1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk shill for DOGE on: February 06, 2021, 03:31:34 PM
He wasn't shilling, but more of having some fun with his tweet. It is not the same as Jack Dorsey shilling BTC since he was serious about it.
Elon Musk likes to joke, meme himself, etc. He likes the attention more than anything else.

I agree with you, because I also believe if Elon Musk is just joking and using DOGE as a joke, because as we know if DOGE coin is made to joke, that's why Elon Musk made a tweet about DOGE, but with a tweet from Elon Musk then the price of DOGE increase very high, so I hope that someday Elon Musk also tweet about altcoin that I HOLD ($ARPA) to be made a joke, so the price of altcoin that I HOLD ($ARPA) will increase very high too Grin.
I don't think Elon Musk only considers Doge a joke, at least I still believe he has more than a few reasons to post his social media status, maybe he is a holder of a large number of dogecoin or maybe he has received an ad from a whale group, and by using a social media account with a large following, Elon Musk easily pushed the price of Dogecoin up in just a short time, rich people can always make money very easily with the platforms they currently have. Today he can talk about Dogecoin, tomorrow he can talk about other altcoins, perhaps following the trends of the rich can make us more profitable
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty scam will gradually go away on: February 06, 2021, 03:14:34 PM
Scam bounties will always exist at any time, we really need an institution that can regulate the bounty campaign so that there are no more bounty scams. therefore, my way to avoid a bounty scam is to follow a trusted bounty manager, because I don't want to take risks
Even if you follow a trusted bounty manager, it doesn't prevent you from taking risks. believe me, if there are regulations governing bounty campaigns and projects, there will be strict selection to be able to participate in a bounty campaign. Now some managers have done that. but of course, none of that will kill the scammer.
The trusted bounty managers are just one employee, part of the scheme of scam projects, they need trust from investors and these managers are reputable enough to create that trust, although the managers are experienced, unfortunately, bounty projects have too many tips and sophisticated techniques to scam, so I never blame project managers when a project starts to show fraud. Fortunately, when the project costs and activities get too high right now, I have more facilities to choose a bounty project, at least won't stick to too many bad projects
1063  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bot vs. you -> who's better? on: February 06, 2021, 01:49:39 PM
Hi,
Still learning trading tips&trick and now I reached this chapter of trading with bots.

What's your experience? Did the bot perform better than you? What's your monthly profit (%) via bot compared to the one without it?

thanks

I don't trust trading bot, it is not accurate actually. The person who made trading is just making a lot of money to everyone.
Meaning, in my own opinion is only for lazy people who wants to trade. Aside from that, still if you are lack of knowledge it wouldn't
be good also to use it then, due to for sure it the end you loss a lot of your capital or assets.
You are probably making the correct guesses about bot trading because I have not heard of tools like trading bot for a long time, especially in recent years when bitcoin has been so volatile, it makes the bot's calculations and settings inaccurate, gradually traders have removed this tool from their list, the current bot is only used as notice of capitalization amount, sometimes I see some bots on trading orders. However, the effect seems to be contrary to advertising, it is best that we enter directly into the market to have the best practical experience
1064  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin Help The Poor on: February 06, 2021, 12:53:46 PM
Bitcoin s for everyone who will open their mind about it. Meaning, it doesn't matter if you are poor or rich belongs type.
But what most important is you understand what bitcoin is ? or it can give a chance to everyone  to earn here in this type of business in
online. Because as far as I know the majority if the community so far here in crypto space that Bitcoin was really helpful to
everyone here all over the world now.
The concept of bitcoin is for everyone is just a relative concept, although it can be used by everyone but when we join here, we will discover an unfair reality, the rich and the people with a certain capital will have more advantages while the poor will never know bitcoin, even if the poor know about bitcoin, what will they do to earn bitcoin when their living conditions have not allowed them to participate, have no money and no tools, everything is just useless for them. Bitcoin is a farm that invests and makes money, the prerequisite to working is capital and time, the poor really lack too many of these factors
1065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling strategies & tips from professional players on: February 06, 2021, 12:34:50 PM
I haven't tried gambling with cards with other people I only do it with my relatives or close friends,
But there are really some strategy and tricks that could work when you are playing cards like poker face to deceive others and card counting could also work on some games but only few could do it.

