I am just pitying those that invested in some of those coins that has fall below expected price.  Dash was one of the Best coins last year and seriously I am surprised to see dash at the current price.  Some times I do asked myself why cryptocurrencies market and some coins has gone down like this! I think cryptocurrencies will take some long time before we began to see any serious upwards movement that we see last year.  Actually dash falling to $15 is very possible and I did not doubt op at all.  With the way things are going I did not think bitcoin and most of the cryptocurrencies are at the bottom yet and we have to look into future for bottom.

Moslem countries are going to used bitcoin and others cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology if it can be centralized.  Remember that most of the Moslem countries have no democracy and because of this the citizens are not completely free from the governmts.  Cryptocurrencies is about freedom and that is what most of the Moslem leaders will not like.  Country like Saudi arabia and Iran has king that may not want the system that they don't have control over and that is why they may not want blockchain technology or cryptocurrencies system.

Most people sell they tokens or altcoins for almost loses of the price they invest in ico and the most surprising of the whole thing is that they keep investing.  Trading is game and you have to have strong mind before you can invest rightly.  I believe that there are some coins that worth selling because there have no futuristic value and if one mistakenly invest in those coins it is better you sell early than keep holding.

That is truth because I sow a thread like this before.  However this is like a reminder to me as I have abandoned afflicted marketing which I have interest in after show no profits.  I think we should trying some of the opportunities that op has listed in other to be able to find second or third income.

I will advise you not to over worried yourself about the posts and articles about how bitcoin is going to died and all of those many stuffs.  Cryptocurrencies and bitcoin is not going to die and most of those post are been made in other to create panic and fear in the market.  Investors and markets manipulators sponsored those posts and articles in our to make the weak hands selling their holding out of panic why the big investors and market manipulations buy them at cheap price to sell back again to newbies.
Bitcoin is going to forever be with us no matter what happened and that is while we should ignore such post.

Bitcoin price is not always decreasing and some times we have even complain why bitcoin keep increasing in price and that is the beauty of trading. That is the truth and I hope op is around to read this?  Trading is a game and as such you need skills and intelligence to make money from the market.  Both bitcoin and stocks can make you rich and likewise make you poor.  If you want to makes money consistently from the financial markets? is not about what you are trading on but the knowledge and skills you have on how to interpret candlesticks pattern,  indicators and fundamentals issues about the assets you are trading be it bitcoin or stocks!  

I agree with you "America is not the center of the world " the market may react to what the op said but I think the cryptocurrencies market is bigger than that.  I could remember when I read somewhere online that "the major reason why cryptocurrencies and bitcoin in particular was developed is to break the power of governments especially the USA dollars over others economic" but that has been disproved by the way things are going.  If USD is shutdown bitcoin can only benefit from those that will like to hedge USD with bitcoin ! like wise other form of money like: gpb, yen and Eur.

The reality about life is that everything is possible.  Having that rule out then we should look at the nature of cryptocurrencies and bitcoin in particular and how it price has been behaving.  Cryptocurrencies market is highly volatile and bitcoin can get to $2000 from the current price in just a day.  However,  it is also very possible that bitcoin should recover from it current state and resolve in a very high upwards movement in a day and more market capitals in just a day.  Trading cryptocurrencies market is very risky and making money from it is also very risky and that is why bitcoin should not be trading without carefulness.

Bitcoin is still at the early stages of it involving and that is why at any price you buy now if you can hold there is no way you will not make profits.  I could remember in 2016 , December a friend told me that bitcoin will never get to $1500 in it entire life but we are now calling $3300 as a serious dump.  Bitcoin is going to recover that is very sure therefore at any price we buy now there is going to be huge profits if we can hold for the next 8 to 10 years.  Trading at this time seem discouraging because of those that bought above $10,000 and at the current price seeing as loses. I think we should keep holding and In long-term we would make profits.

Ethereum is really under  performing this year and that is why many of the contracts projects on it platform are not doing well this year.  Actually this year there was a time when ethereum was trading above $1400! But the same ethereum is currently trading below $90 . I was holding some ethereum at the middle of this year but thank God I sold it then before the major falling in price we have seeing.
It might take 4 to 5 years before ethereum can move back to above $1,000. I think we are going to have many of the projects shut down in years to come and it is good we should be careful in investing in most of this new projects.

