I am going to keep an eye on this topic. There have been people offering something similar to this before, but they never paid out or paid out for a while and then disappeared. You are paying and seem very cooperative, so you are legit in my opinion (for now at least). I do not accuse you of being a scammer or something like that!
Yeah, I know who you mean. I was one of those scammed with goldentowns. The good thing with golden battles is, I can remove my "mentor". Thus if I get screwd I can still play the game. Also the payment is not as high as with the goldentowns referals. It might work out moneywise for OP to make a little profit out of this. Probably not for the first few levels, but in the long rong I can see this working very well.

I just closed QT, so I cant give you a step by step. But in the console (Debug console?) you can enter "help". It will show a list of commands that you can use. Check those starting with "list...", listunspend might do the trick, but there are more. Im pretty sure one of them will give you the info you need. If not you can allways check the inputs for each receiving adress on blockchain.info. Edit: fixed bad typo ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

That way I now have almost 200 GBP (for 480 I can get a rifle, for ~650 a sniperrifle) and I just hit lvl 3.
Just to tell you that you can get a LQ rifle with around 280gbp (Yep the HQ one that cost 480 is more worth for the money definitely). I have some questions though:
These war foods/drinks are pretty useless to me, since I barely ever loose health / cp (what is cp anyway?). Does it make sense to sell them for a quick £££ or should I safe them for later use?
Those food/drinks you get from hitting low level alien are TQ (Top Quality)drinks. TQ items cannot be sold in the game ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) CP stands for combat points. It's sort the shield layer of yours. Anyway thanks for sharing your experience here. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Thanks for the answers. I also though I had seen a rifle for ~300 ish, but when I check earlier it was only available for EUR or 4k GBP, so I took the price of the next one. Now there are rifles for - 280 (LQ, 175 shots) - 480 (HQ, 350 shots) - 5153 [=4 EUR] (TQ, 1050 shots) So the HQ one gives you more pewpew for your £££ (maybe even the TQ one if it is available for GBP instead of 4 EUR) HQ costs 1.3714 per shot and LQ 1.6 per shot. While definitly wait for a HQ one if I can.

ha! you picked the same # as i did while i was typing. what happens when we win?
As DhaniBoy pointed out, only the first guess will be considered, since your guess is not valid I think you can do another one today. Since Im posting anyway and I want to see an end to this. update of "the list" last post checked: 1960

Well why don't you just fight specific alien with specific weapon? In that way you'll level up really fast no matter how much energy you left. Anyway are you still playing the game? Just curious about it haha. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Well, I haven't played in a couple of months, but only got as far as level 6 or 7. At that point I only had the initial pistols, one of which had already ran out of ammo. So, the only option I had was to try and beat the harder enemies to avoid spending too much ammo, and still make enough money to at least be able to buy another weapon when needed. Maybe I missed something, or perhaps I didn't start off in a good country, but I think I would run out of ammo for both pistols pretty quickly without making much progress, if I expended all of the energy fighting the weaker enemies and just working. I mostly fought lvl 1 and Training mobs. I tried the higher lvl mobs from time to time but they are not worth the stamina. Paying 2 Stamina for 2 XP is fine, but paying 4 stamina for 2 XP is not. The caluclator shows I do an average DMG of 54.something so I only fight lvl 1 as it only has 39 HP and this usually means 1 hit kill. http://goldenbattles.net/dmgcalc.htmlWhen Im low on stamina but still have time I fight the lvl 0 bug for white agra (funny name, took me a while to get the viagra joke) until it says "cant fight, someone else does" then I bulk use the w. agra and either continue fighting lvl 0 or lvl 1 mobs. Each day befor I go to sleep I take a job, as Im in London I usually can choose for whom to work. All pay > 9.5 GBP/h some even up to 9.7 GBP/h. So thats >75 GBP each night. That way I now have almost 200 GBP (for 480 I can get a rifle, for ~650 a sniperrifle) and I just hit lvl 3. Obviously at some point I will have to stop massing W. Agra and fighting because working makes more money, but since I get a bonus for leveling fast I will as long as I can. W. Agra is useless after lvl 6 anyway. Hope this helps as well as the others. I have some questions though: These war foods/drinks are pretty useless to me, since I barely ever loose health / cp (what is cp anyway?). Does it make sense to sell them for a quick £££ or should I safe them for later use?

