There is not a single advertising network currently like that. If Wildspark becomes like a mobile/desktop based cryptocurrency AD network, then the price can reach to the stars.

It's only potential competitor is BAT, but that is limited to the Brave browser. AMP is not , it's an addon that can work anywhere + I expect a mobile app later....

Ok I was wrong there, but how do you know if AMP won't go up 700% in the next 6 months. It basically got delayed due to the December fiasco with the CTO leaving.

And I have found some issues:

It's the custom_entropy parameter of the make_seed function.

I kind of understood what this code does, it basically replaces an X amount of entropy from the PRNG number with the number you specify there, where X is the entropy difference between the num_bits and the entropy value of that integer.

Now there is 1 issue here:


The math.log(custom_entropy, 2) is not the entropy of the custom number. Entropy is the "size of the haystack" basically.

Entropy is the Shannon Entropy, so if we pick 1 number out of 2⁵⁰, that is 50 bits of entropy, but just taking the log₂ value of a number is not it's entropy, it's more like it's bit size, it's bit length in binary, but not it's entropy.

This would assume that the binary length of the custom_entropy string is the same as the entropy value of it. Which is a wild assumption, not really true in most cases. I mean what is the entropy of a string 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111, probably zero yet it's length is 6 bits. So this is a stupid assuption to make.

I think this custom entropy function should be designed or removed entirely, it places false trust in the entropy of what people supply to it. Or maybe it should be added not subtracted:


The second issue is the multiplication part:


I am no cryptographic expert, but I have researched this subject, it turns out that multiplication lowers entropy.

So multiplying 2 numbers gives massively less entropy than concatenating them. In fact the only way to preserve or add entropy is to concatenate strings or encode them into different ways.

So in this case I think this part of the code is flawed. Either some cryptographic expert vets this code or I think it should be removed since it's kind of looks like flawed to me.

• Perfect Forward Secrecy proven, which I am not sure AES based algorithms have, they could be vulnerable in the future
• Scaleable decentralization, no server farms, everyone should be a node
• Trusted hardware, it's worthless to have a full node without the means to know that the hardware is trusted
• Meshnet, in case the internet gets shut down
• Deterministic software programming ,so that we know each bit is trustworty and comes from the same source

So you have 2.401 * 0.00001 = 0.00002401

Don't use online wallets HTTPS is not entirely safe.

Sending over passwords via internet is not a good idea, HTTPS is not entirely safe. At least enable 2FA but even then the phone can be hacked.

Actually as more whales dump mostly middle class people now buy in. I rarely see now people with over 100,000$ accounts, but I see many people with 30,000-50,000$ account who most of the time just bought them recently.

So new breeds of like medium fishes coming into the ocean, they hold the coin for a mid-long term trade in my opinion, while the whales are actually in for it longer, most of the time they just power down and send the money to an alt -account for security reasons.

So the STEEM gets distributed more equally, even though whales might control more accounts so the ownership is still tight.

I'd expect more selling from newbies who just earned 50$ and want to cashout to see if they can. I don't expect that much selling from whales though.

There could be, if the user is a smart tech savvy person he could reprogram the firmware of the device and steal your coins.

It's always a good idea to reflash a second-hand hadrware wallet before using it.

There are pump and dump teams that operate on major exchanges.

Mostly Chinese from what I have seen, they love to play around with altcoins so if your coin jumps 400% in 1 hour, it's probably a good idea to not buy into that since it's just a manipulation phase.

I'd just keep a buy order for an alrcoin when it goes south and then keep a sell order at high levels in case somebody pumps it up to the stars.

In my opinion it's a very trustworthy and easy to use exchange. Both me and my accountant use this exchange to swap cryptocurrencies. We had no problems using them and we had exchanged more than 11 BTC worth of coins there.
