10501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling worth playing? on: August 09, 2016, 04:54:22 PM
Hello
Your friend seems to be having gambling addiction. Make sure he seeks professional help. I hope his condition is not serious. Also stop lending him your money. No one can make a profit by gambling - its true because the House has an edge over you.It is designed to make you feel that you are winning but actually you will suddenly lose in the long run
10502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best casino for invest ? on: August 09, 2016, 04:47:44 PM
Hello
As far as the OP's post is concerned I can draw two conclusions

1.You are trying to invest in building of a casino - In this case it is very profitable as long as you maintain it, Provide it with proper design and coding making sure that provably fair system is implemented.

2.You are trying to gamble yourself - Gambling is not a good investment. It is more of a loss. Still many people do get lucky at time and also run out of luck at times.

Good Luck!!
10503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 09, 2016, 11:54:06 AM
Hello
As a safe method all I can suggest to you is that you should not gamble much. Earn by working hard and dont depend on luck to give you money.
However you should always try to bank whatever profit that you make as soon as possible (not possible on most BTC gambling sites because they have minimum tipping amount). That is why I always suggest to gamble in a responsive manner.
Good Luck!!
10504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: August 09, 2016, 11:51:10 AM
Hello
Well I don't prefer gambling at all but once on Primedice someone tipped me some BTC and I went on rolling it at 1.1x multiplier. Just after 2 bets I lost it all. From that day I resolved never to gamble again.
Good Luck!!
10505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work due to gambling or visiting bitcointalk.org? on: August 09, 2016, 11:48:22 AM
Hello
No this never happens to me because I hate gambling in the first place. I prefer to work hard and earn my money. About visiting this forum - well I visit this forum once in the afternoon and once in the evening and sometime once before going to bed - it never takes away time from other stuff because I can manage my time very well.
10506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gamble small amount i win and when i gamble big i loose. on: August 09, 2016, 11:45:41 AM
Hello
It is true that the House Always Wins and no doubt that the house will turn the tables and wipe away all your profits in a single bet. That is why you must cash out early while still making a profit.
Good Luck!!
10507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: August 09, 2016, 11:32:53 AM
Hello
Gambling is for fun and not for profit. I generally have fun with the free faucets on gambling sites. You can never really make any earning let alone profit form a gambling site. Its better to use the faucet and have fun with the free BTC that they provide you with.
Good Luck!!
10508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 08, 2016, 07:48:11 PM
Hello
Having a huge bankroll and making small bets/rolls do earn profit as long as the house does not wipe away your bankroll as you have to bet all or nothing. Gambling depends on your luck and hence there is not strategy for gambling. One should always gamble with that money that one is willing to throw away (I hope no one does).
There is no easy way/shortcut to profit/success - old saying but very much true.
Good Luck!!
10509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 07, 2016, 06:48:03 AM
Hello
Gambling is not a method to earn money and make profit. It should be done for fun and with money that you are willing to waste. Gambling depends on your luck and the House always win. You can never really make a profit by gambling and hence refrain from it.Once your luck dries up you will find yourself losing everything and that is disastrous.
Good Luck
10510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MY gambling strategy to limit loss and make btc on: August 06, 2016, 03:58:40 PM
Hello
Well it is a very good strategy not to mention a very popular one and a very disastrous one also. Take my word for it because making 0.001 from 0.01 will take you several bets and once in a while the house will catch you when you run out of luck and lose everything in the process.

Trust me don't waste your money like this by gambling. These strategies never work because the math is never on our side that is why it is called the House "EDGE" - the house has a edge above you.

If these strategies worked then casinos go bankrupt and would not make a profit. But that is never happening so I hope you get the picture.
Good Luck!!
10511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this what we called "addictive to gamble"? on: August 06, 2016, 06:36:27 AM
Hello
This is exactly why gambling is known as an addiction. The natural instinct that "I just lost a thousand dollars..OMG I have to get it back!!" is one of the big reasons why casinos and gambling websites are running well and making a huge profit.