I think it's time to call that op is gone. Original Post hasn't been updated for 2 days now. Last time i checked: 936 unique replies... Let's bring this to an end.
The number is most likely 99,99% guessed by now. Can mods now lock this useless thread in order to stop it from appearing to the frontpage please? Would you want to be marked as a scammer and have you thread posted just because someone else is 99% certain that you did something wrong or would you want 100% proof? Id want to make sure that every possible number was guess befor I call OP a liar. My guess for today: 955 update on the list: last post checked: this (didnt check the number)

While some API dont care about the URL blockchain.info might.
When you register for the API key you usually have to give them an URL. I know steam does not care if the request come from that URL or from somewhere else, they dont even check that. Maybe blockchain does. Do you test this from your server or from your home PC?

Nope, the wallet.dat contains the private/public key pairs that belong to your bitcoin addresses. The balance on those addresses is extracted from the blockchain, by incremently adding and substracting all transactions to and from said addresses.
Simply put the private key is THE single proof that an address belongs to you. Without providing it no funds can be sent from the address.
When I update the bitcoin-QT, it takes long to be updated because all the current blockchain info gets downloaded. Is not it ? Then where that data is stored ? Not it wallet.dat ? Default is win: %APPDATA%\Bitcoin linux: ~/.bitcoin/ max: ~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Data_directoryThere is your wallet.dat and in the subdir "blocks" are all the blocks.

-snip- Recovery; off optical media, do-able, you can resurface it, resilver it, recover most data off a disk sawn in half, recovery off corrupt/dead flash memory... good luck with that.
While you have many valid points, there is a big difference between self burned CD/DVD's and factory "printed"/"burned" CD/DVD's. Those you make yourself are usually of a very bad quality and the chemicals used dont last very long. They decay over time and there is no way to resurface the CD/DVD if the chemical layer below the plastic is "gone". Storing data electronically for a very long time is still a problem today and there are very limited possibilties for home use. Out of those flash based memory (flash cards, usb sticky, etc.) is the most reliable. They are not perfect. They also suffer from "decay" as the magnetic fields that hold the data lose power, but they decay at a slower rate compared to the chemicals used in CD's. If you want something to hold your data for a very long time: use stone or metal. Even "home use" paper might not hold your data over 5-6 years depending on the pen / printer ink you used. How much bits are flipped each year due to background radiation I cant tell, since I have never read any reliable information about that. ECC might prevent people from noticing the effect while the systems are in use though. Same with xrays from static electricity. Sounds like bogus to me, but what do I know. Edit: Searched a bit on google scholar and found a paper on the topic. Its not the one I read, but its the same basic information, so I might as well give this as a reference. “Depending on the media type and in tensity of the light, a disc may fail due to exposure to direct sunlight in as little as a few weeks. This will be especially tr ue when coupled with the heating effect of exposure to sunlight or combined with any other heat source.”
Basically: Dont store valueable data on CD/DVD's. Full paper here: http://www.imaging.org/ist/publications/reporter/articles/REP26_3_4_ARCH2011_Lunt.pdf

As everybody told you, is not possible use RAM for mining there is at the moment I know that is possible the mining from GPU, AISC, Scrypt, USB and graphic card.
GPU = Graphic card, has logic/arithmetic unit - can mine/calculate stuff AISC = ASIC = "Applicationspecific integrated circuit" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Application-specific_integrated_circuit - has loic/arithmetic unit - can usually only do 1 specific task but is very good at it Scrypt = a function, this will not do any caluclations for you. This is something that you need a logic/arithmetic unit for. USB = an interface, no calculation here, just some sort of plug

I doubt if some years later your CD/DVD players may not function well and you will find it difficult to buy a new CD/DVD player ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) You might have that problem with USB devices too, I doubt it though. You can still get floppy drives as well as old magnetic tapes. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fupload.wikimedia.org%2Fwikipedia%2Fcommons%2F5%2F55%2FOkona-GfhR-Bandlaufwerk.jpg&t=663&c=VqVjWgrAtbZkwg)

I trust DVDs over flash RAM.
Obviously you ain't gonna leave it kicking round on your desk to get scratched up. Yup copy the wallet files over and stash safe.
-snip- In what way is a disc in its folder not a safer Storage than for example a USB memory-stick? Ok so skip the wallet program. That was just stupid. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) There are several reason why CD/DVD is a worse data storage than USB. #1 You have to take more care. (Dont scratch, easier to break, heat, cold, sun, etc.) #2 The data is burned into a chemical substance that decays over time and can no longer hold your data. Lifespan of a selfmade CD is ~5-10 years. Lifespan of data on an USB device 10-30 years Only sources I could find are in german, but Im gonna post them anyway. http://www.netzwelt.de/news/75456_2-haltbarkeit-speichermedien-daten-richtig-liegen.htmlhttps://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langzeitarchivierung#Haltbarkeit_der_Tr.C3.A4germedienEdit: but yes you can just burn your wallet.dat on a CD. DVD would be a waste...