If you regularly play with acquaintances, the strategy of memorizing cards and reading their thoughts through facial expressions is a winning strategy but this only applies to inexperienced players and gambling for fun, instead of money, if you are actually dealing with semi-pro players, real casinos, you won't have any chance of winning. The casino has never been the right place for the unskilled like us, even when I received advice and strategy from a pro gamer, the chances of winning are still not when I understand that I have no talent in the field
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shall I HODL DOGE? on: February 05, 2021, 03:52:44 PM
yes you should hold the doge, because doge has the potential to rise high, look at the next few days.  Doge's price is going to go crazy again.  The doge community is very strong so I'm sure the doge will fly high, if you have more funds you better buy a doge and hold it.
Will it not be risky? because Doge also has a very large supply and very rarely stays at high prices for a long duration, it is currently looking very good because the potential to rise at high prices is still there, but it also has no small risk.
The supply is too large and the price is abnormally high, a very obvious manipulation of the market with Dogecoin, all have indicated that we should avoid this coin if we haven't invested yet or if we have invested and got a return but fearful of taking profits too soon, phased and partial profit taking is a method that should be used. Dogecoin is like you said, it has temporary sublimation periods as it is now but in the end, that sublimation will soon end and bury some people who are too trusting and naive in investing, taking profits has never been wrong in this market
1067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? on: February 05, 2021, 03:09:44 PM
The early adopters I still wonder how many of them will hold for years just to see Bitcoin reach one million dollars. If the price happens to reach that price anytime soon, I am going to sell all my coins, and use the money to do other things, though I might still invest in it again.

You can’t really tell what you will do in the future, you might be thinking now that you’re going to be holding the funds forever even if it reaches up to that one million dollars, but situations can change and your mind can as well change and everyday there are new ideas that comes into your head and you’re likely to change your mind concerning a decision you made in the past.
Well, we really don't know what we're going to do in the future but at this question I feel that most of us will feel very regretful when perhaps the majority of us are selling bitcoin soon or at a higher price right now but of course, a million dollars is a price we never have the courage to hold, the higher the price, the more our minds will be affected and an act of protecting our wealth like selling it all for cash is what will do. Only a handful of people are lucky and brave enough to hold bitcoin until it reaches a million dollars but the question remains as to whether this is really possible with bitcoin or not
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: February 05, 2021, 02:48:34 PM
I find it very strange because people who really believe in the cryptocurrency market still manage to support XRP. Everyone should have their own opinion, but I do not support the XRP project.
XRP has got potentials the way i see it and is a good investing opportunity but then, its far from being the next bitcoin. I would have considered Ethereum but then, non of the cryptocurrencies would attain the growth bitcoin has attained so far. So, having eyes on bitcoin growth as at now and views on XRP would be an exaggerated fact for these currencies and would be extremely difficult to contend with in the long run. A few weeks of growth is far less for a long term investment analysis.

