The easy way is to change the host file in your system, add a line "186.2.165.183 bitcointalk.org" at the end.
Option 1, hosts file: You should add "186.2.165.183 ip.bitcointalk.org" too, and this file locates in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc". Option 2, VPNs, VPS or TOR, etc. Option 3, Immigration. |
