Some games are only games of chance like dice. There is no skill involved in those types of games. Other games like poker require some skill. So it really depends on the types of games you are betting on.
i guess gambling always about games of chance no matter what kind game you play , dice , sportsbetting , poker etc any games always about chance and luck , skills not really help anybody it is just a variation. but mostly believe a game like poker and spotsbetting required a skills which i personally still doubt bout it. In my opinion gambling is only for your pleasure and even instant satisfaction you feel winning some amount. Over the time the player will always be the looser.The greater evil with gambling however is that it is highly addictive and may lead to a loss of largest amount this considered to lose when starting to play.
You are right, gambling is addicting and thats the problem. its fine to start playing with small amount only i prefer that too and what i usually do, then if you are lucky there is a possiblity your money will grow with amount you didnt expect. but most of the time you will be burned out so maybe much better as well that you only have small amount to begin with after being familiarize that's the time that you can add some if you think that you are lucky or if you have some strategy to use in order for you win much bigger too. That's actually advisable for every gambler here, we need to start with a small amount of bet as we are not experience enough in gambling, when betting with bigger amount and we have no control it will just make us frustrated and we do not want that to happen to us, we will surely gonna lose big money. There might be some casino games that is useless to analyse because the house edge will always be against you. To give an example, look at Baccarat. A quick google search will show you that the house has the winning odds of over 1% at all times making you a long term loser even if you get to "win" in some sessions. Another example would be Roulette where the house has a 2.7% edge. Indeed people cannot use any analysis on a luck based games such as dice, roulette slots etc. It will not provide you any changes to turn your bet result from lost to win. The lesson for me is, don't gamble! You will just lose your money! There is a great and tested reason why casinos are still here! The house never loses! It will always win against all the gamblers. poor countries doesn't mean their people can't afford anything,inside poor countries also having classes such as high class(rich),middle class,and the poor and even if the people can't even afford a computer and an internet,government can just make a computer + internet access for commercial in there,only if the government want to put an effort they can afford stuff, but you bring up another very interesting point. there are different classes. it would be interesting to talk about which class uses bitcoin, which could benefit from it the most.
