Another bad news from the hackers connected with bitcoin. But I don't understand why must tarnish its reputation. The world is full with impostors and thieves which make every day various thefts and frauds with all the kind of moneys. These money don't have any kind of tarnish because of the above actions. Why bitcoin must have? Have no meaning this thing (if it will be so). Lets hope that the Government of Swiss will not follow the example of Taiwan which has banned bitcoin for a similar case. But I don't think that they will do such thing.

I am a coinbase user and haven't heard any such bad news about those. I have some bitcoins there and I consider coinbase as a very good online wallet. But seeing your post make me worried. I can't find the meaning of your M after the 21. But if M mean million you must wait to long and must be very young to arrive such price. And to tell the right I have no hopes that bitcoin will arrive this price some day. But as a bitcoiner don't exclude nothing about it.

As for the spread of your million dollars have from your 21 bitcoins I find wrong the second option because, I think, that they will be in the other world (sorry for that) when that price of bitcoin will be in that amount.

I will advice to sell only few of those Fakhoury. Or to not sell at all (better). That 12.5% you will earn from the investing in certificates will be easily surpassed by another "bubble" like this that happen this last week. The price of bitcoin rose 100% and drop only 50%. So you have (since today) 50% evaluation of your bitcoins only within one week. With to much probability it will be another one event like this (at least) with the halving (if everything goes as must go) and you if will sell your bitcoin you will find yourself with less bitcoin than before if the price of bitcoin will go at least over the 12.5% given by the investing certificates. Percentage which, with the behaviour of bitcoin, is very probable to happen without to much difficulty.

Anyhow can happen even the contrary. With bitcoin no one prediction and reason can be true. It is unpredictable. Now I see for example that the price of it is about 366 us dollar. So about 14-20 us dollar fewer than yesterday. If you sell now and the price goes more down you can earn even from the further drop of the actual price.

But if it were me I wouldn't sell nothing.

Beh, the bubble was but not so big as you wondered. It was about 100% increase of price comparing to the initial one and a drop of 50% of it. I think that is not at all bad. I don't think that this weekend was at all boring. At the contrary are some of the most important days in the story of bitcoin. If these "boring" days will continue we will have gained a very big achievement for bitcoin. The first signs of its sustainability. These days bitcoin has remained at his price reached about three days ago. If it will continue we all must be amazed by him. The theory became reality. Most of us have told that with the spread of bitcoin its volatility will be increasingly fewer. This its behavior is the first sign of this theoretical hope. Seeing the signs given by bitcoin these days and first of all the stability shown the last three days (hoping that its behaviour will continue to be in the same way) I think that the price will have for sure increase after halving. As for the amount of this increase I think that it is absolutely unpredictable. If bitcoin is yet able to have increase of price about 100% within two days and then decrease for about 50% I think that telling prediction of price during the next year (which have 365 days) is something that have no sense. No one can know the behaviour of bitcoin and there are not any Central Authority which can influence or control in some way its behaviour in the market.

So remain to hope the increase of the people which will know it and will be attracted by him. This is the only secure way which will increase the real demand in its market and as a consequence even its real price.
