing. Which altcoin project in your opinion do we have to get involved with to make a profit y why?
Actually, there are so many questions like this now, but it doesn't matter because I will give a very simple view for you, namely about investing in Altcoins, so instead of spending time doing research over and over again, it's better for you to choose an Altcoin that is already established popular and already well-ranked in the crypto space, because such altcoins always have great potential for you to invest in.

This is good for investors that don't want to get involve with the current hype but with high likelihood that the project will survive long and with very good foundation. Some examples are ETH and BNB. Though BSC platform got the interest of many users in the past months because of the high gas fees in eth network but I can consider that their BNB is a solid alt because of the platform backing it. Many alts, in my opinion, don't need to exist to begin with. Most are just copy-cats of copy-cats and they are only created for the purpose of getting money from naive investors.
1025  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I get a loan? on: June 11, 2021, 11:41:37 PM
In Cryptocurrency I believe is really a bad idea to borrow money to buy a coin but since you are getting it from a family member and is interest free and the person can even wait for 5 year I really that's not bad but I will advise you to do your research very well first before buying a coin and don't even try to invest in any shit coin or any upcoming coming make sure you invest in coin that you believe they will never fail you like ETH, BNB, LTC etc. I believe coins like that won't fail you but if you invest in upcoming coins anything can happen because you might endup losing your money.
Even if it's from his family. Although there's the favor that will be given to him being part of the family but money matters for some families.

In general of this, it's not really a good option to borrow money for investing in cryptocurrencies. But if he understands all the huge risk that he's taking and it's totally fine.

If he has the capacity and source for paying it, make sure that he understands what he does.

Well, the family should also know the risks involved when it comes to crypto investments. He should laid out possible scenarios to them and be transparent. With the money that he has invested on crypto right now, I believe, he has the capacity to pay his family in case something goes wrong. And if he is willing to wait long term, better invest on rock solid projects like ETH and BNB. But if there is another choice, better not get a loan even if it is from your family, stick to you own financial capability.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BTLLR] PoS-Node Coin | 180% APY on Crex24 | Mutual Betting Platform on: June 11, 2021, 11:16:45 PM
Are there many players on this betting platform? Because some coins with burning program will increase its value but seems the opposite here. What are the plans of the dev team on how to attract players on their site as well as improve the value of their coin?

Thank you for your interest, CaVO32. At now there are over 7300 registered users on the platform. Active players every day approx 80-100. We plan to integrate an investment option into our platform, users will be able to invest in various coins (BTC, ETH, BNB, USDT, De-Fi tokens, and MN coins) and receive passive income. We will add several types of accounts (Silver, Gold, Brilliant) For example in order to buy a Gold role, the user must lock the 50000 BTLLR coins on the Betller platform. Roles will increase investment interest rates and reduce fees. Hope it will help increase BTLLR value.

Update:
New BTLLR Invest Plan is active on Crex24!
-

Okay, thank you for the prompt response. It seems the passive income will be an attractive feature. I have seen several gambling sites that offer the same services, like what you call them staking their coins. This may really add interest for the players to deposit those coins mentioned. But is it okay to just deposit and earn passive income, and not play? Or is it necessary to play to achieve the level of accounts like silver or gold before you can avail the passive income feature?
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] $KAIINU is a cryptocurrency, which base on the principle of DeFi. on: June 11, 2021, 09:56:32 PM
Quite an interesting project, so the longer you hold the more tokens you earn when others are selling as it's a deflationary coin. I also like the wallet interface.
If I may, how often do you do buy back? Is it periodically or it depends on a specific factor before you decide to buyback?
Also are you planning to list on more exchanges, and how does the deflationary process work if you are trading and holding on an exchange? Do you still earn more tokens or I have to hold token in my own non-custodial wallet?

Interesting if this will fetch attention from the users here. Seems promising but just like other defi platforms, it seems good to invest with but can they really be a hit in the market? As meme tokens are growing like mushrooms everyday, they need to offer something unique so they can catch attention of the users. Also, on the part that the renounced their ownership, what does it really mean? Are they still holders of some tokens? Or are they totally like others, that they need to buy also to own the token?
1028  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google has lifted its ban on crypto advertisements on: June 11, 2021, 09:01:35 PM
It's good that they limited the advertisements to registered exchanges and not some random service that popped up related to cryptocurrencies. That was what Google was trying to avoid back then, considering the steep rise on crypto hacks, scams, and any such nefarious activities related to or concerning crypto services. It's easy to promote scam services on Google ads, and a much more easier route if you used cryptocurrencies, too. Good thing Google knows how to limit which crypto services can use their ad service.

