الغريب في الامر ان الموضوعات التي تتحدث عن ذلك تم مناقشتها اكثر من مره في باقي الاقسام ولم يتم مناقشته بصورة جديه في القسم العربي.
1. عدم جواز البيتكوين:هذا الرأى سار عليه اغلب الفقهاء الاسلاميين وفتواهم كلاتى:أ. البيتكوين" حرام شرعا بأمر دار الإفتاء المصريهب. لدى تنزيل مناط الغرر والعرف والأصول العامة المتمثلة في تحريم الغرر وأصل الإمامة، فإن النقود الرقمية ما زالت لم تتوافر فيها صفات النقد الشرعي الذي يصلح أن يكون وسيطا في تبادل السلع والخدمات، ويُنظَر في مستجدات النقود الرقمية في كل مرحلة بحالها، ولا مانع مستقبلا من جواز التعامل بها بشرط تحقق المناطات الشرعية للنقد الشرعي. ج. ومنه يتبين تحريم بيع الغرر أو المجهول، وينطبق هذا على واقع البتكوين، فهو سلعة مجهولة المصدر، ولا جهة رسمية أصدرتها تكون ضامنة لها، فعليه فلا يجوز بيعها ولا شراؤها. د. البيتكوين عملة رقمية لا تتوفر فيها المعايير - الشرعية والقانونية - التي تجعلها عملة يجري عليها حكم التعامل بالعملات القانونية الرسمية المعتبرة دولياً. كما أنَّها لا تتوفر فيها الضوابط الشرعية التي تجعل منها سلعة قابلة للمقايضة بها بسلع أخرى؛ ولهذا: فإنه لا يجوز التعامل بالبيتكوين أو العملات الالكترونية الأخرى التي لا تتوفر فيها المعايير المعتبرة شرعاً وقانوناً؛ وذلك لأنَّ التعامل بها يؤدى إلى عواقب غير سليمة: سواء على المتعاملين، أو على الأسواق المالية والمجتمع بأكمله، وسواء اعتبرناها نقداً أو سلعة فالحكم يشملها على كلتا الحالتين. والله تعالى أعلم. ه. دار الإفتاء التركية تحرم التعامل بعملة “البيتكوين”و. حرّمت دار الإفتاء الفلسطينية عملية بيع وشراء وتعدين عملة "البيتكوين" الإلكترونية؛ لاحتوائها على الغرر الفاحش وتضمّنه معنى المقامرة، ومجهولية مصدرها، بما يتيح مجالًا كبيرًا للنصب والاحتيال. ي. لذا فإن قبول عملة البيتكوين إسلاميا - حتى لو تحققت في تداولها قواعد التعامل الشرعي بالتماثل والتقابض ولو حكميا عند اتحاد الجنس، والتقابض ولو حكميا دون التماثل عند اختلاف الجنس- مرهونا برفع الغرر والجهالة عنها من خلال معرفة الجهة التي تصدرها وقدرتها على ضمان الإصدار، وكذلك تحقيق القبول العالمي لها ، وتوافر عوامل الأمان فيها بصورة تمنع تبخرها من حسابات مستخدميها بحواسبهم الشخصية وضياع حقوقهم، والمتاجرة بها لا فيها، وهو ما لا يتوافر في وضعها الحالي بصورة تجعلها خدعة كما وصفها جيمي ديمون الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك جي بي مورجان. والله تعالى أعلم. ز. حكم التعامل بالعملات الالكترونية الرقمية bitcoin تاصيل رائع لشيخ عمر عبد الكافيح. الشيخ يوسف الشبيلي والحديث عن موضوع التداول بالعملات الالكترونية الرقمية " bitcoin " " بيتكوين "ط. فضيلة الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه اللهي.
