I have officially been waiting half a month for Cryptsy to fix their withdraw confirmation emails which are not being sent, effectively holding me captive on their exchange. I refuse to sit by idly while you hold my money captive.

Waiting 48 hours now for my IFC withdrawal!!
Ticket #77161

Yea. Those Qt Wallets stall, crash, block-chains sometimes fail and must be re-downloaded. All kinds of issues with those wallets still in Beta. Developers really need to get things much better sorted out there. Far too long almost every Crypto has depended on Bitcoin's developers and their not picking up the ball enough so far.

Yep, the Achilles heel appears to be stalled wallets, broken wallets, crashing wallets, OVER LOADED, Over tasked wallets. Things Developers must sort through and put to task. And not merely the Bitcoin Developers. It shouldn't mostly be just them. Instead a task force of sorts maybe.

I have mostly great luck with Cryptsy. Sure the occasional glitch. But their the only ones I trust. And the only one's serving almost all viable Crypto's. Without them there is No Decentralized Crypto-Currency Revolution with a true Free Marketplace (an Open, Fair, Playing field for almost all viable Crypto Types). We all owe a great deal to Cryptsy for taking on such a huge, overwhelming task.

Hurray for Cryptsy. Their number 1.

It's going to be a very long while before anyone else man's up and takes on what Cryptsy has the grit to task for themselves. And all of us.

I hope the best for everyone with complaints. I am certain they will get to everyone and solve every issue in time. As best they can. Just realize don't give them a hard time or they may just delete the ticket, lol. Just kidding. But still, sugar works far better than vinegar!

I recently read that this is the smartest way to get fast help. See this link:
https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/login
This link allows for the tickets to be fully pre-sorted, sent to the correct support desk. Big John mentioned as much recently. Thought it may help to mention it again. So there it is. Instead of opening the pop up in the Browser while on their exchange use that link above instead. Bookmark it and save it to your toolbar, links, or where ever. Occasionally it will come in handy, and it really does better route your tickets to the correct places. You will notice why when you fill it out. With the extra fields to aid presorting. That surely helps prioritize the most important ones, such as deposit and trading issues.

Crypsty is the Best.

Best regards to everyone (except the worst offenders, lol).

One simple question totally destroys your whole PR disguised as customer support screed.
If the client is the only problem, why are other exchanges not locking up? I wonder... Starting to see a pattern here from Cryptsy of deflecting responsibility.
10363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTSY IS THE BEST!!!!! on: January 27, 2014, 05:12:03 PM
If your ticket is more than 48 -72 hours old it should not be. Please contact me with the ticket # and I will look into it for you

I still have unanswered tickets and confirmed pending withdraws from the 16th. I am receiving NO confirmation emails effectively trapping me in your collapsing exchange. You people are underestimating the damage this is doing to your reputation and by the time you realize it, it won't matter how well your servers work, no one will trust you with their money.

If these are IFC withdrawals we are working on the input spam and hopefully will have it resolved soon. The wallet is filled with mostly tiny inputs making almost all withdrawals too large to fit into a block. Ill get vern to post an update today hopefully

That would make sense if this was only happening for IFC. I am not getting LTC email confirmations either.
10364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INFINITECOIN – 1.8.5 UPDATE CLIENT! NEW DEV, NEW THREAD! on: January 27, 2014, 02:11:13 PM
I also invested in IFC. I am curious about this coin, cause the whole coin cap is almost mined!
What will happen next? It's exciting  Smiley

This is now the main thread?!

Yes this is now the official thread for IFC as Fisheater the original developer stepped aside and left me as custodian of this coin due to his lack of available time to devote to developing it. Most of the coin cap is almost mined meaning IFC is now more scarce. We will compensate for this with higher transaction fees. We have taken care to try to minimize the impact this will have on IFC as a micro payment system. There are lots more features to be implemented in 1.8.6 to be released shortly. Keep your eyes on IFC. Good things in store for us real soon.

Hi, could you please explain the update on the new version client, particularly on the security side and when it will be released. Many thanks.

Yes, I'm interested in hearing more about this - 'Advanced Checkpoints' sounds like a plan to centralize . . I think higher transaction fees would secure the network in a more de-centralized way.

There will be higher optional default tx fees, and higher fees for smaller transactions. Advanced check pointing is a temporary measure until 2.0 when we can implement a more permanent solution.

Today I have been officially waiting half a month for a ticket resolution for no withdraw confirmations being sent. Lots of blaming other people and form letters. No results.
10368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Infinitecoin IFC heading to record territory on: January 27, 2014, 12:42:44 AM
IFC2 (COL) is shooting up as well, following IFC. Get into COL for at least 5x from here.

The COL developer is a confirmed scammer and from day one relied upon the INFINITECOIN name and most of its protocols to even get noticed. It was originally called "INFINITECOIN 2" until the dev bent under the pressure to change it. COL is going nowhere.

Notice how they are mostly new accounts as well with no rep? lol. Obvious troll is obvious.

Thanks for helping us keep the coin from growing at cancerous and unsupportable rates resulting in crashes and instability before the market could handle it. Now that it can handle it you can pack up your bags because no one is buying your stories any more anyway. Thanks for the support trolls!

Hi freetrade, I am an investor of Infinitecoin and keen to hear if you have any potential solution to improve
the network security. Someone say could increase the transaction to keep the network safe, is this feasible.

Yes.

This feature and more will be in the new release version 1.8.6 of IFC shortly. We are not ignoring this issue.

I am interested in your opinion about what is happening to cryptsy lately. Cyptsy used to add new coins and in my opinion was leading altcoin exchange. In last weeks cryptsy added only known coins (which were already 'pumped') and very few really alternative ones. On the other hand coinedUP invested in new coins making more and more people to leave cryptsy in hope of profit from not yet known coins.
I heard that cryptsy is performing some upgrades to their page, but can it be really explanantion for stopping trusted users earning money on altcoins? Alterative coin's market is changing rapidly, most of us can not afford to wait weeks for them to fix their problems...

Being honest, I want to add that I wrote this in hope that someone from cryptsy team would read this and finally understand that it is unfair to punish users for cryptsy's problems. Maybe we can somehow influence cryptsy together?

Agree I wanted to invest in ALTcoins not MAINcoins, let's do someting about this!!!

I say we show up at their headquarters as a group and demand our property. Who would like to be part of this?

I just wanted to post here that I tested this users services and he is in fact running a legitimate retail site. I suggest you check it out. Any chance you might accept INFINITECOIN (IFC) through www.coinpayments.net?

I have 5 pending withdraws. One sent a confirmation email. The rest generated no email. Bit John blamed it on my host in a ticket. I checked nothing is wrong with my host. No reply or withdraws confirmed or not for 5 days. How long are we supposed to wait before we take group action?

BURNED BY CRYPTSY?
