1082  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose(country)? on: February 01, 2014, 08:13:23 PM
Right where I live in Pakistan!

Pakistan is actually another hidden gem. I remember a post somewhere with beautiful pictures from pakistan. Here is one I found

Picture isn't showing but Pakistan doesn't appeal to me what so ever.

I would of thought you would of allowed me to have what I earned because it wasn't my fault and you found the bug because of that imagine if you wasn't online when someone did that you would be bankrupt within a few hours if they bid high enough.
1085  Other / Off-topic / Re: What programming language to learn? on: February 01, 2014, 03:13:08 AM
is node.js similar to PHP is it easy to learn or is it a lot more difficult?

Its javascript, so you need to learn javascript to use it. Personally, I prefer javascript to PHP but others will prefer PHP. I wouldn't say one is easier to learn than the other. But if you can learn PHP, you can certainly learn javascript no problem at all.

I'll take a look and research a bit of it and I might just give it a go.
1086  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: i have 16 bitcoins what should i do with them? on: February 01, 2014, 02:31:35 AM
keep 15 and use 1 as a way to tip/donate to useful people/organisations, and also to send to people you introduce to BTC ( 1 or 2 cents at a time )...

Good idea that would be great incentive to new people that the op has introduced to Bitcoin the remaining coins hold onto until the right price comes.

This coin is deffo a pump and dump coin even though there are so many of these this one has a different feel to it and I think I could profit from it a little more than usual coins.
1088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one will make us rich in 12 months? on: February 01, 2014, 02:28:09 AM
don't hold me to it but I am expecting ADT to have at least a 600% rise over the next 3 months I am working on completing the new blockchain once that's done the coin will do very well Smiley

info on new blockchain > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=440353.msg4838148#msg4838148

600% that's quite a large estimate are you the creator or part of the development of this coin?
1089  Other / Off-topic / Re: Book recommendation on: February 01, 2014, 02:23:22 AM
Not sure many bitcoiners spend much time reading Wink my favorite all time book is "The Castle" by Kafka. All about confusion and paranoia and authority, he was well ahead of his time.

You might be right there I haven't touched a book in years but I'll check out some of the recommendations here if they interest me it would be cool to know what other bitcoiners are reading.

I know thailand is famous for all the lady boys out there but it looks a beautiful country at least.

Any screenshots or any further evidence to back this up? Plain text doesn't really confirm you are telling the truth.
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DogeCoin already bigger than Litecoin on: February 01, 2014, 02:16:29 AM
Dogecoin will never be as successful as litcoin is litecoin is valued a lot higher than doge.
1094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: FlipPoker.net | Poker flips | Random multipliers on: February 01, 2014, 02:14:42 AM
Worst site ever.

Ties get graded as losses.  The multiplier is misleading.  On a 1.19x multiplier, for example, you are risking .0003 in order to win .00005643 (should be .0003 to win .000357).  Max bet is .0003 by the way...but the min cashout is .01.  This is insane, I highly doubt that the house edge is 1%, even if the cards are all dealt randomly (are they?), on most hands you are risking 3-10 times as much as you stand to win.  Glad I only lost small amount checking this horrible site out.

I got to 0.01 but then it got reset I was about to cash out too.
1095  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] MooCoin - Play for a Bit | Faucet | Skill-based gaming | Referral network on: February 01, 2014, 02:13:35 AM
I get a 500 error every other time I try to collect from the faucet. Undecided

It's been working for me so I don't know why it's giving you a error.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: FlipPoker.net | Poker flips | Random multipliers on: February 01, 2014, 02:06:33 AM
You have now cleared my funds for some reason why might I ask? I got up to 0.01 and tried to withdraw and had issues I assumed because you froze everyones balance then you clear it?

I will explain, I watched your game.. but then I realised that you grow your balance to quickly. It's not possible to go from 0.0003 BTC to 0.01 BTC in just 50-55 games. Then I saw the problem.. you won all the games that you should have been lost and you got credited by it. Because your profit statistics were a negative while your balance were a positive.

I really apologize for that, I hope that you understand and that we got some mayor issues to fix during this process.

I see I notice that now in the stats window when better to get rid of all the bugs sooner rather than later hope you get that fixed I thought it was to good to be true how fast I was earning it.

Back down to a smaller amount now then I guess actually now you have reset my balance again I have to low to even continue.