Christmas time is really time to spend and not to save.  However,  it is better your fund should be in bitcoin than using it at this impose moments.  Investing into cryptocurrencies is like investing into the future and I believe that what op is holding now will make him rich in future.  Remember that cryptocurrencies market is going to recover and since we would ever have another Christmas I think we can actually make investments now and enjoy the future with enough funds. This time providing us with an opportunity to buy bitcoin again at a very low price.  Last year many of enjoy Christmas because we were able to buy at low price when bitcoin was downed.

This is very serious and if the whole almighty ethereum classic is shut down then I don't think we have hope for many of those under perform coins.  Many of the altcoins especially the one that has strong foundation has lose over 90% of it last year December value and the market keep falling and that is why we are lose very serious hope on them.  Investing into the market is scaring and that makes most of the projects that need fund not having enough fund to prosecute the projects and many of the running icos are not having enough fund to prosecute there projects.

This is possible and that means everything is possible under the planet earth.  If bitcoin fall to $1 I just a night then we should equally expect it to rise to $1,000,000 or $1,000,000,000 ! All this thinking is possible if we can all agree to dump it or pull it up.  We are not going to have a very bad day in future so I expect a recovering soonest.
That is why it seemed everything is still possible in this market.  I do refused to accept the speculations of serious dump before but the way bitcoin fall this time made me to think that bitcoin can still go down to $1 over night like it happens in Zimbabwe before.

Volatility is part of the problem.  Bitcoin has lose over $48billion of it market capitalization on a single day before and there was times that it has gained around $200billion. I think it is volatile and that makes the business not to be able to used it in trading.  If retailers are using it to buy and sell goods it will be very difficult to cope with the market as it can make you rich if you are holding it and it is going up in pricing and your entire capital can be wiped out if you are holding it and it is reducing in pricing.

That is a nice decision but the top ten coins at http://coinmarketcap.com has also turned to sit coins.  Most of them has lose about  80% of there values in December 2017 as at today . However,  that will not stop you not to invest and those that can buy at this moment are going to make profits when all this issues are over.  I expected high return to those that can invest now are hold for long-term.  I believe in 3 to 4 years to come we would be saying the same story that we were saying last year when bitcoin was in auto bullish trend.

To make consistently, profits in trading is not an easy task and I believe that that is were many of us fail in trading.  I could still remember in 2013 when I was trading forex and oils through a broker that assured me that I will be able to make 1000% of my investments in a year and I have to invest about $10,000 but at the end I lose almost all my investment.  I am careful since then about investments but if I see something that is very profitable I am not afraid to invest in.  Cryptocurrencies market create a lot of ways to make money through trading and I am ready to learn from this your own patterns sir.

Based on what I have been reading and most of the popular speculations I think the moon maybe in 2023. The last high of bitcoin price of $20,000 may be breaking in 2022 or 2023. We just need to hold longer enough in other to be able to take the advantage of the cryptocurrencies market in future.  Those that buy in 2011 or 2012 and we're able to hold till last year has made serious money if they were able to sell in November and December of last year.  Most of them are current billionaires and millionaires.

Bitcoin is freedom because it is decentralized and governments did not want a decentralized system.  Bitcoin, take power from governments and give it to the people financially and that is what our politicians will not like.  Blockchain technology discovered is one of the greatest discovered of mankind and you should remember that anything that will help humanity is not always accepted by the governments.
We believe that the future is bright and we just need to allow bitcoin to be and in future governments has no option than to accept it.

It could have even be good if you sold at on 14 November 2018 when you opened this thread and buy back at the current market price.  Bitcoin has dropped significantly and I think it will take some time before it can recover.  Cryptocurrencies market have a bearish year in 2018 and it is very bad for those that started to invest in 2017 especially towards the the of 2017.I think no one is currently selling out of panic but those that are dumping are the long term holding and some of them has been holding since 2011 and 2013. It seems bitcoin is going to go down further.

Last year most of the holders really benefit from the market and as at then holding become the best thing to do.  I think we are going to benefit if we can take the risk and buy now to hold for long-term.  Investment into cryptocurrencies market is like investing into the future.  We only need to be patience and wait for three to four years before selling.  Day traders are the one that should expect something from the market daily and not the holders but in cryptocurrencies community we miss both day traders and holders together and that is why many of us invested at the wrong time.