Their move is just right, only those registered at FinCEN. In that manner, these scam sites will not be seen by naive users. But of course, even if those sites are registered, users should still do their homework of knowing the site first before sending any penny to them. As crypto adoption is getting stronger, it is high time that they accept its existence and people should know those legally registered sites. Google can't stop them from operating so yes, better return their ads but this time, with limitations.
1029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin/ETH replace fiat someday? on: June 10, 2021, 11:49:06 PM
With the current tx fee system of ETH, I don't think that it is ready to replace fiat and even with its full development, Bitcoin/ETH will never replace fiat due to the government rejecting them to be used as a country's currency.
If you are worried about ETH fees then they are migrating to POS and there are some major upgrades that could sort the fee issues, as an individual you can replace fiat if there are stores that accepts Bitcoin but if someone is waiting for the government to declare all these, then good luck with that as none of the countries will be open like El Salvador and make Bitcoin a legal tender.

Just be happy that bitcoin is growing in terms of adoption, but replacing fiat. I don't think so. Do you think banks and other government institutions will migrate to using bitcoin? We may be going digital these days, but replacing it with the currency with decentralized nature? That's not happening. They may accept bitcoin as an alternative payment option but they will not eradicate the use of fiat because of bitcoin or crypto.

It is good to see that this old project exploring the renewable energy market is still alive. I remember this was promoted before in the forum. However, may I know what countries are you serving now via your marketplace? Do you have services outside of Europe already? As far as I remember, this is operating more on the European region.
1032  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Elon is manipulating the market? on: June 09, 2021, 11:36:21 PM
Only beginners will trust what Elon Musk is talking about in Twitter and as time goes by, it lessen the people who support him because for sure they already know how bad this Elon Musk is doing, he is literally manipulating the market which makes the market fall as well, For sure in the future, Elon Musk will be non sense in the future, we should learn that Elon Musk is nothing to do with cryptocurrency, he is not important at all as he keeps doing bad things in the market.

For those who are long enough in crypto, they will know if there are loopholes on what Elon is saying. Actually some of his tweets were giving the notion that he has inadequate knowledge towards crypto. Maybe, people are interested on his tweets because it creates movement in the market just like what happened to doge. And so they want to jump on board for the mere reason that they want to get profits. However, some will get rekt because of this ignorance when it comes to crypto market.
1033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Townforge: Game, DAO, NFT, fair launch, merge mined, circular economy, play2earn on: June 09, 2021, 11:17:55 PM
As you said, you can convert townforge to real money, but what exchange are you going to list this with? Or it will be your internal exchange like p2p?  But this is good for gamers, because a lot of them are really putting their money on games without earning anything. But here, they have the chance to earn money while playing this game.

Hi, upon checking the links posted on your thread, the website seems to not load as it only shows some texts. In addition, your whitepaper link that you posted seems to be blocked from my end, so I cannot access it. Kindly check the reference below and see to it if you could do something about it, thanks.

I believe, their website is not yet up and running.  Also, they have their own stable coin - USDR, how are going to know that they are really backed by USD assets? Also, once the site is up, can the team also publish their team members as well as their profile links? They are asking for KYC during the pre-sale and sale, so they better disclose their identities before asking any of their investors those identity requirements.
1035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Ideas for Coins on: June 08, 2021, 11:56:10 PM
He should not be looking for possible team members over the net. It is better to look for people around his area, maybe close colleagues or friends. It is hard to trust people that you only met via internet. They can always disappear anytime they want. So better invest your time looking for some individuals that can help you within your region or area. It is also easy to communicate with them if you are talking in the same language.
1036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Shield Protocol - synthetic assets are the future on: June 08, 2021, 10:33:00 PM
Not gonna lie, looks scammy AF.

Yes there seemingly is an dapp that does something, but honestly, not sure if I'm ready to connect my wallet to it.
Any team information?

