10521  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: paid gmail verification on: April 19, 2018, 02:09:16 PM
Does Google require confirmation of your phone number every time you create your new email?
No, Google only requests this when they suspect an unusual activity for your IP address.
This means to create an unlimited number of emails, you need new IP addresses not used to create Gmail emails.
There are many services that provide you a unique IP address (dedicated one) "You can create two accounts for each unique email address".
I've seen a lot of explanations about the possibility of getting an unlimited number of Gmails using a Remix OS.
10522  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Error Decrypting Wallet Blockchain.info wallet on: April 19, 2018, 01:12:52 PM
I get the approval mail. After Clicking it
You receive confirmation on your email address when suspicious or unusual activity is detected.(This means that your password is correct)
,I get the SMS code on my phone. I enter the code and try to login.
SMS code is a second layer verification.
I get the Error Decrypting error msg. There is something wrong on the Block chain.info side.
this means you activated Advanced security: "Login IP Restriction"
Only allow login from IP address in the whitelist. If you do not have a static IP address, this may lock you out of your wallet. If you have verified your email address, you will be notified of any suspicious login attempts.
Since you are lost access to your backup phrase, uncheck any program that changes your IP or tor projects with full deletion of all browser files and you will be able to access your wallet.

Personally, I prefer to add more decentralization to solve spam problem using systems like the tree system.

10524  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Austin City Hopes Blockchain Helps to End Homelessness on: April 18, 2018, 04:48:31 PM
This is a usual news, the technology of the bitcoin has many useful uses besides cryptocurrencies:

  • Digital identity: Blockchain is digital cryptographic keys that are not based on an accounting system, leading to little sharing of personal information
  • Authentication: Each person has a distinctive element associated with a system that is available to all to access the information which leads to transparency and detection of fraud
  • data management: Accurate data management while providing assurance  of information without third party

If you read this information you will find why Austin City decided to use Blockchain.

10526  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: some website or program to create Signature for campaigns easily? on: April 18, 2018, 02:16:16 PM
Bitcointalk Signatures is a BBCode codes. It is easy to do the design using that language but the real problem is the inclusion of images and shapes.
you can’t use
Code:
[img][/img] / [flash=200,200][/flash]
So designs must be done manually.

You can use these sites to convert your images into BBCode, but the results will not be satisfactory

10527  Other / Meta / Re: Posts getting vanished on: April 18, 2018, 12:19:19 PM
I don’t want to review your posts, but even your replies are good, add posts in a general topic with hundreds of replies it's just spam[So even if your post is good, it will be lost].

Time to sell?, When will the market recover?, Why buy ETH? ...etc

Is it easy to predict if the topic will be deleted or not?
When posting in a general topic containing more than 1000 replies, most of your post has already been mentioned and rest will be lost due to the large number of posts.[thus all your reply has become useless]
10528  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BTC.com is the most powerful bitcoin wallet, popular block explorer & global min on: April 18, 2018, 12:06:51 PM
I believe that any good thing does not say "I’m good" but works silently.
It must be written in front of this topic [ANN], this is a propaganda information more than being a technique.
I have not used this wallet before but no reports against it, don’t mean it's good.

It is best to post information such as support segwit, control fee, backup options,....etc

10529  Economy / Speculation / Re: Big price swings on: April 18, 2018, 11:04:15 AM
Anyone see notice the big price swings on BTC, Eth, LTC, and Bca all shot up at the same time and almost exactly 12 hours later all dropped off a cliff lower than where they started? Seems like a big fish manipulation, I noticed it many other times and makes me tilt my head and makes me leary
The effect of the price of bitcoin is applied to all other cryptocurrencies.
However, if the price of the Bitcoin drops, it will be followed by a drop for all currencies with a margin of change of about 5% maximum.
The price of  bitcoin has not fluctuated very much in the last 24 hours. Any rise or fall is a natural product of daily market movement.
Perhaps the odd thing is the rise in cryptocurrencies like Monero & BCH [temporary speculation]
10530  Economy / Economics / Re: Are all cryptocurrencies destined to be store of value in the end? on: April 18, 2018, 09:59:09 AM
Currently, BTC is only used as a store of value,
No, Store of value is "the function of an asset that can be saved, retrieved and exchanged at a later time, and be predictably useful when retrieved. More generally, a store of value is anything that retains purchasing power into the future."[1]
This leads us to the following qualities: durable, easy to transport and have a stable price.
cryptocurrencies fail to be stable coins because of random fluctuations in their price(Decentralization).
its Store-Of-Value

How do we expect cryptocurrencies to be adopted as valid payment methods when everyone is really using them as investment stocks?
The mistake of saying that these currencies are tools to invest(investment stocks)

10531  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger firmware 1.4.2. wtf? on: April 18, 2018, 09:14:22 AM
What is the firmware"software for hardware"? Firmware is software that is embedded in a piece of hardware.[1]
This means that by keeping your firmware updated, you keep the devices compatible with the new media/Enhanced protection.
In short, after the update, you will be able to use your Ledger better (exploit your Ledger resources)"improve how the behavior of installed applications is checked and verified."[2]
In general, you are not obliged to do that unless vulnerability found but you will not lose anything if you update.

