1042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: February 17, 2014, 08:24:58 PM

Now my miner is reporting I CANT process shares any bigger than 64....which sucks....now that the pool is HUGE, my contribution just shrank 10 fold.

+1

Think it's people switching from MiddleCoin. MC is now only sitting at 19.9 Ghs

it's one user though
1045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: February 17, 2014, 07:38:03 PM
this guy has more hashpower than the elusive botnet that plagued middlecoin awhile back, i think that thing got up to 800MH

edit: wow he just cracked 4GH!
1046  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Closed - Group Buy]Dualminer USB ASIC sha/scrypt miner $85 [USA Only][Batch #2] on: February 17, 2014, 04:41:26 PM
Yeah i do not use there GUI interface, but you have to use their version of cgminer with the -S commands

MY BTC.BAT  for 7 miners

cgminer.exe --dualminer-pll 600 --dualminer-btc 64 --per-device-stats -o stratum+tcp://mybtcminingpool:port -u myworkername -p mypassword -S //./COM35 -S //./COM37 -S //./COM39 -S //./COM41 -S //./COM43 -S //./COM33 -S //./COM45

when i set my PLL to 800,850,or even 900 my WU rate is too low.. maybe i need to go lower

EDIT: PLL 775 looks like a winner

1049  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] ASUS A53E-XN1 laptop [Pentium B940 8GB ram] on: February 17, 2014, 01:15:35 AM
Wife got a new laptop so I'm selling the old one.  been used a couple years almost daily, upgraded to 8GB ram when we first got it.

Can sell with or without the 320GB HDD (obviously a bit cheaper if you dont want/need the drive)

specs:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230097

the keyboard has that sticker type plastic insert thing that surrounds each key and on the right side its starting to pop up slightly which doesn't really do anything other than the annoying factor.

picture of it here: http://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/sys/4336633944.html

escrow is ok

can take more pics upon request.

1053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: February 16, 2014, 06:10:41 PM
I wonder what's wrong with the pool.

My rig shows its normal hasrate:

(5s):2.633M (avg):2.562Mh/s | A:40448  R:0  HW:0  WU:2175.2/m  WUE:84.9%

But pool statistics shows NULLs for a hour:

Hash Rate: 0.00 kH/s

Recent Shifts
ID    Ended    Shares (yours / total)    Blocks Found
6086    OPEN    0 / 957528    0
6085    2014-02-16 18:02:07    0 / 15059984    25
6084    2014-02-16 17:47:52    0 / 15074768    23

Are my shares counted? Hope I'm not sending my precious shares to the void...

Page 17 said order 2 is closed.  Is it too late to get an order for 3 in?  Can PM/send funds tonight or in the morning if it's not too late.

Thanks

Not too late!

Imagine the mess if demon would have to send refunds to people who paid extra. I believe btc is going back to 800 in near future and do not feel compelled to pay extra at this time. I see some people started paying extra.  Demon if you feel like you want to move forward tomorrow without my 9 units, I will take a refund.

mmm Time to do math. Difference of BTC0.024 flat btc price of $650 where it seems like the average been as of lately. Sound good?

that sounds about right, taking in account of any slight fluctuations in the next day
1059  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Closed - Group Buy]Dualminer USB ASIC sha/scrypt miner $85 [USA Only][Batch #2] on: February 15, 2014, 11:58:18 PM
Let's do it then.. Deadline the same since you initially give the deadline so everyone should know what it is, those who don't pay the .02 diff per miner gets downgraded. I'm sure people would rather have some miners instead of a full refund
1060  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Closed - Group Buy]Dualminer USB ASIC sha/scrypt miner $85 [USA Only][Batch #2] on: February 15, 2014, 11:42:00 PM

For those who don't send the extra money, downgrade their order and refund the difference. So if they purchased 10 @ 1.07 and they're short $130, you would send them 8 (applying the difference) and any remaining would be sent back to them.

thats a damn good idea.. just takes alot of work and math from OP Smiley
