1041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All life with cryptocurrency on: March 31, 2019, 04:22:42 PM
I am sure that the cryptocurrency will very soon enter the life of every inhabitant of the earth and will remain for a long time. Cryptocurrency does not stand still, it is constantly evolving.

Perhaps it will be a little different, blockchain will firmly enter people's lives. It will record all possible documents that will help to avoid falsification. As for the coins, they will remain Internet money. But they will help to improve existing payment solutions: visa, mastercard etc.
1042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a good idea? on: March 31, 2019, 04:14:47 PM
Is it a good idea in your opinion for me to wait for ethereum price to increase so I can sell it and move the money to more alt coins or should I just move the current amount of ethereum to other altcoins right now?  Undecided

Depends on the situation:
- if you bought at a price higher than now, keep and not sell.
- if you are already in +, you can sell and buy other altcoins.
The main thing is not to make a mistake when choosing altcoins, whether they will be promising in contrast to Ethereum. You decide.
1043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining on android phone on: March 31, 2019, 02:43:10 PM
Bitcoin android mining isn't relevant, it's too complicated. If you want to make a mining on your phone, you can try this coin: Electroneum (ETN). Seriously, you need a powerful asic and a video card to do the mining.
1045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEM Philippines Helps Universities Provide Blockchain Electives on: March 31, 2019, 06:27:00 AM
This was to be expected! Because still many projects which require the use of the blockchain: the election of the government, land issues, etc.
Nem has already decided to train future professionals who will make decisions on nem platform. They will get a good PR campaign.
1046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins: to Mine or to Buy? That is the Question on: March 30, 2019, 08:34:03 PM
Analized my experience in cryptocurrency since 2014 year I made a conclusion that PoW mining is less profitable than just buying coins ever. With several exclusions that just confirmed the rule.
So what is your experience?
Cons and pros of both methods to make money in cryptoworld?

Now I prefer holding coins, PoS mining and other methods without noisy and hot hardware

I agree, profitable now pos mining, there are no large energy costs.
But there are some nuances:
- you need to keep your wallet online 24 hours a day
- amount on the balance of at least 1000 coins, and if the masternode is more.
- not cheap equipment. Raspberry is not suitable since there little RAM, necessary suitable pc, laptop or intel nuc
1047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies Wallets on: March 30, 2019, 08:07:53 PM
If to store altcoins for a long time, then I use paper wallets. But if you need somewhere to store coins with smart contracts and tokens, you have to use the web version, although I understand that this is not very reliable. Thanks to your post, I learned about new wallets, thank you.
1048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: March 30, 2019, 02:16:51 PM
Of course! Subscription companies are different, a lot of deception. But this is a good experience in the management of future companies.
With regards to the price, a lot depends on us bounty hunters who lower the price of the token.
1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IS ETHERDELTA SAFE? on: March 29, 2019, 04:22:24 AM
It happens frequently and it is better to watch on Twitter: https://twitter.com/etherdelta Change dns send tokens to an alternative address. As an alternative to use forkdelta.
1050  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: March 28, 2019, 04:28:40 PM
And why bother to invent something, nationalizing cryptocurrency. Russia: Waves, China: Neo, Canada: Ethereum... Ready-made solutions have long been there.
1051  Economy / Economics / Re: How will financial crisis affect crypto? on: March 27, 2019, 04:24:54 AM
Cryptocurrency can't replace gold! She will take its place in the pc sphere. She will be used for online shopping, will be used for transfers between accounts via payment cards, etc. There will also be an opportunity to invest in it in new banks, as now they do with foreign currencies, will buy btc, ethereum, waves, universe(uni)...
1052  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: March 27, 2019, 04:14:52 AM
If countries issue their own crypto-exchange system USAcoin, CHINAcoin, ROSSIAcoin, GBcoin, etc. Do you think which of them will initially be expensive and will show growth?

It all depends on what they tie the coin to. For example, El Petro is tied to oil, Russia will tie it to gas, China to gold and so on. Therefore, the course will depend on what it is tied to.
1053  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin on WhatsApp Coming on: March 27, 2019, 04:08:33 AM
Surprising news
Wuabit is a cryptocurrency wallet accessible via a chat interface in WhatsApp. The developers describe it as 'software agent' powered by specialised AI. Users simply type in commands like 'send 0.05BTC to Vera' and Wuabit will send the cash. By using a service as popular as WhatsApp, Wuabit hope to propel crypto payments further into the mainstream.

