Sorry for the ninja launch, we were so excited to start it. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) It's fine however 1 day difficulty retarget seems really slow to me.

I agree that the C2 distribution was more transparent but the PMC community started after at the first day to disrtibute the coin further.
Hoarding is in my opinion a big topic in the C2 community. Most people think that it is enough to post their adress on FB and after 1 month they walk away with 1 BTC or more. But thats not how it works. I dont understand why your ignoring the issues that I'm pointing out instead of starting to work things out.
I was not the guy who started mentioning PMC but if its so then we maybe could learn from PMC mistakes.
I dont know why you not stop attacking me or PMC and start working on ideas...
I don't understand why are you posting here facts that are typical for 100% premined coins as problem. Low network hashrate is not a problem is a fact of these coins(yes pmc has also a low hashrate 150GH is typical of dying coins active sha256 coins are having terrahashes). Nobody will throw megahashes here or gigahashes there for a non reward coin, thats typical of these coins so anybody can keep the network alive even with a setgenerate true in the wallet. If you are uncertain or having fear support a coin with normal block rewards where the hashrate is high. This coin can run with some spare hashpower only

....
This is a constructive reply! I think there is a importance to have this coin mined well to protect the network. If C2 has only 1Mh net hashrate then it is far to easy to perform a 51% attack. Or an other example: There is the possibility that someone comes around an puts 1 GH/s in the network. The result is an massive increase of the difficulty. If this guy wants to damage C2 then he leaves and makes it very unlikely that the next block is found. The coin gets hung and no block can be found. I think that befor this coin should be on more exchanges that we shoul figure out how to reward people to mine this coin. you just don`t get it right? i'm gonna launch an attack with my 1TH/s to PMC now...please ask your PMC dev to protect it well then ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah that's the thing he said PMC has a well estabilished 150GH network speed, but that's just nothing when a single asic can do 600GH and more

But who runs the network? If there is no mining there is noone finding blocks
" The network will stay alive to process transactions and 0.1 C2 tx fees will be the reward. " I see you can read and quote but this answers neither the who nor the how. If this is a LTC fork and is a scryptcoin there is a possibility that a big miner or a pool could slow down this coin after the he mined it for a few moments. Diff retarget is a big topic… If nearly nobody is mining then it is easy to do a 51% attack. A coin is only worth something if its network is stable. Some infos about this topic would be great. Nobody will mine this coin it does not worth. Tx fees are mined only there is no block reward. So the coin is crap because there is no network for protecting this. If more people are noticing this the dumping will start fast Man it is the same like premine coin, and it is doing well. There is nothing to protect. Premined amount has been shared equally. No blocks will be mined everYou should take a look into the basics of cryptos, man I think you don't understand the basics of this coin ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

lol
Happens in many wallets nowadays. Just add them in conf file and they are working fine

Still though. the fact that the descirption is severely lacking and that the name is spelt wrongly leaves a lot to be doubted Yeah i have doubt too however the website seems nice to me and blockcount was low.

Fair launch, really!!??
Maybe I missed it elsewhere but how come this announcement thread was started 10 mins after the launch time!?
Maybe the coin started but mining didnt started right after launch. When i started mining it was at block ~40 and i was about 10 after the announcement here Hmmm. More like an instalaunch then. Seen a few of these recently, if u don't spot it early u miss out! So I wouldn't call it fair, border-line scam some would argue. 2 months ago every launch was like this. nobody expected pre-announces. And it is better like this no failing pools, no fail launches. Crypto world always was based on luck. If you are lucky you find block, if you are lucky you find new coins if you are lucky you buy in right time.

Mega dump on all exchanges - coin is DEAD ....
You do realise that the coin is less than one week old? Exactly, after just a week, the main advantage of the coin, multiple algos, has failed. No CPU algo. Only GPU and ASIC. Whoever is CPU mining this coin is wasting power and time. Hardfork and swap one for a true CPU-only... That would work - PrimeCoin algo .. Primecoin has a totally different algo i don't think it can be mixed with standard algos BTW what is the reason of a cpu only algo? It is getting ripped by botnets. You just can't compete with it using a normal desktop cpu