10532  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: to what degree could lightning network improve speed? on: April 18, 2018, 08:44:59 AM
Lightning Network (second layer) based on the idea of creating a payment channel(Bidirectional) by concluding a funding transaction to the relevant blockchain.
So what happens is an update of the values inside the channel without broadcasting it to the blockchain. after the completion of transactions, the process of closing the channel is broadcasting it to the blockchain.

How long does it take to update values within a two-party channel?
10533  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can i create a signature? on: April 17, 2018, 09:42:02 PM
That will help you when you leave school.
I agree with you, Bitcoin has broken the border between countries, now the opportunity for all talented and anyone who wants to learn to earn an additional source of income with the least effort possible.
BBcode(signatures) has no future, Bounties will not continue forever. try to learn to photoshop or website design.
The forum should be used to talk about money-making ideas, Not to make money.
anyway you can use this link to start learning about signatures https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1727100.0
10534  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress? on: April 17, 2018, 07:28:09 PM
how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress associated with this?  I am checking it every few hours and it drives me crazy and makes me anxious. Is there anybody in a similar situation and how do you cope with this?

PS: I was trying to do this once a month, but I think, I missed the beginning of the bear market in January this year because of this.

Thanks,
Mike

1. I use sites to compare the price of bitcoin in exchange platforms and then calculate the average value of the price.
2. open Google search to find the average "using this word [Bitcoin price USD]".
3. calculate the difference between them and exclude the abnormal values(Often Asian platforms).
4. The resulting value is what makes me plan to sell or buy.

how to cope with stress:

I invest an amount that will not affect me very much if I lose so I do not take the risk nor sell until I get the planned price (Life is full of pitfalls).
10535  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to crypto? Trading, Investing, Altcoins etc? Here's a great place to start on: April 17, 2018, 06:56:51 PM
I congratulate you and your team about your website design but I would like to mention the following:

  • It is not advisable that the first thing that appears to me on the site is DONATE word
  • what do you mean by " fundamental analysis"? and What are the details of your technical team?
  • The update data appears to be slow
  • No ads (good point).
10536  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin rose to $8000 again. The turnover is increasing rapidly. on: April 17, 2018, 06:21:41 PM
Bitcoin is traded within a symmetrical triangle, medium hovering at $ 8,000 and a peak at $ 9000 and a bottom at $ 7,000 and $ 7500.
I do not think that Bitcoin will leave this triangle soon unless some good news as the lightning network and the laws of regulation.
Everyone said taxes are the cause of this rise, but it does not seem to have a long-term impact[Do not expect mad rises soon].
Just keep HOLDING.There is no reason  to sell
10537  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit $25k in 2018? on: April 17, 2018, 05:12:08 PM
why $25k and not 30$k or 100,000$?
Stop reading news from CNN they only shearing FUD.
The same channel that supports the Ripple "Cryptocurrency boom" & Tether "Tether faring better than rest".

Do not invest recklessly and do not look at the BTC/USD value [This is a decentralized market and most predictions can not be credible].
Just invest what you are not afraid of losing and stop listening to this FUD
10538  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CryptoCurrent Radio on: April 17, 2018, 03:15:13 PM
Basically, what I've done is synthesise the main points and data from several online news sources.
Be careful when choosing your news sources, the credibility of the channel is the most important factor to make it successful:

  • CNN news: characterized by unbiased news about cryptocurrencies, for example, you can find that most of the news is negative and falsifying the facts.
  • CoinDesk news: more biased to cryptocurrencies and most of them amplified for news.
  • bitcoin.com: BCH FUD

ICOs that stand out as vital to improving Crypto-currency infrastructure

Beware of ICOs, any attempt to scam by these campaigns will open fire on your channel.

Do not ask for a donation, Make the primary goal "sharing knowledge"  and you will find who supports your channel.
10539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: No P2SH Block explorers ? on: April 17, 2018, 02:40:40 PM
you mean "No Bech32 Block explorers?" right?

Bech32 is a Base32 format for native witness outputs. BIP status moved into Proposed.[1]
Some blockchain explorers can only display it (blockchain.info) other can’t display/index (insight and blockcypher).
this is the list of block explorers that support Bech32

10540  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Help recovering wallet VIA privkey on: April 16, 2018, 10:48:43 PM
You can convert your Segwit P2SH address (start with 3) into a legacy address.but this process is dangerous because you can not know that the address starting with 1 uses a compressed or uncompressed public key(also you sign using pvtkey) so it’s better to import it into a wallet that supports Segwit.
