1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn token and coin free ? on: November 14, 2018, 09:12:29 PM
Airdrops, bounty and other activities like this. Also some coins have POS-mining or masternodes system.
I advice you to begin with something easy and free like airdrops. When you will be experienced enough you can try bounty campaigns.
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum SCAM? on: November 14, 2018, 09:04:20 PM
Scam and ponzi question... regarding crypto coins... What a nonsense Smiley

Can you define what is scam and ponzi when talking about crypto? Dollar and FRS is ponzi scheme, don't you know? All our econimics and financial system is scam for the people. Admins are scammers  Grin
1063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: October and December are the months of Crypto ??? on: November 14, 2018, 08:48:31 PM
Why October and December? December - ok, but why October? Smiley
Can't understand your reasons. I don't see any visible season dependence in crypto in fact. New Year eve played some roles a few times but not always.
Different news and events affect market, that's true.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the heart of all coins on: November 13, 2018, 07:26:29 PM
Hm, I would say altcoins are following bitcoin only when it moves in a very fast way - drops down or pumps dramatically. When the movement is slow and steady alts are not showing much price dependence. You can look at the charts. For example now, when bitcoin price movement is nearly dead some alts are showing quite a good growth.
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain change financial industry? on: November 13, 2018, 07:20:49 PM
It can for sure. And not only financial industry - it will change the way we are living, whole our lives. There is an opinion that crypto and blockchain technology will affect our lives much more drastically than PC or even Internet did several years ago. I believe this will happen in 5-7 years maximum. The revolution has begun! Smiley
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much do you invest in a new ICO? on: November 11, 2018, 12:34:39 AM
I would say - around 1-2% of my portfolio. ICO is a very risky type of investment nowadays. Crypto is risky and ICO - ultra risky. So, you should diversify your investments not to lose everything after several ICO scams. You will find that they are not rare this year if you check the statistics.
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: November 10, 2018, 10:50:48 PM
Why trying to guess? Just take these two charts (BTC/USD and ETH/USD) and compare it. You can even lay one over another and see everything clearly. It depends sometimes, when BTC grows or falls dramatically, but this happens not very often.
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no demand but the Alts Do! on: November 10, 2018, 01:11:54 AM
Logic and bitcoin are the things that can't exist in one space and time together - don't trust logic when speaking about bitcoin course Smiley

In fact we see that bitcoin's movement is dead at the moment and some alts began to move up - this is good news for the market I think.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacking kills the cryptocurrency market on: November 09, 2018, 03:46:31 AM
Had a strange accident when my Poloniex account got hacked long time ago. It was 2015 I think. I saw that one of my coins had been sold for BTC and this sum (around 50 USD maybe) had been withdrawn. I wrote to support and they told me that my email could had been hacked. Then I checked this and showed them that my email was alright, nobody entered it from any other device. They agreed and restored my BTC balance. I was surprised they did it so easily Smiley
1070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum fail if Vitalik dies? on: November 09, 2018, 03:40:59 AM
I think the price will dump dramatically in this case but then it will go back as soon as people understand that ethereum project will live in any case. Vitalik is not the only person here who develops this project. He is just the one who most of the people know as the founder. But I don't think that ethereum can't live without him.
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies will make you rich overnight? on: November 08, 2018, 09:33:15 PM
Well, many people already used this opportunity and got rich pretty fast Smiley

But I think we will see another huge wave in the nearest future. Those, who missed 2 first waves will be given the last chance Smiley
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do now on: November 08, 2018, 04:19:56 PM
HODLers rule! But not in 2018 Smiley Wait a couple of years - anyway there is no point in selling anything now. Buy low, sell high - not in reversal Smiley
Trust me, I am hodling since 2013 - everything will be ok Wink
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Inactive dead coins awareness on: November 08, 2018, 03:42:55 PM
Hm, really cool idea, thanks mate! Was sad to find in this list some of the coins hold by me Smiley Anyway, will watch this list now. I suggest adding another filter - by the time when the project has been added - to be able to track new scams.
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will altcoins ever recover their value? on: November 08, 2018, 12:13:25 AM
Well, look around, why are you watching only these coins, what about others? All the crypto is dumped like hell now. And some of these tokens will rise again. Maybe. Someday Smiley Now it's time to focus on something else and stop looking at your blockfolio every two hours Smiley It will grow. Soon)
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheating in Bounties/Airdrops on: November 07, 2018, 10:27:24 PM
Well, it's very useful to look up the spreadsheets sometimes. At least in those bounty programs which you are taking part in. It will help you to prevent some stressful arguing with bounty managers and will save your money. And what about those cheating morons? Well, I bet there is a dedicated circle of hell for them where they are trying to convince the worst bounty managers (from adjacent circle Smiley ) to change some spreadsheet info.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest long term aside from Bitcoin? on: November 06, 2018, 11:54:41 PM
Invest your time in studying some of the top-50 coins on coinmarketcap - that's the best advice I can give you Smiley

You will be able to choose the ones you like best and track their development and growth. And of course you won't miss the chance to buy these coins when they are underrated and sell them on the pump Smiley
1077  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Projects on: November 06, 2018, 11:49:09 PM
The market is drowning in crapcoins. Dozens of them appear every day and nothing can stop this flood. Investors' task is to find these pearls. It's hard but possible. Some people just invest in large variety of projects though. And few of these tokens can give some good profit so you will earn a little as result.
1078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this bear market continue? on: November 06, 2018, 11:31:06 PM
HODL to the limits! Smiley Just believe that you would overcome this bear market someday and the ones that could withstand this panic and despair will be rewarded with dozens of lambos Smiley

Seriously, I am sure this will happen in a couple of years.
1079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted altcoins? on: November 06, 2018, 11:26:43 PM
Hm, I would say: ETH, ETC, XRP, XLM, EOS, NEO, WAVES, IOTA, LTC, XMR, ZEC, XEM, ADA, DCR, SC. They are not dead and the teams are doing something visually notable at least Smiley
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why many projects are dead on: November 03, 2018, 05:37:06 PM
Many projects are dead because they should be. They were created on pure enthusiasm and without necessary technical basis. The team just thought: "Hm, let's make an ICO! It's cool idea!" And they made it. What are you expecting now? Most of classical startups don't manage to survive the first 2 years period. Why should crypto projects be able to do this?
