Today was a boring race at Circuit of Brno in Czech Republic. Rossi as always failed to go change the bike within the same time as his contender for the race. Fortune is with the bolds and this time I see this saying in practice. In my country we say "Gara bagnata, gara fortunate" which means "Wet race, luck race" but this time this saying for Rossi was "Gara bagnata, gara sfortunata" meaning "Wet race, unlucky race".

Still the championship is wide open with plenty more races to go.

because marques the best in replace tire
after all rider pitstop and replace tire, marques leading with defeat 18 second, so very boring this race. without over take winner in brno

He truly is.  He did it again change in the right moment and again won like last year.
Can't believe that Yamaha made same mistake again.

It was not only Yamaha fault, it was both Rossi and Yamaha fault. If Rossi would have gone in to change the tire at least 2 laps before he did, he would have had a chance to have a go at the win of the race. He has done this mistake a lot of times by not changing bike when needed, and this is the only minus in the career of "The Doctor".

Valentino Rossi made an incredible comeback coming fourth. He had to fight for the win but his team made a big mistake while waiting for too many laps. These lost points might be decisive.

OK he made good in race but when will he made first move. He is good driver but he needs to take more risks.

Unfortunately this time his team made so many mistakes. He took great risks by making a crazy comeback with so many overtakings. Right now he is in a good shape and looks the only one that can undermine Marquez.

Real madrid is the best team in europe today. They have proven it last season with a champions league title. Nowadays real madrid has such a perfect player composition, they will get some more important players before the transfer window closes. Real madrid will get stronger and they become a strong candidate league champions next season. This is very early to predict, but real madrid has shown us that the strength of a team can be seen from what they have earned.
for Real Madrid team i got interesting fact that this season they're not too active to buy new players although some of their players are linked to other teams but if i'm not mistaken that only Morata huge transfer for outcoming players but for incoming players i didn't see any big names appears to Real madrid however the results for this matches indeed according to many people predictions even before the match begin Mourinho said Madrid still too strong for Manchester United

I think that real madrid is in their best shape EVER! They have huge squad and each player knows his place. The only player they need is a striker, If Mbape wil finally move to Madrid they will be a perfect team
Congratulations to Zidane that without CR7 from the beginning of the game still dominated the match.
Zidane has already won 6 titles in less than 2 years and this season can reach at least 10.

At the bottom of the draw at surprise Thiem (3rd Seeding) and Nishikori (5th Seeding) are already eliminated. Federer then has an easy draw to the final.

Standing MotoGP after 10 of 18 races:

1)Marquez     154    gap
2)Vinales       140     -14
3)Dovizioso   133     -21
4)Rossi           132     -22
5)Pedrosa      123     -31

6)Zarco         88    -66
7)Folger        77     -77
8 )Petrucci    75    -79
8 )Crutchlow 75    -79
10)Lorenzo    66    -88

Marquez has taken a good lead but potentially there are still 5 riders who can win this year.

Nadal can return first in the ranking atp this week in the Montreal Tournament (master 1000)!
If Nadal will arrive at least in the semifinals he will return to the top spot!
He is already in the second round (bye in the first round) and will have an easy match  (Coric or Youznhy), the third round against Del Potro, at the quarterfinals Raonic or Goffin.
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: August 08, 2017, 09:19:27 AM
Lol.  I don't think Real Madrid has lost a UEFA Super Cup match since the early 2000's, it would be wrong to assume that Man United could win this just because they has a good pre season.

Mourinho is the wizard of the finals, but this Real Madrid is a cannibal!
Manchester United has done a good preseason but it will be important to see if CR7 will be in good shape for Real Madrid. I expect a balanced match

1048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk English Premier League pool betting | Current pot: £420 - £20 buy-in on: August 08, 2017, 07:11:35 AM
^ That would really suck.  It's already good the way hilarious has set the prizes up.  But if it were up to me, I'd make it winner take all.

That would make the game more interesting.

If there are about 25 players, with 3 or 5 prizes there is competition throughout the season, otherwise it may happen that by mid-season the gap may be too high by the first player, and so many players will stop playing.
1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk English Premier League pool betting | Current pot: £400 - £20 buy-in on: August 07, 2017, 09:25:18 PM
Would get in for 20 pounds.

I think that it is going to be a good battle if we are going to have more then 10 people, so then the pool will be really high.