“We are near completing the wallet core service starting with BTC.

“By using WhatsApp/SMS/Telegram you can access that wallet easily.

The public beta is due to start next month.

Fantastic news .Crypto currencies will have now more usability. It is that what that we need most

Finally, other messengers are connected. The implementation of I understand will be in the bot. But there is one thing, facebook makes its own cryptocurrency, won't it block this bot as a competitor?
1054  Economy / Economics / Re: And Now Visa Wants To Enter Crypto on: March 26, 2019, 07:15:54 PM
It pleases, especially since it will be big + for people who do not understand computers. They will keep their funds not only in dollars, euros. There will be no need to memorize the number of the wallet, everything will be implemented by the visa.
So we are going to give the control of our funds to someone.I am not much aware of how VISA will get adopt the crypto payments but if we need to deposit our funds to them and they will act like a crypto bank then it is not a good for cryptos.

I understand you, but it is convenient for people who are poorly versed in the PC. Imagine that You could trade with them on an equal footing, that's what the visa plans to do.
1055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Buy LTC on: March 26, 2019, 07:04:19 PM
If you invest for a long time it makes sense.
The coin is good and with great potential:
-high speed
- small commission
- translation between btc and ltc(test)
-good community.
In the future, if you find yourself a coin holder, you will get a good +, and for quick trading it is better to look at other altcoins.
Already LTC was stay in a same value so most of the investors are keep hold in long term. If you believe the LTC investment you only participate in this platform because all are better to invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum. I personally suggest to invest on Binance coin and this will be a great deal to invest in day trading.

Binance a good coin?
It is traded mainly on the exchange of Binance.
The increase in the rate is artificial, due to the requirements to buy it to conduct an ICO on the exchange.
Compare the LTC project has been around for a long time and proved to be good.
you can expect anything from Binance.
1056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: March 26, 2019, 06:54:14 PM
Now days we have more than 1 000 altcoins on the market. The question is, are people really using them? Frankly speaking only bitcoin, ethereum and monero are used for P2P payments. All others are used mainly for speculation purposes. Is it worth buying altcoins now days? I guess no, because all of them excluding tether are following bitcoin price chart.  I mean if bitcoin is going up or down, altcoins are doing same. (Tether is connected to US dollar rate and used mainly for arbitrage trading purposes) So do we really need altcoins? Regarding platforms, only ethereum is mainly used, and mostly for creating ERC tokens. All others, like waves, neo, etc are used very rarely. Monero is used mosly for shady deals because it is untraceable. (I doubt about that, because one dude who opened a shop on a dark web for selling drugs was cached by police last week. For communication he used 3 level protected VPN and was accepting payments only in monero) https://www.wired.com/story/monero-privacy/ You can read about dark web here. https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/dark-web-3593569/ days. The main question is: Do we really need altcoins? Or Bitcoin, Ethereum and Monero are enough for crypto comunity this days?

Coming to the supermarket, we have bonus cards on which points lie, thanks to them we get discounts. Bonuses are the local currency that is valid in the store, and the main payment is in national currency. Altcoins act in the same way, they create their own world in which they sell their services, goods using coins (tokens). There are interesting projects that will show themselves from the good side in the future and will bypass monero, btc, ethereum.
1057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Create a MyEtherWallet on: March 26, 2019, 06:36:45 PM
Not a bad guide, but not for newbies! I would advise to modify:
a) Be sure to tell that the site: MyEtherWallet needs to be bookmarked, be sure to check certificates before entering the site. Add here that there is an offline version and use it more preferably.
b) Add more pictures, it will be a navigator for beginners and will help to avoid unnecessary questions.
1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: March 26, 2019, 06:20:38 PM
Everyone who participated in the bounty and airdrop there are tokens(coins). Why I do not destroy them(sell)? Because of the Commission which is not small. Let them remind me of my greed that there was a chance to sell them, but I was waiting for their growth in the future.
1059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: March 26, 2019, 04:09:08 AM
I don’t remember why we need KYC, using it we lose the main goal of cryptocurrency: anonymity. Most projects do not really enter the market, but my documents are required to receive coins (tokens). And what is the probability that my data will not be sold on the Internet? Developers need to use KYC so that users know who is really working on the project, there will be no cheating then.
