Было такое, думаю что сегодня очень много таких людей, но всё же мы ведь делаем ставку на децентрализованное будущее, может быть в таком случае людей будет объединять общий интерес к делу базируясь на таком вот проекте. Да и если документацию по недвижимости вносить в децентрализованный реестр, то объекты проще будет продавать, и никакие важные документы теряться уже не будут. Кстати идея о децентрализованном реестре уже была на этом форуме, были ребята которые за свои деньги заказывали справки с РосРеестра и забивали информацию в свой децентрализованный реестр, офигеть конечно, но всё это они делали на свои деньги. И какой в этом смысл? Забили они информацию в свой децентрализованный реестр, но от этого их данные в их реестре не стали иметь никакой юридической силы, все равно чтобы иметь доказательства прав нужно самому идти и получать выписку.. как у нас говорят: "без бумажки ты ***" Есть такой проект, который данные Росреестра на блокчейн перенес. Но у них чисто информационный продукт, им даже госорганы пользуются, потому что в своей базе он объединил не только Росреестр но различные другие открытые источники. Но это разные вещи, там люди предоставляют информацию здесь имеют недвижимость. Они вообще не конкуренты.
