10421  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will Be $100 Tomorrow! on: August 25, 2017, 09:58:54 AM
$100 Tomorrow lol nice joke! If prices can crash down from $4000 to $100 that will crash investor confidence and i honestly do not see how and why people will come back into bitcoin, they probably will shift to another crypto like ethereum, waves or something. I just hope nothing like this ever happens
10422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Friends, may I have your help? on: August 24, 2017, 09:37:20 PM
First impressions of your site out of 10 I give it an 8 and  I really like how clean the interface is...can't complain. am yet try it out

Hey dev before I forget do you have any restrictions when it comes to certain territories? For convenience sake,  I think bitcoin deposits should be enabled asap as this could drive traffic in
10423  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whats a bounty? Whats an ICO? on: August 24, 2017, 07:17:48 PM
Think of a bounty as a token of appreciation for your help or service performed, in this case you helping advertise Authorship and your reward will be $10 after ICO ends.

10424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Primedice or Fortune Jack? on: August 24, 2017, 05:58:30 PM
Both are reputable gambling sites that have stood the test of time- Primedice{2013}and Fortune Jack{2014} and are one of the few surving crypto casinos but what separates the two are the available games, Primedice are dice specialists while  Fortune Jack has a whole selection of games to choose from {dice, slots, live casino Rooms,Keno, Blackjack etc} it all comes down to personal preference Wink
10425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin now you think had a good future on: August 24, 2017, 04:59:44 PM
Bitcoin is pretty much part of the future we can't write it off and Ethereum will hang in there as blockchain based smart contracts become popular

When deciding in which coin to invest you can either blindly follow suggestions by others or make your own informed descision based on some criteria:

  • What problem does the project attempt to solve?
  • Is it a solution looking for a problem?
  • Is there active development behind the project? (check Github activity)
  • Has the team produced anything but a whitepaper?
  • Are there established competitors which are much further into delivering a working product?
  • Cross reference developers against previous scam projects
  • Current market capitalization of the coin
Nice if these questions have positive answers the project should be worth investing in and this is almost the same evaluation criteria  exchangers like Binance use see here https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000822512-Listing-a-Coin-on-Binance-com
10426  Economy / Services / Re: Let's Earn On Steemit! Build your steemit account fast! on: August 24, 2017, 02:46:38 PM
I don't believe people keep trying this. It's proven it doesn't work multiple times before. It's not the amount of upvotes that matters, it's the steempower. You have 0.5 steempower. Your upvote is practically worthless to me.
If we can build this community to 50 or even 100 members, who all upvote each other and follow each other. It can make a big difference on the steem power people have.

The spreadsheet is meant to just follow and upvote me, join the telegram chat is also for dollowing the rest of the community I am trying to builld. This way we all grow our steemit account.
like the idea but can the spreadsheet be open to everyone so that it becomes a follow for follow type of group and all grow our steemit accounts
10427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which do you view more favorably, BTC or BCH? on: August 24, 2017, 01:09:05 PM
I would pick BTC over BCH simply because Bitcoin is more suited for everyday use despite certain times transactions take some time to confirm, and  Bitcoin is readily acceptable on several online and physical stores(brick and mortar stores)

Bcash is just an altcoin how can you compare it with Bitcoin. Dogecoin and Eherium it's competitors at best  Wink
I agree Eherium is the real competition but for bitcoin cash its the battle of the real bitcoin
10428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ♬♬♬ [BOUNTY] Opus - Decentralized Music Sharing Platform ♬♬♬ [FINISHED] on: August 24, 2017, 08:58:29 AM
Still, there is no announcement on CrowdSale ended or not because many people are still, purchasing the Opus coins. I think they have raised enough money to challenge music industry and we have to wait and see what are the updates we are going to get from the company.
Announcements usually come after the crowdsale is over, need to wait a little bit longer for this and from what they had initially planned to raise through the token sale i think they will have to restrategize to challenge companies like apple because i do not see a sale out happening. Still got 12 hours to go to get your OPUS, dont miss this opportunity.
10429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enigma Hacked; Over $470,000 in Ethereum Stolen on: August 23, 2017, 09:16:10 PM
According to this comment by someone on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/6v0vei/warning_enigma_website_and_slack_probably_hacked/dlwztnt/ Enigma CEO using the same password for all his accounts, that's why the hacker can hack enigma. Once again another hacker on ICO because of stupid things. Are they deserve the second chance ?
Its unfortunate that the ICO was compromised as a result of the Enigma CEO account being hacked, its high time people set secondary security protocols in place such as 2fa and basically make an effort of not using the same passwords as is this case. Hope all other ICO's learn from this and tighten their security in the best interest of its investors
10430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 23, 2017, 08:37:28 PM
-snip-
Barca has made the worst transfers this season. Barca give away some of its player without money and bought normal players in higher costs than expected. That’s why Iniesta is angry with his club. Other than this World best attacking line "MSN" has also come to an end. Angel Di Maria is actually a better choice as compare to Paulinho or any other player in my opinion. Though he gets injured a lot but still he is perfect choice at present.
Considering Barcelona are desperate for a Neymar replacement any high profile player would do for them but the signing of Angel would only be a short term agreement as the  Argentine is more prone to injuries and on the age side of this maybe he is already in his prime as compared to Coutinho who is 4years younger and less prone to injuries .