I never realized the potential of ripple in any other way because in thought and after I look at the long process that Ripple has shown, ripple's nature is relatively stable and only suitable for cost reduction when we want to transfer some amount in crypto. In addition, Ripple has had relatively bad news and received a lot of negative feedback from investors and the community but the most surprising is still market manipulation, prices are still rising as if nothing has happened to the project, it makes me worried about the future of this project
1069  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: February 05, 2021, 12:54:17 PM
I think it still possible but it will need very long time to see that happen. Since many people using bank to make transactions, bank become a very important thing for their life. For example an exporter need bank to help the transactions between exporter and importer which the bank also help them to send the documents that is necessary for their countries regulations. It's also about tax, permission, and government regulations. They can use bitcoin for their transactions and leave bank as long as the government make a regulations about this. I personally don't like bank since it's offer loans with interest, it's not good for economy, also for me countries who print money regardless the amount of gold is a criminal because it make inflation.
I don't understand why you don't like banks just because they lend with interest, don't forget that this is a service, an organization and a business, they are not a philanthropist, therefore, the interest rate on each loan is essential for them to stay active and thrive, bank staff also need money to live, you can't just think for yourself, it is quite selfish. And now, the services that involve banking are too many, they will evolve over time when more people use more to create convenience in life, we cannot live without them when they are holding our money every month
1070  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can we Trade Future for LongTerm ? on: February 05, 2021, 12:37:14 PM
you can trade long or short term according to your budget. Normally for the short-term monthly term, if the term is more than 2 months, it is included in the long term, and don't forget to choose tokens or coins that have a high future in the future.
Perhaps you are misunderstanding this problem, trading future does not depend on our budget too much, it depends on our skills and experience and personally, I think we should enter short-term futures trading because this is the safest option when this futures contract always has certain daily fees, in the long run, we will be at a disadvantage, sometimes the profit will not be able to cover the daily fee. The most important is the leverage no matter small or big, we are always risky with this market, many people often burn their accounts just because trading futures in the long term.
1071  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I get rich by trading on: February 04, 2021, 10:37:01 AM
If you have a lot of money to start trading and you are good and knowledgeable about trading, I think that you can get rich. The funds will be the priority because if you are trading with pennies then you will need a miracle and patience for an instant wealth to happen to you.

Before I used to know better, I always say this statement that a trader needs 'capital' in order profit. But upon extensive research, I have realized that trading is definitely risky and the odds are relatively low in earning profit.

An article was published stating that 97% of the people who engage in the trading profession resulted into a loss. The remaining 3%, however, profited which amounted to a bank teller's monthly wage. Though these are considered SHORT-TERM trading, if you really want to focus into this profession then expect incurring loss in the first few attempts.
The numbers and statistics about the failure of the crypto participants that you read are similar to what I have read, even in many articles and other papers on areas similar to trading, the failure rate is quite high while success is only a small part. All of which said that getting rich by trading is not easy, of course, the wealth from here is possible, but the question here is whether we have the talent and the courage to overcome the challenges here or will stop like the majority, being special in the crowd is just one thing a few people can do
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The surprise of Dogecoin on: February 04, 2021, 10:11:08 AM
What do you think about Dogecoin which has seen huge improvements since making their newest ATH
This is one of the ancient coins which is very hot right no Shocked

no, its not a surprise for me, because in crypto world everything can be happend mate
and dogecoin is a good meme coins, because this coin survive while a lot of project gone from the past
With these first generations in the crypto market, we have probably been all too familiar with dogecoin, the other brother of Bitcoin and Litecoin since its tough times, they have step by step on the path of development and achieved successes as at present, Dogecoin booms every year are very common, I've never been surprised or worried, the only problem for me is the long wait time. Some newbies seem anxious but they forget that Dogecoin's existence has passed so many seasons, many projects are dead, but the dogecoin remains at peace
1073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High possibility major governments will BAN Bitcoin in the near future on: February 04, 2021, 09:34:58 AM
The Indian government is also planning to ban crypto, the problem here is how will you enforce the ban. Cryptocurrency is an Internet-based currency if you want to ban it you have to ban the internet or you will have to create a system to keep track of all transactions on the Internet. How will the second most populated country do it, is the question?

