1061  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I invest (safely) in Bitcoin for the long term? on: August 31, 2017, 09:17:57 AM
Buying bitcoin is depending on the place where you are located. Like example in my case, we have a merchant here were bitcoin accepted(coins.ph), then this merchant affiliated with 711 convenient store outlet where you are able to buy bitcoin using our own currency then you will only shows the reference bar code after that it will scan it to their cashier machine then you will see in the coins.ph to your wallet over there that you have a balance on the amount you buy in the store outlet.

1063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uber’s New CEO Is a Bitcoin Fan on: August 31, 2017, 07:54:42 AM
Interesting article about Uber's New CEO. Looks like Uber might be taking bitcoin soon.

http://fortune.com/2017/08/30/uber-ceo-dara-khosrowshahi-bitcoin/

Uber's accepting bitcoin sound good to hear and good idea, but the fact I saw with it, there is a leak disadvantages that is what if the internet connection is so weak, does the passengers need to wait for the confirmation before leaving the vehicle?
1064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 31, 2017, 06:41:47 AM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?

What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation?

Because they have Faith in bitcoin, why? aside from the usages and feature is given already to anyone, they know that this year bitcoin will really become 10,000$ before end of this year then by next year will goes up to 13000 up to 13800$. So if this things happen everyone who hold their coins will surely next year are new newly reach bitcoiner just make sure you hold a huge of bitcoin.
1065  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason that keeps me from investing in bitcoin on: August 31, 2017, 04:55:20 AM
Hello everybody.

I would like to invest some money in bitcoin, I don't use that money and I don't need it for the next 2/3 years.
I thought I found in bitcoin the perfect way to invest. BUT when I see the fees applied I don't see how the bitcoin will become mainstream! The fees are around 1mBTC which is approximatively 3$. Therefore what is the point of bitcoin?

The only thing I see : big amount transaction

But bitcoin won't be the money you use to buy your sandwich with those fees!

I saw a post saying: yeah burger king is willing to accept bitcoin in russia. Hopefully mcdonald will follow ! But why would someone pay 3$ fee therefore a third of his burger king menu in fee?

Will segwit may lower the fees?

Thank you Smiley
Don't look on the big amount transaction mate, instead look for the amount of your withdrawal. Besides, bitcoin will become 10, 000$ by next year. And there's saying that this coming September are aiming bitcoin to become 5, 000$ so let's hold on unto it.
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] Solar DAO 🔅 Signature & Avatar Campaign 🔅 on: August 31, 2017, 03:08:47 AM
So... BTC is not enough for you?)

Hi!

Bonus for what?

That's enough.
I believe in the success of your company and have tokens would not be bad.
This will be cool when members will say that they have Tokens of Solar DAO! Smiley

It's my offer only, Thanks.

Looks like you disappointed with our campaign. I don't understand why, especially how much did everyone got last time.
Anyway, if you do not like it, you can exit.

In some other campaign I read they did special campaign aside from official campaign they have, maybe that's what MrCrank trying to emphasize. But Solar Dao is very stable for me, no need to do that in my opinion.
Good day. More success to this project Smiley
1067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 29, 2017, 07:59:18 AM

1068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 29, 2017, 06:44:45 AM
hello everyone.
i want to know what do you think about gambling bitcoin.. Does Beneficial or more losses?
Share your story here guys!  Grin Grin Grin
for me much better to save my bitcoin to my wallet than to play gambling to earn more, i have truama about gambling in my past, i play gambling because i'm bored and stress, i decide to play gamble to relax myself, but my money i bring are all loss.
That's the very safest things to do mate, Holding a coin was a hundred percent were we are able to get our rewards in the end for sure. And in particular projection by the bitcoin experts bitcoin could reach 10,000$ either before end of this year or by next year 2018.
1069  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you see trading as fun and games? on: August 29, 2017, 05:02:17 AM
No, I don't see trading as fun and and games. Instead, trading is a serious thing that I need focus in it to gain more of bitcon. Due to most of the coin in trading can give you profit, depending in the coins you are going to trade in. Just make sure the coins is potentials and the platform also a good exchange site too.
1070  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How does everyone trade? on: August 29, 2017, 03:50:40 AM
Everybody has their own strategy to trade with cryptocurrencies. I use localbitcoins to buy and exchange crytocurrencies.
I usually trade some major altcoins but i have kept bitcoin as my primary digital currency.
In addition to that, many of the traders here they're not truly sharing their real strategy, it is a simple strategy and basic only which they tell us here like buy at low then sell at high, it is something like that.
1071  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Best way mo para mag earn nang bitcoin on: August 29, 2017, 03:15:59 AM
1072  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Anong Trabaho mo ngayon? Related ba sa course niyo? on: August 29, 2017, 02:52:30 AM
1073  Economy / Economics / Re: Never Fear! Buy Bitcoins to make your life clear! on: August 26, 2017, 01:16:46 PM
I think we shouldn't even worry about Aug 1 anymore?
Mate its already August 26, 2017. Like what everybody expecting this things nothings happened, right? instead bitcoin became more higher as we expected as before. So it is really good to buy bitcoin now then hold, just simple as that mate.
1074  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be a more secured way of handling cash? on: August 26, 2017, 12:58:28 PM
There's been news going around saying that you need to put in a certain address to able to steal that account. I was wondering if that's fake and bitcoin is a secured way of handling cash.
It will only be unsafe or unsecure, if you become careless to your private key or password to give it to someone else. Even you trust the person as well. still need to be careful. So your bitcoin is really safe and secure.
1075  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Gold - origins of value on: August 25, 2017, 10:17:52 AM
Had a thought today while running...