The best method to stay away from this is to stop gambling right away. Forget about all losses and just stop gambling. Your hard earned money is precious. You and your family need it more than a gambling site.

Good Luck!!
10512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 05, 2016, 10:36:08 AM
Hello
I dont know why the OP made this post but everyone should know that Gambling is like throwing away your money - None of us are lucky to win a jackpot and should never try to either.
On the other hand an investment is risky too.
My suggestion is trading - to hold the BTC in your wallet and keep tabs on the price. When the price goes up sell them to earn profit and when it goes down buy some more.
This is the most safe method to make profit. I am not a risktaker myself its upto you to decide whether you want to double your money in a day by gambling and ponzi investments or to wait till the price rises and trade.
Good Luck!!
10513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: August 05, 2016, 10:30:09 AM
Hello
Gambling is very addicting. The best way to get rid of it is by getting involved in some other better hobby of your own and spend time on it. Gradually your mind will forget about gambling and you will never be tempted to gamble again. You also need the help of your family members on this - they can be your biggest support.
Also try to stay away from professional help - most of them are there to just to make money and not treat you in any manner.
Good Luck!!
10514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gamble small amount i win and when i gamble big i loose. on: August 05, 2016, 07:40:43 AM
Hello
Well I can say that you have been very unlucky in this case.
Most betting sites have a provably fair system and the rolls can be verified that they are fair and are not manipulated.
My suggestion is that you stick to other types of earnings/Jobs and don't gamble much because you are going to lose in the long run.
Good Luck!!
10515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: August 05, 2016, 06:42:38 AM
What martingale does is to create "very high win chance" bets.

With a strategy of base amount 0.001, 2x on loss, total budget 1.024 (busted in 10 consecutive losses), what you are really betting is 99.89% (=1-0.505^10) win chance bets.

So, you are just hoping you will never see a rare event happens (10 consecutive losses in this case). Smiley

The other thing to consider is how long it takes to get there. At 0.001 BTC, to get 1 BTC you'd need to win 1000 times before that happens. The chances of this are 1/1024, but you have to consider that it's inclusive of all rolls. So you aren't rolling 1000 times. Every loss adds another to it. If you win and lose 50%, it would take 2000 rolls to get there, but there is a 1/1024 chance you're going to cap out and lose it all.

It is true and like I said the maths is never on our side. That's why the House edge is there and that's why we need luck. By the time you end up at 1BTC (you never will actually) you will have lost all your bankroll - so its an overall loss so to say.
Good Luck!!

10518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: August 05, 2016, 06:24:58 AM
Hello

My answer would be Yes & No.
Like all gambling sites depend on your luck and the maths is never on your side - thats why its called house edge it is right to rename as Martinfail.
The key to making martingale profitable is to get out early - as soon as you win that amount, cash out. Dont keep on betting, if you do that you will end up losing everything.

Good Luck!!
10519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: August 04, 2016, 08:48:30 PM
Hello
Yes of course if gambling was illegal in our country I would not gamble. Moreover the fact that some people gamble for fun is ok as long as it is done in secrecy. I myself don't like to gamble my money and hence would never do so.
Good Luck!!
10520  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Method of getting referrals through BTC Ad networks? on: August 04, 2016, 09:20:52 AM
Hello
Thanks for the replies.
Let me stick to the original post - my question is if bitcoin ad networks can be used to get referrals - if so what is your opinion about that network?
Thank you
yes of course, you can start for free with mellow ads. Every day you can get free 5000 up to 100000 satoshi advertising credit from their faucet. But if you want to run decent ad campaign there and on other networks it's not so cheap. The hosting and domain would cost you less.

Yes this is what I am doing currently.
I have a set up a new advert campaign using the faucet claim on mellowads. All these websites do have alot of cost for advertising. So I also set up a blog for my links.

Thanks for all the input!!