The best option is to either regulate it as banning is not possible in this age of technology.
Agreeing with your point of view, blocking an object online is really too difficult in the technology age when technology allows us to have too easy access to an object through many different methods even when the government wants to prevent, except for this point, government laws only make people more curious about this product and technology, India is a very typical country when people know more about bitcoin when the government tries to get rid of it. Strengthen and establish relationships with Bitcoin and create a team of highly specialized work in the near future with Bitcoin is something to do with the country wise
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still buying XRP? on: February 04, 2021, 08:54:38 AM
People still trust xrp regardless of bad issues. I also invest in xrp and in the past month I do not lose rather I doubled my investment because its price rise simultaneously with btc and eth. It only means that they are fixing the problem.
The first point that we need to think about this story is that we are in an opportunistic market, filled with fraud and ambiguous news, as long as we have certain loopholes in our mentality and decisions, whales and those who control this game will thoroughly use those factors to manipulate and make more money for them, Ripple is a prime example of manipulation. Therefore, people still believe that ripple is a wrong thought, people only believe in the chance that can happen, many people are afraid but they still buy simply because investing is buying when others panic
1075  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will replace oil and Gold on: February 04, 2021, 08:38:40 AM
Was supposed to say the same thing and this had been an argument or discussion ever since about replacing this, replacing that without even trying to check or look
on what are their true usage or benefits in the first place. Why would really be needing that on replacing each other? They do have indeed their own purpose
and just literally trying to differentiate when it comes to form and characteristics then its just too obvious that there no point on making out some comparison
or some sort of competition.
All these conversations take place only within the framework of discussions on the topic, and what would happen if something happened and has not even close to any relation to the harsh reality Wink Gold has a multi-thousand-year history of circulation in the financial sphere and it is extremely naive to assume that some other object or concept will replace it in the near future. You can still somehow talk about parallel use, but it is about replacing gold with something that is out of the question.
Indeed, this discussion carries too many impractical and unnecessary points when bitcoin has its own characteristics, thereby creating its value, gold and oil are not an exception, usefulness in life has helped both objects maintain and exist with a very long history, the more important thing is that gold and oil are a real product, bitcoin is a virtual product, the substitution and association between these two objects is almost zero. So the two will be used from now on, even in the distant future and without the harsh relationship and competition between each other.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters are getting axed harder on: February 03, 2021, 04:58:48 PM
Sad but that's what happened, the longer it takes to find a bounty that really appreciates the results of the bounty hunters' efforts, it's very difficult. But don't give up. being a bounty hounter is not a goal. bounty hunter is the process of learning to understand and understand cryptocurrency through this forum. until one day you find an ability that allows you to be rewarded with something big.
Exactly if we consider the bounty as a goal, a full-time job, it will be really difficult at this stage, even in the near future when many projects will suddenly disappear or halted operations due to the very high value of the top coin, profits make creators flee with the money we invest and the project cost is not enough to provide the reward for the participant, the results are clear that the bounty hunter will be hit hard. To ease our mentality and avoid the pressure in this regard, considering bounty hunter as a learning path would be better as you say
1077  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptocurrencies Really Money? on: February 03, 2021, 04:34:25 PM
The question has be answered because technically, but in addition bitcoin or cryptocurrency at large is money in all ramifications of life, it's higher currency that every other fucking country across the world is using today, what fiat currency does bitcoin performed it more preferable than fiat currency, so no area we can be use to justify cryptocurrency as not money, its very clear that bitcoin are use to purchase anything generally accepted with money so their is no difference between btc and paper money and bitcoin.
"not money" is used because we are not spending it, just because we are buying it and selling it doesn't mean that it could be considered money. Don't get me wrong I do consider crypto as money, but I am just trying to explain to you what other people are thinking.

Asset and Money are different things, one of them is like stock, gold, forex and all the other stuff which we call assets and you can have them, keep them for a very long time, and sell them to have more fiat. What you get in return of that is money, so if you spend money to buy a stock and it increases so you sell it for more money you made a profit but your aim is to have more money not more stocks.

