You are importing their public address, thus as you said it is watch only.
The only way you would be able to influence the coins on that address would be to import their private key.

Got a lot of dependency issues with the Linux on ubuntu 16.4 so I'm waiting for a Windows bin.

the linux daemon and qt were built on Debian 8.7 i have tried this on the ubuntu system using a vm of 16.4. using this script command will install all dependencies required. sudo apt-get install build-essential libtool automake autotools-dev autoconf pkg-config libssl-dev libgmp3-dev libevent-dev bsdmainutils libboost-all-dev libminiupnpc-dev libqt5gui5 libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 qttools5-dev qttools5-dev-tools libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler libqrencode-dev let me know if you need some help |

Nice concept and I really like it , i think i'll join crowdsale when its open bookmarked Same here. Better than the mayority of the coins that i see in this forum. what age before the coins are mature ?
maturity is at 8 hours to "start staking... obviously if using small blocks of coins it will take a long time to stake as the max i am not sure of. |