**Isn't the whole Di Maria signing all fake news considering Barcelona's twitter account was hacked? **
10431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bank Interest VS Bitcoin profits on: August 23, 2017, 08:15:41 PM
Would you risk about $10 000 now, to possibly copy his success?

Without hesitation i would invest $10000 because bitcoin now has a favorable market to grow and can allow me to get my profits faster than your friend had to wait.

Those were very uncertain times, when he had to make that decision back then.

You got that right there was so much uncertainty back then...luckily investing in bitcoin is no longer high risk, it's a safe haven.
10432  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-08-22] Crypto Bloodbath: Bitcoin Back to $3,950 on: August 23, 2017, 03:46:27 PM
Dips, corrections all these are normal when it comes to bitcoin and people should not fall prey for such and panic.
Things looking great for bitcoin at the moment, the $3950 was a temporary setback and bitcoin is now over $4150 and my guess is while others started to panic sell with all speculations of miners changing their interest for bitcoin cash as a result of available low mining difficulty, smart buyers were able to take advantage to buy cheap coins.
10433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth $400 on: August 22, 2017, 09:14:04 PM
Eth to reach $400.. when .. give your sense
I would pretty much speculate that this could happen around October when most eth based ICO's start to spend some of their fundraised  funds for project development and at the same time we would see more crowdsales in the same month which could result in demand for eth and a surge in price
10434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: August 22, 2017, 06:45:40 PM
I am using the Electrum desktop wallet because  i can access it on phone and get to use the extra features like send to many, etc that i can not get on other wallets like blockchain.info
10435  Economy / Services / Re: WeiMixer.com Ethereum Mixer | Signature Campaign | $3/post | Jr. and Above on: August 22, 2017, 05:14:14 PM

10436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: August 22, 2017, 05:02:01 PM
My only alternative to bitcoin is ethereum because fees are considerably low and when you need to make a deposit in your account confirmations are fast you need to worry about stuck tractions unlike bitcoin which is unpredictable with congestions at times.
10437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Core coin crashing while Bitcoin cashremains stable. on: August 22, 2017, 04:57:27 AM
Isn't this the other way round... bitcoin cash is crashing and Core coin looks to be holding up fine against BCH as far as i can tell.

And bitcoin is nowhere under $4000 nor going deeper as can be seen from the current https://coinmarketcap.com/ update....long live BITCOIN(BTC)

10438  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: August 21, 2017, 10:34:22 PM
For bitcoin day traders, volatility is the name of the game and it happens that its also their alley as they are able to make some money from this but why you should hold is entirely up to you. You might hold btc as a store of value or as an investment which will pay well after a certain period
10439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt-coin ICO participation question on: August 21, 2017, 10:09:52 PM
I want to participate in an ICO that requires a KYC identification. Problem is, most of my identification will presume that I am a us citizen since I currently reside there. But I am technically not a US citizen yet. Would this arise any complication? It will be my first ICO so I want to make sure it goes smoothly.
Could not find KyberNetwork but am assuming the project is avoiding the American market like many other ICO's are doing and if that is the case as you have already said your identification shows you a citizen of the US don't bother as you might lose your investment, watch out for TCs for such projects good luck.
10440  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best trading site now? on: August 21, 2017, 09:34:02 PM
Of course Poloniex is considered among the best for high volume coins along with bittrex, livecoin, yobit but I have noticed its become a lengthy process for new projects to have their coins listed because of low volumes but etherdelta is one upcoming platform I believe will be popular in the future.