There has been much discussion over the value of a Bitcoin when one removes its use as a money. There are issues with the regression theorem, etc.

Gold clearly has value beyond its use as money. Primarily, it looks pretty and is thus perpetually desired for ornamentation. There are other uses, but this is where gold originally got its value - from its pretty shine. Observers of gold are fascinated by it - attracted to it due to its properties.

Well... is this not also true with Bitcoin? When Bitcoin was first discovered and released, was it not initially desired for its curious nature? Were initial adopters not attracted to it due to its strange properties, much like ancient man was attracted to gold? Of course, it's the geeky crypto people who were initially attracted, but I think it's a fair point that they picked up these early bitcoins purely because "they were cool to look at and hold" - albeit on a digital drive.

Even for those like me who don't fully understand the cryptography, Bitcoins are damn cool. They are intrinsically interesting and attractive. Gold is also intrinsically interesting and attractive. Both commodities attract the observer, and their monetary usage subsequently sprang forth in like manner because both commodities possess those properties which make them great forms of money (scarcity, divisibility, authenticity, etc.). Does this not satisfy the regression theorem?

In my assessment on this matter was that bitcoin has its own uniqueness were bitcoin fanatic should be proud of. Also gold has its own uniqueness too. However since bitcoin its not an ancient compare to gold but in terms of volatility it is more aggressive than the it has. And like what everybody said, decentralization is the main reason of mine why I was so attracted unto it.
1076  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Wallet on: August 25, 2017, 10:09:06 AM

1077  Economy / Economics / Re: How to TAX Bitcoin. An easy way ! on: August 25, 2017, 09:54:29 AM
This will only be happen if bitcoin become centralize but bitcoin was decentralized that's why it cannot have tax ever, this is the reason why the government of each country can't control the bitcoin of each holders in bitcoin community.
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao vs. Horn - REMATCH! on: August 25, 2017, 09:32:15 AM
What can you say about this rematch? The match is locked on but there will be things to be set before settling an exact date and venue.
Source : http://www.bbc.com/sport/boxing/40972273
I will reiterate that the judges scored the game in favor of Horn because of Pacquiao's statements against the LGBT community, There is without doubt that Pacquiao won the boxing match hands down but i guess that the referees were watching a totally whole new match. Pacquiao will need to knock out Horn so that he will not be cheated again.
That't right! But in my observation in the last pacquiao's fight, I'm not satisfied to His performance because in every punch He made to his opponents it is something that there someone in his mind stopping him to hurt his opponents, so in the end He lost. It seems that its hard for Him to knock him down His opponent.
1079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 25, 2017, 09:09:41 AM
Hi guys!
We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Yours OshiHugo, Oshi.io CM
I limit myself with the amount that I only have on that day, depend on how much money that I have and how far I can go to play gambling. Sometimes when I play and I'd already enjoy the game, I still continue to play even if I am losing, but when I've already know that I am losing what I can't afford to lose and I immediately stop and not to play again so my loses will not increase.
This is a matter of self-discipline and self control when you do gamble in the games. Because if you have this things, you can also control your winning and losses of money in each round of the games.
1080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most Promisng Gambling ICO that you know? on: August 25, 2017, 08:25:33 AM

Betking and BitDice has now ongoing ICO and I'm also buying some shares both of them. Until now I'm having hard time to determine the best. Do you know some Gambling ICO that has promising feature? Then share it here and Let's discuss.  Grin
