1041  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nobody is talking about the reason for this rise! on: November 19, 2016, 05:15:35 PM
I think it's the terminals, they're making more ways to get Bitcoin from stores lately.
Nah, terminals are very minor local thing. Totally insignificant in the global aspect, they could push price upward when they reach massive numbers.
For now they are more like glorified wall ad banners with Bitcoin symbol - which is still perfectly fine thing.
1042  Economy / Securities / Re: Invest in me. Total profits 10.5+ bitcoins. on: November 19, 2016, 05:09:02 PM
Op, you have to understand that this kind of business proposal is not going to work. If I may suggest something:
find a proper collateral and try to lend money in the lending section of our forum.

Because for now it seems that you are seeking someone who will lend you money based purely on your word that you will win it back.
Honestly, would you lend your money to someone under these conditions?
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: November 19, 2016, 04:47:52 PM
If your gambling addiction is real and you can't stop playing don't fool yourself that you are stronger and can break the circle at any moment.
It is simply impossible with most people - we all think the same thing - that we have strong will and we are in control. But in reality we need support, we won't be able do it alone.

1044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much does it cost to create a btc gambling site? on: November 19, 2016, 04:22:36 PM
I think we must have capital around 2000BTC it will be enough because we need much money for promotion the website outside need much time up to website become popular and many users on there, we could learned from the website of gambling had been run on here, they been running out large capital just for making promotion.
2000 BTC? It is roughly $1.5 million! Do you want to compete for the title of the best bitcoin gambling site in existence or something?
I guess you can achieve anything you dream of (at least script wise) while investing a much less. The sky is the limit here.
More money = better service, but if you are not building 'next big thing' you can settle with couple BTC as your total budget.
1045  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★JackpotRacer Casino★ House of Games ★WHALE DICE★DUST LOTTERY★ROULETTE★SIC BO★ on: November 19, 2016, 04:03:22 PM
I see a your are annoucing everyone who managed to hit 5/5 Jackpot so it must be really hard to do.
Just quick question - what are the odds of hitting the jackpot exactly?
1046  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anouncing new bitcoin game SATOSHIDIGITS.COM (Feedback appreciated) on: November 18, 2016, 05:04:07 PM
Hey there, you should really have a short description of what your site does at least in your homepage.. It's very vague and very bland to me..
If I were to land on this site, I would feel like leaving right away..

I second this. The reality is that the only people you will find on your site are users of this forum.
And when some random user will stumble upon your site, what will be his initial thought? I guess he will be confused what this game is all about.

First impression is half of the success int this business - you need to explain everyone the core concept of your game at the very start and make it look awesome.
1047  Economy / Gambling / Re: CAN YOU LIST LEGIT BITCOIN CASINO TO INVEST MY BITCOIN on: November 18, 2016, 03:28:37 PM
With bitcoin casinos you have to be always wary. Even the longest running business can be gone tomorrow along with your deposit.
No one will guarantee that "Casino X" will be around forever or refund your money if case something will go wrong.

There are however better choices to locate your investment:

1. https://betking.io - very trustworthy casino, AFAIK the biggest croundfounded project currently running.
www.crypto-games.net - again, people behind this service seem to know what they are doing.
3. www.satoshidice.com    - the oldest Dice site
1048  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎮🎮 Provably.io | Win an Xbox One | Premium Bitcoin Dice | Powered by MoneyPot 🎮🎮 on: November 18, 2016, 12:10:52 PM
I checked leader boards and I see that 1bigdaddy already wagered 5.62 BTC - so I guess XBOX will go to him.
This is the problem for me with 'top the leaderboards to win' type of promotions - only whales will get it and richer will get richer in the end.

I would love to see some other type of promos, not necessarily based on the idea that richer takes it all.
1049  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price will crash tomorrow!! on: November 18, 2016, 11:29:08 AM
Bitcoin seem pumped for xmas. Cheesy
This seems to be yearly pattern. Bitcoin is always being pumped during winter/Christmas seasons and dumped after new year.

As we can see in last 24 hours bitcoin didn't crash at all and even gained, since yesterday - about 0.58%, so we can stop with the FUD already.
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When is Gambling Like Investing on: November 18, 2016, 11:09:36 AM
Gambling is risk seeking activity. While investors are usually seeking the best and safest projects, therefore minimizing and averting  the risk.
Face it - gamblers are no investors they are simply customers of gambling service which is usually designed to gain profits.