EDIT: Website is full of inconsistencies and spelling errors

+1, Also the website is buggy and slow. They need to get their act together or else no one will take their project seriously.

Although the app page looks nice and clean only the main website is buggy and slow.

Anyway, it is the investor's responsibility to study the project before buying the token. So no one is obliging to buy this token. But I agree that if the site has a lot of spelling errors, it is giving a not-so-good impression. A sincere project will check their site before publishing it to the public. As there are many BSC tokens that are turning to be crappy, people should evaluate the project if it is worth their time and resources.
1037  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam gate.io exchange on: June 07, 2021, 11:52:02 PM
I have seen various complaints about them especially in regards to locking and accounts and requesting for KYC at any time. Sorry about your experience. $15,000 isn't little money.

About suing them, you might end up spending a lot of money and it may be a fruitless attempt as you might require resources to assemble a good legal time. Most of those unregulated exchanges are run of criminals you always try to bypass laws and get away with cheating/owning user funds.

This is one of the benefits of sending small amount of coins if you are new to the exchange. Test if it will go thru or not. I remember these Fedora coins because there were faucets before for this coin and it is a very old alt. Maybe the OP accumulated it before and forgot that he has these coins up until now. And also, the exchange may also be alarmed of how much you have.
I also don't think it would be a good idea to sue them because you may end up spending a lot of money and still ended up for nothing. But that is an expensive lesson for the OP. He doesn't have any choice because right now, it is the only listed exchange for TIPS.
1038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most of your coins are going to be worthless in years. on: June 07, 2021, 10:45:05 PM
This is pretty much experienced before, people that got in crypto currency market in previous cycles already learned that the hard way. There are some major altcoins that survived all those crashes and bear market but because they serve purpose in the ecosystem. We saw too many coins with big volume at some point died slowly, big exchanges gone, it always changes. New technology and new needs brought us new coins, most of the existed ones stop being developed. It's very hard to pick which coin to stay in ecosystem 5 or 10 years later. That's why when we put our hard earned money into crypto currencies we have to be aware of risks and don't put all eggs in one basket.

This is very true. Remember those eth tokens airdropped every now and then. They are now useless tokens sitting in your eth wallet. And definitely, this will also be true to most alts. If you are not careful with these coins, you will end up bag holder of worthless coins. So as much as possible, convert those new alts to top currencies like btc or eth. At least, the chance that they will still be here few years from now is very high. When the devs of the coin decided to disappear, there's no miracle that it will survive in the market.
1039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: June 07, 2021, 08:08:00 PM
Of course this will be a very long process and a doorway to even more complex blockchain elements. All countries can start to observe and evaluate the development of Bitcoin and El Salvador as the country that first made Bitcoin a legal tender.
This study can of course be used as initial data for the implementation of blockchain technology on a wider scale in other countries. I strongly support this.

Anyway, if they fail, they can always go back to where they are. No harm done. But people will now be open to other possibilities when they start to orient themselves with crypto. Maybe, find another means how to earn money on their own. Because during this pandemic, a lot of people rely on crypto market to earn a lil bit of income like doing these bounty programs, participating on crypto tasks, getting airdrop, doing programming works and the likes, selling their artworks via NFTs, and many other things. This will open more jobs to people and so it will help their economy in return.
1040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BDOGE] BULLDOGE - POS - DOGESTYLE REWARDS - 100% DOGECOIN PRE-SALE on: June 06, 2021, 11:46:11 PM
^Indeed there's nothing good that would come when they caught using fake photos of the teams profiles and the project itself would be dead soon or later due to lots of flags was given by the community. Asking this matter to them directly is useless and I never heard any scammer would admit it in the first place.

The thing is are they proven to use fake photos? I think it's not a good habit to bring such kind of discussion without any pieces of evidence (or just speculating).

Btw, I'm not affiliated with them, I've tried a short search through some search images engines and didn't found anything suspicious on it (ofc it could be wrong). DWYOR

It is up to the investor now on how they will use their funds investing on these meme coins. Most of them are just money-grab projects. So if they will not do their homework, it is only them to be blamed. No one else, because it is their decision at the end of the day. With meme coins sprouting like mushrooms, expect that most of them will die very soon, once the 'dev' pocketed something, even if they will not get that much.
