it may be a secret lock of an hacker who was trying to hack your wallet or computer data. better to secure your system first. instead of investigating a strange digit code.

I want to join this campaign but the tittle says that it is closed. but when I opened it and came to last page, I see lots of people still renewing their participants. what does it mean? is it closed for only new enrollments and you are allowing exist members to continue?

First you should learn how to write what you want to say.. buying a high rank account with this posting attitude would not be good for you. you are just a newbie, better to read about bitcoin and related things and try tho rank up your own account. instead of getting another high rank account here.

Bitcoin is not illegal but there is no any low about bitcoin. but being illegal is no matter for bitcoin, as it is an online currency and governments can't handle it and can't stop peoples to use it. bitcoin is being used world wide and getting more popularity.
about replacing dollar I would also say that this is not easy to replace a national currency, bitcoin is good what it is right now, no need to replace or kill USD dollar for bitcoin.

Becoming rich just for 0.1btc is sounds funny. halving will be profitable there is no doubt about it. but with 0.1btc you can earn at least 0.1btc and make your money double to 0.2btc. which is still not a big money.
