they knew how to word it, and it does not effect City or Chelsea case basically, Everton is punished for overspending 19,7 milion on new Stadium facility, not on players since City and Chelsea only bought players, their cases are now different  FFP is a joke and every case just confirms it. No way Chelsea, City, Barca and PSG did not break FFP and nobody is touching them because they are big and have good lawyers. But you have to punish some smaller club here in there just to justify the existence and pay checks. If you ask me I believe half of the clubs in every big league is guilty and could be charged with something with exception of Bundesliga maybe. Seems like Germans learned their lesson and now have the league and clubs on healthy foundations. |

Although we do have one very nice tax law concerning cryptos and that is if you hold your crypto > 12 months, whatever the gain is that you make afterwards when you sell is 0% tax.
Now we are going a bit of topic but hopefully nobody will mind. We have same law in Croatia, it is just 2 years and not 1. Only problem with that law is that it only helps you if you have somewhat clean transaction history. You need to be able to show that you are selling same BTC you bought 2 years ago, not so easy for most of us. For me that only works for small part of my portfolio, where I have BTC I bought in local company with receipt and everything and I left it on that same wallet all the time. Everything else is still sort of grey area and I am not sure how it would get handled. |

Since when has that been established in Croatia?
That first 5% from every stake was here as long as I remember so at least 20-25 years. This was manageable since our bookies generally have a bit higher odds then usual to offset that. That extra tax on winnings came a bit later, not sure when but maybe 10years ago? That was the time when I started to look for other options. Problem is it is not allowed to use sites like bet365 here and you can be in problems if you pay out large winnings. Crypto bookies were my saviors  |

I literally thought I was alone on this new knowledge, I had to doublecheck if it was the same Dejan Kulusevski, I don't know I didn't know for all this while, was this is first international cap ? Just checked and it's 18 caps... stretching back to last EURO..! So I'm really surprised I didn't know it too, I really rate him as a Spurs player, just always assumed he was Balkan from his name, and also I do follow results, just never really paid attention to player names until his popped out last night. Really guys, I expect more from sports fanatics I knew he was Swedish while he was still playing in Parma, I believe on loan from Juve. He is younger than he looks, but he is playing from Sweden since begging, passed all their youth selection, after he decided to play for them instead of Macedonia. Što je najgore od svega, u tweetu piše da je ovo korisnik koji se razumije u internet sigurnost i zna kako posupati sa privatnim ključevima. A pri tome je kontaktirao lažnu Twitter korisničku podršku umjesto da je to uradio preko zvanične stranice. Vjerovao je da priča sa tehničkim direktorom kompanije koji mu se osobno javio da mu pomogne. A onda je ključeve ubacio u phishing stranicu i dao scammeru sve što mu je potrebno da mu ukrade kripto.
Taj se razume u internet sigurnost isto kao sto mu se javio tehnicki direktor Ledgera, a i ocigledno da ne zna kako se postupa sa PK inace ih ne bi delio tek tako. Inace sam fasciniran likovima koji vrebaju ovakve slucajeve i brzo se prilagode da iscede sta se moze. Da pošalješ poruku korisničkoj podršci i javi ti se tehnički direktor To je red flag samo takav, puno puta sam koristio korisničku podršku u kriptu i ako ti se ne javi neki bezveznjak koji ne može pomoći skoro sa ničime dajem ruku u vatru da je prevara. Pravi stručnjak za sigurnost u svakom slučaju. Mogao je usput poslati i preslike dokumenata i brojeve kartica nek se nađe. |

I noticed that the spreadsheet's snooker question area is yellow. I hope we are not planning to cancel the question because Ronnie O'Sullivan was in the competition until yesterday morning and there was plenty of time for anyone who did research before entering answers to use the VAR. The Cro2 duo will decide, but I think that this question should stay void. O'Reilly gave up before the competition started and that means he didn't even get to play the group stage of the competition. For me it's all the same because both me and buwaytress answered that he will pass the semi final. Buwaytress answered that he will reach the final and I answered that he will defend the title. No, he was in the competition until the final minute, and the same thing happened in season 2 when he withdrew from the competition and those of us who got the information used VAR (I was one of them) and the question wasn't void, so what's different this time? Questions like this should benefit those who care about each of the questions. Tsitsi also withdrew so are we going to void the question for those who picked him? We already have the Hungary question hanging, the snooker question hanging and potentially the tennis question so what's left to play for? Just my 0.005 cent. You guys are not reading the thread. Snooker is already void, mostly because it was made public here before the deadline and that forced our hand a bit. Browse a little and you will find couple of my posts on that topic. In short it is not fair to give a 100% correct answer few hours before the deadline. Tennis question stands for sure since Tsitsi played one whole match and question is worded in a way that makes it full proof even if we have multiple forfeits. We also have that in the rules. I don't expect problem with Hungary game but I also wrote about that few posts above. |

