I think they own KnCminer.

Why do people hate KnCminer? Delayed / failed delivery promises? The press on them seems pretty positive.

are you fcking retard? The press does not know shit especially when they're paid to write.

KnC is a scammer, go buy their miner and see for yourself ?

Gee, I thought at most somebody would tell me to go Google it, and I already did. So that way I could just respond with "it isn't on the first 2 pages" and its not exactly easy to find criticism of them here either.

Though I would rather just do that than carry through with your suggested approach.. Which you must have done. I'm guessing from your tone it wasn't cheap.
10522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [XPM] Ever heard of Prime Coin ? on: October 10, 2014, 10:36:05 AM
this is one of the coins that got me into cryptos to begin with. I thought all alts were going to be this cool. I still think utilizing hashes for something constructive is a worthy idea, though often overlooked.

FoldingCoin, a token released on the Counterparty platform utilizes your CPU power to simulate protein folds for scientists at Harvard. You get rewarded a share of tokens equal to how many folding jobs you finish on a weekly basis. I know its not exactly the same thing but its in the same vein.

It seems to me unlikely that the government would go straight from no legal precedent to handing out fines. Usually there would be some sort of cease and desist warning first. To my knowledge there's no previous ruling declaring cryptocurrency platforms to be capable of issuing securities, registered or otherwise.

Wow, my browser translator did a fantastic job here. But the article seems mostly positive.. Pardon my ignorance, but why are they on the wall?
10526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pacific Blockchain of Hawaii and jl777 on: October 10, 2014, 05:31:34 AM
The time adds up perfectly with the Monero disaster. They are so mad that their scam is going down.

Then why wouldn't they just ban BlueMeanie since he is Moneroman88? LOL.

I tried to follow the trail of links but the one for sale in this thread is clearly not BMs:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=805424.0

BM had way more posts than that at the time of sale. This freakout seems organic to me. Pretty classic meltdown, if there is such a thing.

I don't understand much about autoDACs but it does sound like a hefty responsibility to deliver on.

Also, I'm not contributing to his threads any more. Its apparent somebody advised him not to talk about the NXT so he is not going to. Not much left for me to say.
10527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] State Of Crypto ? on: October 10, 2014, 02:07:38 AM

Exactly! Case in point, namecoin! How bat shit awesome is namecoin? Where is the namecoin of 2014? Where is that level of amazing?

Namecoin is awesome compared to 99% of all other coins, because it actually does something.

I do appreciate the platform cryptos, but its all about the razzle dazzle and the greater fool these days. Sad and stupid. And that's why real investor money never flows in here like in the plan.

Because of Bluemeanie1's  (Moneroman88) involvement in Monero, I am pulling out.  I thought the Monero community had higher standards than to associate with thieves.

Thieves like to associate with Monero community, not the other way round.

Irony = Palpable.
10529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SZZT, nutildah, devphp, EvilDave , pathetic retards on: October 09, 2014, 11:23:42 PM
SZZT, nutildah, and EvilDave are utterly pathetic.

what kind of loser who dedicate their entire day to pushing some story that a open source developer stole money from some shady anonymous ponzi scheme operator?

EvilDave appears to have a chemical imbalance of some kind, SZZT, devphp and nutildah strike me as low-rate coin pushers who just got hired by jl777 and NXT.

I know your relative that is in the legal profession told you not to talk about the NXT you stole because you could potentially incriminate yourself, but if this is not the case, what happened to the 1 million NXT given to you to perform services never rendered?
10530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pacific Blockchain of Hawaii and jl777 on: October 09, 2014, 11:15:10 PM
You're wrong.  All your evidence goes back to a fake screenshot and quote by user Katala.  No credibility.

No, its completely credible. The Moneroman88 you created wasn't previously intellectually capable of forming the sentences he did when he signed his name with Josh Zeidner, YOUR name. The transformation of writing style is quite obvious.

You're to tell me that Moneroman88 suddenly cares very much about NXT and Spectrum Health, which we all know only as a point of obsession for BlueMeanie?

Nope, you got caught slippin. You pulled a UtopianFuture if I've ever seen one.

With each new post you make yourself less identifiable, less sympathetic, less human.

Please add disgraceful

this category doesn't have nearly enough votes.

10532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Sick of Hearing About Monero ? on: October 09, 2014, 07:15:41 AM
Sputters just admit it. You have a hardon for Monero.

You think BCX might secretly like Monero, so you have to, too.

how many do you have ?

None.

Though I confess I bought one to sell in .05 increments to sell at key times during the couple slides.

I'm done. There isn't anything left to say.

Edit: There is 1 thing left to say: I do appreciate the fact that I am able to read and post here.
10534  Other / Off-topic / Re: Free $10 - no strings attached! :) on: October 09, 2014, 04:25:32 AM
Nice find Vod, but why didn't you link the post where you read about this at?

It was on my customized Facebook feed.  Not sure if you guys would be able to see it.

No problem, the other guy posted a link already. You gotta be really skeptical about the stuff you see on facebook. Did you see the one claiming red bull contained bull sperm?

hmm thats a whole nother lawsuit. in this day and age, i'm not sure if this would attract or dissuade customers...

Jesus the people on this forum are just ridiculous. This place just seems to breed paranoid kooks.

Have you checked out your user name lately bro?
10537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Information on Edward DeLeon Hickman, NXT and CoinTelegraph on: October 09, 2014, 01:57:43 AM

Vitamin D levels?  Dude lives in Arizona and has a German surname.

yeah but he might spend all day inside, every day, railing away at NXT. (kinda like you, LOL.)

Funny thing you mentioned this but rates of mental diseases like schizophrenia is higher in developing countries with plenty of sunlight

Yes, but this is only because the disease is much less likely to be treated in lower income nations, so it has a much higher chance of blossoming into full-blown schizophrenia than staying below some subclinical threshold.
10538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM Official Thread - Beta is almost here[Updates & Discussion] on: October 09, 2014, 01:34:45 AM
If you have seeds to plant a field, do you destroy a fifth of them to make the others more valuable?

If you're receiving farming subsidies, then you do destroy them or the government won't send you your subsidy check.

But I just said that to be a contradictorian. I actually like your metaphor.
10539  Other / Off-topic / Re: Free $10 - no strings attached! :) on: October 09, 2014, 01:13:42 AM
Hey thanks Vod.

I got a settlement check for $60 from Airborn once because they claimed to "cure colds" for a while.

Who knew that Red Bull didn't actually give you wings. Lol.
10540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Information on Edward DeLeon Hickman, NXT and CoinTelegraph on: October 09, 2014, 01:07:01 AM
Also, please get your vitamin D levels checked as vitamin D deficiency is often linked to schizophrenia.. I think bluemeanie might honestly believe all these conspiracy theories.  Though it doesn't explain why he thought he was owed 1 million Nxt for almost 0 work and didn't return it.

We call that particular mental illness, greed.

I can imagine that line being spoken by Stacy Keach.

Maybe you can pen this drama into an episode of American Greed and sell it to them.

Meanie has to go to jail first though. That's how all of their stories end.