Op, you asked about theoretical side of gambling and math behind the games. Many bright people tried to find golden strategies and rules behind it.
And as we can see casinos are still standing strong. So if you think gambling might be a shortcut to become a millionaire - you are wrong.

1051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: November 18, 2016, 10:35:59 AM
My country allows us to gamble but the local citizen must pay a 80usd entrance fee first. So end up, a lot of us travel to neighbour country to gamble cause of the advantage of currency and no entrance fee.
These kind of stupid laws and taxes are reason people are turning to illegal gambling and illegal activities in general.
Government is so stupid to realize that 1 citizen will pay the cover charge but 9 others won't and instead will play online or travel to the place where there are no entrance fees.
1052  Economy / Gambling / Re: Flip a coin and win 200% on: November 18, 2016, 10:03:27 AM
So this game is very similar to Dice in concept. The only difference is that you can't set custom "win range".
Additionally, why anyone would want to play a game where total 6% of your win goes to the House? These fees are overkill.

1054  Economy / Gambling / Re: JETWIN.ps #1 BITCOIN SPORTSBOOK / BITCOIN CASINO [LIVE-HD] / FREE SLOTS on: November 16, 2016, 06:44:06 PM

I don't know if Jetwin is offline for a long time or this problem is new?

they switched to .ps domain a long time ago: https://casino.jetwin.ps

1056  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: November 16, 2016, 03:19:52 PM
Quite a few people have written negative things in the last few pages. I just wanted to say that since the launch i've been enjoying myself betting on their site and live chat support has been very helpful with all the questions i've had.

The only negative feedback is about their odds. They advertise that they offers the best odds but in fact it is not the best at all. Imo, their low odds has recovered by their great promotion every month.
What sportsbet should do to avoid false advertisement allegations is change their slogan to: "Probably the best odds on the market" or something like that.
It will cut all speculation of angry bettors who are comparing odds of every event. At this time I doubt there is a sportsbook offering universally the best odds on every bet, is it?
1057  Economy / Speculation / Re: Winklevoss bitcoin etf coming soon...maybe by oct 12 on: November 15, 2016, 09:49:50 AM
New letter from ARK to SEC re COIN ETF.
https://www.sec.gov/comments/sr-batsbzx-2016-30/batsbzx201630-23.pdf

Cautious, but take home message is that if such ETF is approved, demand might be overwhelming and btc will spike.
Well, OK, then  Grin

GOLD went from $400ish to $1800 on GLD approval.
I expect at least 8-10X spike (to $5000-6000) if COIN is approved (within 3-5 years)
Still they keyword here is 'if'. But seeing that Winlevoss were so determined to open exchange under BitLicense - which is considered the worst cryptocurrency legislation attempt so far.
Then maybe they will be fighting and willing to compromise with that ETF too. Even with heavy regulation this might be better fin project than everything we witnessed so far.
1058  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: November 15, 2016, 09:36:01 AM
Sportsbet.io do you have any plans on bring back that money back guarantee promotion on CSGO events?
I haven't checked your news and promotions recently and I missed matches I would bet on knowing that you have this promo going on...

BTW Site is working fine for me. For now at least.
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: November 15, 2016, 09:18:14 AM
if you have valueable insight or information than it would be benefit for you, pm me if you want free tips Smiley
You tips might be free but you won't guarantee 100% success rate, no one can (unless it is inside knowledge, which I doubt anyone will share here).

People need to realize this sooner or later - statistically you could become successful movie star rather that successful and rich gambler.
1060  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Popular Dice sites similar to PrimeDice? on: November 15, 2016, 09:02:50 AM
You can check out our favorite dice sites at:
http://bitcoinbarrel.com/bitcoin-dice/

Included on the list are Bitsler, 999dice, SatoshiDice, PrimeDice and more. We are updating the list regularly with the best sites.
Isn't 999dice a scam with no clear provably fair system implemented? Or so I heard around many times alredy.
Yet people are talking about it and even find it one of the best dice sites? Can we have final clarification of what 999dice is great dice/scam?
