10741  Other / Meta / Re: Enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements on: March 03, 2019, 07:52:28 PM
What a bummer for me who hasn't been active since some time and who wanted to create a new ANN thread for an existing project who doesn't have proper ann. So my goal is to post a high quality content that would reward me with some merit points, but needing to get the merit point beforehand to be able to create my thread.
Or you can just buy the Copper Member upgrade. With it, you have the same benefits as a regular Member rank user (e.g posting images).
It was way cheaper a few months ago, but the price increased a bit to reflect Bitcoin's price.

You can read more about it here: Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images
10742  Other / Meta / Re: Legendary member gregofdoom ban - moderators please help. on: March 03, 2019, 07:33:43 PM
The only way you can get a minor punishment (a few days of ban + a few years of signature ban) instead of a permaban is if you prove that you have a positive net worth for this forum (and if theymos agrees with that).

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

(don't actually create a new thread. Instead, use this one)

10744  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best app for trading on a mobile? on: March 03, 2019, 02:43:34 PM
TabTrader has been out for a couple of years now and I know many people that use their app.

https://tab-trader.com/

Unfortunately, there is no trading option for iOS (you can only watch the prices due to some App Store bs); but when I was on Android, it was my fav app.
10745  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you know how should be your topic title? on: March 03, 2019, 02:35:58 PM
There should also be a guide on how to use the poll option. Newbies are restricted but I still come across unnecessary polls around the forum.
Forum polls should not lose their relevance on the forum due to abuse from some members.
Is it possible to report a poll, separately from the post itself, and have a moderators remove it? If the report is valid.
No. And honestly, it's not that big deal. If you create a legit and necessary poll, people will use it. If it's an unnecessary poll, just ignore it and move on to the thread. No one gets hurt.
10746  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Automating freebitco.in through Selenium Webdriver on: March 03, 2019, 10:42:37 AM
I did find all the elements through xpath and I have also given a wait time of 5 seconds but still the error exists that the element was not found.
Would you mind sharing your code with me through PM?
10747  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Which are some good instant exchange that does not require login? on: March 03, 2019, 12:14:53 AM
Just got a recommendation for two exchangers without login, but don't have any experiences with them: Godex and Changer. They can be scam. They are told to be anonymous without needed email, but also don't know the fees. Maybe someone knows these services and can tell more. Would  be interesting.
I never heard about Godex, so I wouldn't trust it.

About Changer, I just found this:

I think changer.com is selectively scamming customers. I did a few small test exchanges no problem but the first time I did a larger exchange they claimed exchange complete but coins never received and the exchange is not on the blockchain. Emails to support are not being answered not a good sign. If this was just a stuck transaction support would be answering emails. Recommend you do not use changer.com.

Be careful.
10748  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: wallet for android for ETH and BTC with actual price in USD or EUR? on: March 03, 2019, 12:01:52 AM
I would bet on Samourai, but they don't show the USD/EUR prices anymore (1 BTC = 1 BTC philosophy).

Mycelium and Electrum should do the trick.

10750  Other / Meta / Re: Last hope on: March 02, 2019, 05:50:10 PM
((I’m not arguing about copy-paste there was one or two posts at the very beginning that I brazenly stealed on one of the news sites about the blockchain, but there were no more of them and all the posts and content in general was copyright.
1 plagiarized post = permaban.

It doesn't matter what somebody else allegedly did. You just admitted plagiarism and that's enough.

Your account isn't coming back.

P.S: You, AS A PERSON, is banned from this forum. You can't create a new account nor keep posting in this forum.

You are already breaking another rule by having this account and posting with it outside a ban appeal thread. You will soon get banned again.

As per checking both addresses have unspent bitcoin so I think your wallet is not infected.

10753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin transfer not arrived, from blockchain.com on: March 01, 2019, 09:14:24 PM
The transaction already got confirmed.

Which version of Electrum are you using?
Where did you download it from?
Can you take a screenshot of your wallet history tab and post it here?
10754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting an image on: March 01, 2019, 07:17:49 PM
Sorry. I try to post to  Announcements (Altcoins). Image link is https://i.imgur.com/MzkiPHy.jpg
The image is 3,16 MB, while the max image size allowed is 2,5 MB. Try making 2 or 3 images of it instead of a big one.
10755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting an image on: March 01, 2019, 07:14:05 PM
Every time you have an issue, post as many details as you can.

What is the link of the image you are trying to post?
Where are you trying to post it?
10756  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Automating freebitco.in through Selenium Webdriver on: March 01, 2019, 09:30:32 AM
Try finding it with the element’s xpath. You can get an browser extension that gets any button’s/element’s full xpath, so it won't miss it.
10757  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Ledger Wallet Chrome Ethereum how to translate eth from there? on: March 01, 2019, 09:14:40 AM

It’s not. They are a scam.

Someone just got scammed by them 2 weeks ago; check their thread.

10760  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: scam site reporting: qr code convert https://bitcoinqrcodegenerator.win/qr3.php on: February 28, 2019, 11:40:30 PM
Using a website that generates private keys/QR codes/addresses server-side is dumb.

/thread

Btw, uBlock blocks the website for "Badware risks". Here is the "issue" where the user requested its blacklist because of it provididing fake QR codes: https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/issues/4656