However crypto is like both of them which confuses people, can I get a flight ticket with crypto? Yes I can. Can I buy bitcoin and hold it and later sell for more money? Sure I can. So, we are both an asset but also a money, which confuses people obviously.
Well, in essence, I think some cryptocurrencies already have the equivalent of money and the problem that we can't spend it just because it doesn't fit our country, the governments that produce their currency and we live with the law, cannot break the law but if spend at a range online like we are doing in this forum or some other website, crypto is really money. However, thinking crypto as money only loses its real value when its value is destroyed by many factors, which makes crypto more valuable as an asset, an online stock
1078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: February 03, 2021, 04:19:25 PM
Holding and trading is the best way to use BTC. It is still illegal in my country and can be used only like a digital currency. We can always easily exchange crypto on fiat. BTC is such a volatile asset that even if I had the opportunity to pay with it in a shop, I wouldn't do it yet.
Until now, the price of bitcoin has gone up very high compared to what bitcoin has done in the past and of course, at a high value and in an uncontrollable market, the legal use of bitcoin in countries seems to be a very difficult thing, a lot of countries have worked hard to stop the boom in their own country. Besides these problems, bitcoin's volatile nature has made its chances of being a payment method very low, considering the general situation and conditions, trading bitcoin is still the best use, buy low and sell high, it never disappoints me
1079  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't buy what you can't hodl. on: February 03, 2021, 03:59:46 PM

As they say, “patience is a virtue” and with that being emotional is not also good in this industry.
You should have a strong mind, heart and determination in order to fulfil the investment that you have started.
There are always risk in every financial decision we make, thus we should aim for the direction that profit will be gained.

We are always keep on telling these qoute "patience is a virtue" which also are beneficial but not all the time. The essence of industry of trading isn't the thought of buying and hodl for a long term investment. Though we have our own perceptions and preferences of what we will going to do to a crypto that we purchased, but yo train yourself fearfully trading and to learn also by doing such risks then trading should be done by how does it done.
Indeed, patience is a factor to create a great return for investors but it is always a double-edged sword, we need to understand when we need patience and when we need to stop to consider our investments, a lot of investors value portfolios according to their preferences, and as you say, a positive result is not showing up too much. Personally, I always choose the top altcoins and really valuable altcoins, learn and research the scope of the project, that will give us a glimpse of what we should keep in the long term, shitcoin should only invest in the short term when the market has waves of recover
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember when ETH was $1400 a few years ago then crashed to $70 as BTC crashed? on: February 03, 2021, 03:20:02 PM
ETH really is a shitcoin with no intrinsic value. Its not a store of value since when bitcoin crashes 20% then ETH crashes 50%. When Bitcoin rises ETH barely follows, ETH is still 65% down compared to the recent BTC rise.

2018: Bitcoin $19000, ETH $1400
2021: Bitcoin $32000, ETH $1000

If you stayed in ETH you have lost more money than Enron. ETH is a scam.

There is alot of new projects that do everything better than ETH or will in the future. Let us find something better than ETH that we can all buy for cheap now have a giant distribution for everyone and then go to the moon! No need to make ETH devs and people owning 50000 ETH rich for sucking $20 transaction fees out of us.

just because of that and you said if Ethereum is a scam? and what makes the price of Ethereum go up or down is not Ethereum, but the market that makes the price of Ethereum go up or down, because if a lot of people are investing in Ethereum then of course the price of Ethereum will definitely increase very high, besides that if there is no project from Ethereum, then there will be no idea about smart contract, because the idea comes from Ethereum and of course the idea is very useful until now, therefore Ethereum is one of the best cryptocurrency for now, even though the price of Ethereum has not risen very high from its ATH price, but I believe that soon the price of Ethereum will definitely increase very high (bull run).
I cannot guarantee and believe that ethereum will go very high in the near future but I still agree with you that the usefulness of ethereum is clearly evident in the crypto market, ethereum's network is almost ubiquitous in this market and part of the value of ethereum is based on this, therefore, a view that has no intrinsic value is false. Ultimately, this is an investment market, the value of the asset will increase depending on the investor and the community, scam and no scam, it's really no more important than we can make a lot of money here