Guys I have an interesting question regarding our rules because maybe it becomes relevant one day and I think is not precisely defined or covered with the rules we have in place. Forfeits in sports like Tennis or loses due to technical problems in eSports are counted as regular ML wins. How would the game between Bulgaria and Hungary have been evaluated if it had become true that it doesn't take place because Bulgaria's stadium (that was originally planned as the venue) was a threat to human lives for technical reasons? In some articles it says that the game is about to be evaluated as 3-0 for Hungary. They now found an alternative venue, but what would have been the implications for our BSFL picks? As it was a high risk game, someone could argue that they took into account the game being high risk and therefore had a cancellation and a 3-0 for Hungary in the back of their minds, hence went with a -1.5 handicap win. Football is not individual sport, things like this almost never happen. We are evaluating them on a case to case basis with info we have at that moment. When stuff like that happens usually there isn't an immediate ruling about points. Game gets delayed for whatever reason usual consequences are: 1. Game is played later that day or in next few days - we wait for result and award points 2. Game is postponed indefinitely - question is void 3. Game is stopped at 70 minutes and result proclaimed as valid - we count it as valid as well I don't think your case ever happened. If it was the case, game would be postponed and new date would be assigned. I give it 1% for 3:0 for Hungary and even if that happened I belive it would come as announcement much later. Weeks after we void the question. Hope that answers your question. This is a community project, not a multi-billion casino/sportsbook that has to cover every single case imaginable. We do our best to cover as much as possible but more than half of players can't even be bothered to read first 4 posts. Or post answers on time. In our mind, getting late with answers is the number one issue and has much bigger impact on competition than one question per season that maybe gets voided. That sends a wrong message and could possibly break the good thing we have going on here. Rewards will not grow if we don't have more engaged players and we don't want to babysit players and tell them 5 times to submit their answers, that is not fair for engaged players. And if there isn't growth, there isn't progress and soon comes stagnation and then decay. |

You are very lucky to have Salah and Haaland on your team. Next GW will be both players against each other. That is not luck, that is just playing the game in most efficient way. If you asked almost anyone which 2 players will have most points in this season, you would get Haaland and Salah as answer. They are both in my team unless they get injured for long time. Also Salah will leave my team temporarily during AFCON. Those are just some things I will never compromise about. |

Tennis is a highly unpredictable sport, and that's why betting for handicap 1.5 is always the best market option on these men. Sinner is currently running Djokovic down from the left and right hahah I'm glad I chose Djokovic handicap 1.5 on my ticket since I'm fine with the second set win.
Sinner is playing in great form and I wouldn't be surprised if he wins the tournament here. I choose him to past the group and I was very close to choose him as a winner but went with more safe route just to cover myself. Had Sinner to win one set yesterday which passed nicely and also had him to win 2:0 which had enormous value but no luck here in the end.
How many chances should DireWolfM14 actually get? This is the fourth time he has not sent his answers. I don't know if he just forgot the deadline or if he is no longer motivated, but it might be a bit unfair to the others in div 3b if he only answers the questions only sometimes?

Ok so there is no VAR needed for anyone who said he is going to defend the title or something, right? If he had withdrawn shortly before his match started, what would the ruling have been then (for example, if he wouldn't have been replaced, if that is possible)? I am just asking because I wonder whether our rule set is 100% precise here? I would have probably missed this info to be honest if it wasn't for it to be shared here. Depends on how the question is written. But if Jinetics did not post here we would let it stand probably and correct answer would be Group Stage. When Jinetics wrote about it here it would be really unfair to count it and correct answer would depend on reading this thread. That is why I voided it immediately. We try to minimize situations like this but they happen and then we try to make a ruling that is most fair for the league as whole. Also another reason to not discuss questions before the deadline passed. I always wait with my opinions in order to not influence other members. We don't have a habit of posting trick questions but it is possible we slip one here and there. For example we know Haaland is probably injured and we could ask how many goals he will score. |

How should I know? I am not the one in charge of that page Kidding aside, that is not a site I ever shared or used. I am always using tennisexplorer. Never needed anything else.