I suggest giving the whole prize for the 1st place, so it will be like a mega jackpot.

I think having smaller second and third prizes is worthwhile. A lot of people might just give up if one user quickly becomes far ahead but with two other prizes to play for it will keep it interesting. Assuming everyone pays in as promised I will probably make the pot something like:

£400 1st
£80 2nd
£20 3rd

I will post an address and pm everyone sometime today.

Perhaps it is better to do these 3 awards: 1)300 2)150 3)50
or 5 awards: 1)220   2)130   3)80   4)50   5)20
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: August 07, 2017, 09:12:54 PM

København,Slavia Praga,Olympiakos,Celtic,Hapoel Beer-Sheva, Sevilla,Cska Moska, Napoli, Sporting Lisbon,Liverpool.
Napoli and Liverpool are 2 teams that can get to the quarter-finals but must before overcome their tough playoff against the handsome Nice and Hoffenheim!

I think that in the last 20 days of transfermarket we will see so many important transfers.
Coutinho, Sanchez, Ibrahimovic, Dembel, Aubameyang, Di Maria, Mbappè, Bale, could all change team!
The teams that will make at least a big purchase are: Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United, AC Milan, Chelsea.

1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 04, 2017, 06:46:41 AM
Top 10 most expensive transfers in history:

1.Neymar 220M from Barcelona to Psg
2.Pogba   105M from  Juventus to Manc. United
3.Bale       100M from  Tottenham  to Real Madrid
4.CR7          94M from Manc. United to Real Madrid
5.Higuain    90M from Napoli to Juventus
6.Lukaku     85M from Everton to Manc. United
7.Suarez      82M from Liverpool to Barcelona
8.James R.  79M from Monaco to Real Madrid
9.De Bruyne 78M from Wolfsburg to Manc. City
10.Zidane    75M from Juventus to Real Madrid

8 out of 10 of those player transfers happened in this decade.  It just shows that the market have started going crazy in the decade prior to this and now it's getting way out of control.  Other smaller but ambitious clubs will never be able to compete.  If you notice Tottenham wasn't really active in the transfer market which is a wise move.  Liverpool is another one.

Yes, The market is now out of control ...
now we will often see the price of 1 player over 100M. Dybala, Mbappè, Belotti, Coutinho are the next players who will enter, easily, in this top ten!

2017 FA Community Shield

Yup!  It's that time of the year again folks!  It's Christmas (no but close).  After a long wait, we're finally kicking off with the Community Shield to officially start the 2017 - 2018 season.

Will Chelsea have their revenge after last season's FA Cup final?  Wink
As a die hard Chelsea hater, I am hoping that they lose the Community Shield against Arsenal, but with trouble at Arsenal's camp specifically Alexis Sanchez desire to leave for Champions League football, I think this is going to put a damper on the whole game as a whole. Definitely a Chelsea win which am not going to like.
yeah Defintly Chelsea is favored for the win ,Arsenal is not very stable and in the preseason they were not very impressing actualy they faced Chelsea witch led tem to a defeat for 3-0 but what is making me doubt that Chelsea will have some difficulties because they only played 3 preseason games and they have lost two of them also their star player Hazad is not gonna be playing due injury while  Morata is not expected from him to do much in his first official game with the team after only featuring just couple minutes with them so is not in a shape for a hole 90 minutes and he is still not familiare with all of his teamates so i think we may see under 2.5 goals on this event.

The Chelsea seems to be favorite, but Wenger needs to win to start the season well, and avoid the usual criticism of his fans who would want him out of Arsenal after 20 years!
I expect a balanced match to decide on extra time or penalties
1057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Portuguese League Prediction Thread (Primeira Liga) on: August 04, 2017, 12:34:14 AM
Who will win Primeira Liga 2017-18?

Benfica     @2.20
Porto         @2.90
Sp.Lisbon @3.40
Braga       @75.00

Benfica slightly favored but will be a balanced fight at 3.

Primeira Liga starts this week, on August 6th.
1058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dutch League Prediction Thread (Eredivisie) on: August 03, 2017, 11:57:06 PM
Who will win Eredivisie 2017-18?

Ajax               @2.25
Psv                @2.30
Feyenoord    @5.00
Az Alkmaar @30.00

Ajax slightly favored on Psv. Feyenoord (surprise winner last year) will hardly be able to win the Eredivisie again.

Eredivisie starts on August 11th.
