I informed him we do.
I have seen it in action and not only that it was created in the 60's.
It was made to test things like space shuttles in a vacuum environment.
And it still works today.
I seen guys drop a bowling ball & feather inside of it.
Both landed at the same time precisely.

All those space shows I've been watching on TV have shown the command center and international army soldiers manning it.
There is no secret.. There is a space branch of the military.
It'not like they are hiding it putting command center footage on TV.

But one science show I got summed it up.. We'd be dead.
If they possess the ability to get here their tech would be overwhelming.
