1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY]: 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 Token : The future of online payments is here. on: November 22, 2017, 10:48:51 PM
count bounty for signature first so that we can remove the sign
this is also the first thing that they do here, counting the signature because they are the one who promote more than the social media participants.

we don't know what are they doing now.

They surely need some time for the calculations. A week is enough maybe. So lets keep patiently.
1062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 88% of Japanese have heard of bitcoin -- how about your country? -- on: November 22, 2017, 05:39:46 AM
As you all know, Philippines is a poor country, and they don't see Bitcoin as a form of payment, or a secure currency but as a form of Investment, I saw different Investment firms and also Financial Advisers/Firms uses Bitcoin as a form of Investment, they even said that they will teach the participants on how to generate profit from Bitcoin, which is currently impossible since they cannot even dictate what will be the price and how will they handle their investments when bitcoin is volatile. As for the percentage, I think 99% have heard Bitcoin since there is a Television program that reported the Scam relating to Bitcoin, as for the Knowledge and Idea, I think lower than 10% knows the technology behind Bitcoin and the Idea of Cryptocurrency.

I think it's not just its a poor country you know though I agree. As we have all know, the Philippines is an archipelago which means when there are such technology adapted in a specific area, it's not possible that it will be equally be adapted by every island. So I think that maybe Filipinos do heard about bitcoin but not widely. Guessing about sixty percent only.

I think its 10% heard? (correct me my fellow men Cheesy). As here in the Philippines it is somewhere considered as a scam. Not because they know  it technically but because of the those news people see. Scammers used bitcoin as their propaganda (using its good qualities) and then abandon those investors with nothing leaving bitcoins name wrecked. I think it will need more time for here to adopt it. As soon as you say bitcoin here they will ignore you and will wait for you to cramp crying and then they laugh. But that never happened haha. Good ol bitcoin.

@shamie
Nice explanation, that's one of the reasons, The Philippine Archipelago which makes the remote area unable to reach the technology of Bitcoin. I will now decrease my percentage making it 50% since we have so many island.

@ranman09
Despite of that Grammar, I understand your thought. I know that show Ted Failon's Failon Ngayon a shit show of a shit network, the researchres didn't even paid some big efforts to clarify and verify things, they already painted Bitcoin as a scam thing which made casual people to think that Bitcoin is a scam which is also a big factor why Bitcoin adaption on our country seems slow. You heard the latest news? that Singapore and BSP signed an agreement related to Blockchain/Bitcoin so i guess we are still moving on adaptation even though it is very slow.

Well sorry for my Grammar, I have not yet. Is it the news where they issued regulations regards bitcoin exchanges? I hope that will speed the adaptation. I haven't heard of bitcoin exchanges that is located here in the Philippines though.

1065  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Korea To Tax Bitcoin Use on: November 21, 2017, 04:50:10 AM
South Korea is preparing to tax bitcoin use after the cryptocurrency’s trading volume skyrocketed past that of Kosdaq.
Death and taxes ... it seems that even bitcoins can't escape that Smiley

How are they going to implement this? Via exchanges? Like inclusive taxes?

mas prefer ko mag trade using usdt. so buy low and sell high ako pero short period lang. basta makita ko gain from 5%-10% ok to sell na.

may excel ako for my guide on rates, profit range, etc. so pag ma hit na nya yung target price ko then i sell. im also using trading view for my charts.

trading view

just compare yung proceeds dun sa last column by getting yung difference ng buy and sell. lahat yan in USD amount. kahapon profit ko is P30k, then today one trade palang naka P20k na ako.

next time i will share how to spot a good buy.

Bittrex ba to? Diba may fee per trade?

QUESTION PO:
Bale bank transfer from Coins.ph wallet to your bank account?
And ano po bang bangko ang pinaka hassle-free based on your experience?

Kasi sa BDO, may charge. I'm planning to open a bank account sa bangkong pinaka hassle-free magtransfer ng funds from Coins.ph.

Salamat po sa sasagot.  Cheesy

1000 satoshi den has fallen to 183 satoshi. Even if the project does not show improvement, I think it will not come down from this price.

I hope that the price will return to this mark. Developers continue to work on the project, and it pleases.

Philip at discord told us that Dec 1 they will speed up development. Lets see..

are they really meaning this? or they are only making this just to make the investors calm down. opus price went drastically low, and its kinda frustrating actually.

Well that actually I dont know. You ask and check them out at Discord or Telegram. Philip is active in there.

Hello, @ ranman09 .... there are rumors ... China will only allow the ico of neo and will accept bitcoin cash ... they also say that it can restrict bitcoin mining ... they are one of the reasons for the explosion of NEO and BCH ... I answer because it seems that the team ignores you ..

The theme of the first of December ... we will see if it is real ... or just a promise unfulfilled again ...

Yeah you're right, that is normal at discord hahaha to be ignored. Yeah I hope so they can fulfill this promise. Or else they will really loose so much trust from investors.
1072  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Do you bill your customers by bitcoin? on: November 18, 2017, 03:21:01 PM
I am asking this question especially for website owners who have membership system and billing their customers via several ways like cc, paypal, bitcoin.
How do you increase your sales by bitcoin billing?

I believe bitcoin usage for commercial uses will stay rather marginal until we have lightning networks. Right now, with all the drama with the fees and so on, it's not very viable to sell for example, ebooks for a couple of bucks a download, since the networks gets often spammed and fees are worth the ebook itself which would make bitcoin unviable for many use cases at commercial level.

Once we get lightning networks, people will open a channel for online shop and leave it opened and you will be able to sell stuff for tiny amounts. Until then, you may get an increase in sales when you post on reddit for a couple of days.. that's all.

You are right, those high fees are hard for small transactions. It hurts especially when sometimes its almost 2$ for a 40$ transaction. Too much I must say. Hope they implement lightning network quick.
1073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still buy Bitcoin? on: November 18, 2017, 03:13:11 PM
Hey guys. I was asking my self "Should I buy Bitcoin now? What if it's gonna go down after I buy?". What do you think? Should I buy or wait?

Its all up to you actually. But if you have read on some CoinDesk news about some big investors on bitcoin saying theyd wait for bitcoin to go up to 200,000.00 usd before selling and some speculations having bitcoin at 10,000 usd by the end of the year. Maybe you would like to consider buying. But if you want quick bucks go for the bitcoin dips. Well if your a longterm guy you wouldnt mind a small down after buying.

Tataas din ang coin mo.. it just needs time.

block explorer, decentralized exchange, mining pool it is certainly good, but will the coin have any use or will it be a payment instrument?

It will be used as a payment method for the token creation service by the dev team. In this way, it will create a demand for POStoken and it will increase the price of each token.

Is it going to be like Ethereum? Tokens that needs POSToken as Gas?

1080  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to quit now, network getting worst on: November 15, 2017, 01:34:07 AM
This is what BCC is "said" trying to fix through making 2mb block size. (correct me if im wrong). Why wont core implement this in butcoin will there be a problem?

BCC/BCH is creating these network problems to try and force people to use their coin.

Fees were 90% or more cheaper a few days ago. Is there ten times more use? No.

If Core did implement 2MB block then the people in control of BCC/BCH would spam that too. They're out to kill Bitcoin and this is one of the ways they're attacking it.

And 90k is far from the highest. It's been over 200,000 in the past.

So are you saying there is no real problem with the current state of the network?  I must say i have a problem with fees on micropayments. Fees are so high not suitable for consumers with small transactions i guess.

And you are right i think they are only attacking bitcoin off its throne.
