1081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That's why I really like bitcoin :) on: February 20, 2023, 01:47:12 AM
lots of people like bitcoin of course for many reasons including as you said,
but I personally prefer bitcoin because bitcoin is a digital currency and how it works online, because if you go online, of course it doesn't take a lot of energy.
Your reason is very simple, it is also not wrong to express it, although for me it is not a very specific reason. Because if you like something it's just about seeing how it works online, I think there are a lot of coins now where the way it works also has to have an internet network, that is, it has to be online. So, now try to find more specific reasons so that you can continue to like Bitcoin for all time, because if you only like Bitcoin online, I'm afraid that one day you won't like Bitcoin anymore when you can't go online.

Quote
but the funny thing is there are still many people who don't like bitcoin.
There's nothing funny about those who don't like Bitcoin, because maybe they still don't understand what Bitcoin is, so they choose not to like it before they really know about Bitcoin by trying to find out for themselves what Bitcoin is. Or ask people who already know this before, so I don't think there's anything funny about them.
1082  Economy / Economics / Re: does bitcoin help in your economy? on: February 20, 2023, 01:18:04 AM
The question is whether when you benefit from bitcoin, you can help your economy and your family?
What is the name of profit from anything is clear that it can always help the economy of our family and ourselves in life and that is not only the advantage that is obtained through Bitcoin, but also other benefits, namely being able to help the family's economy and life in general.

In bitcoin I've been getting some profits that have been accumulated for 3 years now.  But for altcoins, most of my losses are huge.  Only when selling bitcoin will it calculate its benefit to your economy, I do not sell at all.  Bitcoin also motivates me to be more positive, more optimistic, better thinking, better financial management…
He only asked about the advantages of Bitcoin and did not mention any disadvantages from anywhere. Including your losses that come from altcoins, so I think you only need to give a very simple answer for him because the name of profit is something that can be utilized in life and of course it can greatly help the economy of his family and himself.
1083  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: February 19, 2023, 11:52:44 PM
We consider the current position of Bitcoin to be a short bull run. But Bitcoin may face some hurdles in the future. Bitcoin price is most likely not moving lower as the cryptocurrency market touched 15 which is an all-time low. But once again, the Bitcoin market rose a bit higher and settled at 25K in the bull run. But there's no set time frame for how long this bull run will last until it's credible. Investors are advised to take up to 30k positions in this fertilizer run.
Investors have of course prepared their respective strategies in response to the short bull run that has occurred in the last two months. As some of them are also recovering the amount of money they lost in the last year's downturn and for now, they definitely won't hesitate to continue buying and are monitoring the price very well before the big bullrun really comes in Bitcoin. But I also don't think that a big bullrun will come this year even though it could happen within this year.
1084  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin as gift on: February 19, 2023, 11:33:04 PM
Is it cool to give a friend bitcoin as a gift on his birthday?
I have a friend who I have been telling about bitcoin for the past 2 weeks now and he's paying more attention to it, on the 1st of March is his birthday party I want to surprise him with $200 BTC because I can't attend his birthday party.
So is it apprised to gift a friend bitcoin at his birthday party?
Maybe it would just be cool to the two of you and not necessarily to everyone else at her birthday party at the time, because for that $200 you could buy another fancy item that your friend can use to help her learn about Bitcoins and how to get them and how to store them.

So if you just told your friend about Bitcoin two weeks ago, I don't think you need to immediately give him a gift in the form of Bitcoin even if it's only $200. Because the better gift for your friend right now is to tell him about how to get Bitcoins so he can use that knowledge all year round for himself. Even though what you want to give is also not wrong as long as you have thought about it more thoroughly.
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 16, 2023, 01:17:14 PM
I remember when Bayern Munich was playing consecutive and successive draws in the league not knowing that their points are being reduced. Although having 1 point is better than having no point at all. I don't think that Union Berlin can will the league, unless they take the advantage that Bayern is aiming  both Bundesliga and champions league.
In the Bundesliga standings it is now seen that there are three teams that can disrupt the top of the standings if one of them loses their next game. This is obviously very interesting because now Bayern Munich is under pressure and is a very worthy opponent to compete in this season, even though in terms of strength it may still not be said to be balanced. But this time Bayern Munich needs to play more focused so that Union Berlin and Dortmund cannot sit in first place in the Bundesliga this season.
1086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Helped my neighbor to purchase some Bitcoins on: February 16, 2023, 01:05:51 PM
I agree with you that we strongly support efforts to warn each other to keep Bitcoin assets well and as safe as possible in wallets that provide security not in wallets that can be controlled by others such as exchange wallets even though the exchange has a big name.
Inviting people to a better direction is certainly very pleasant but not in a forced state. Whoever they are, as long as they want to go in a positive direction, we must support them.
This kind of thing obviously must be supported because the direction is good, especially if the person is doing a good thing based on his own intentions and not because of coercion from others. I also agree with what you say because I also like to support people who do good and want to direct more people to good things. One of them is like telling people to keep Bitcoin safe and also giving advice not to sell it at a lower price.
1087  Economy / Economics / Re: To cut financial ties with original family benefits you in the long run on: February 16, 2023, 12:31:41 PM
You are right but sometimes, Some of our parents can not bear to see their children in that position, and if they are in a position to help will always want to do so until the child gets back on their feet however this does not mean the child shouldn't find a way to sustain his or herself cos we know some will take advantage of that too. I don't think most children would want to rely on their parents but sometimes if situations can become tough then both parties have no choice.
Every parent would be happy if their children could live independently without depending on them anymore. But this is clearly not intended for children who are still in school or who are still learning many things and are still attached to their campus.

Because independent things are always aimed at children who have grown up and it is also time to build their own future in this world. So everyone must also look at this based on the child's age to become independent, because it is not very good if parents force a child who is still in school to become independent in his life.
1088  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2023, Bullish or Bearish? on: February 16, 2023, 11:57:20 AM
If we pay attention to the trends that have occurred until now then we are sure that 2023 can be bullish, today the price has risen by more than 10% and away from $ 20k, maybe tomorrow the price can touch $ 25k and will continue to rise because many will panic immediately buy, even reasonable if this year the price can make new ATH at $ 70k level.
It's still too far away for a new ATH level of $70K, and it's likely that Bitcoin will still need some time over the next year to get a new ATH at that level. Because now Bitcoin has not yet reached half of the ATH price, so there is still a lot of time needed for Bitcoin to achieve this and I don't think that it will be achieved easily this year.

But the increase that is happening now can at least make everyone's enthusiasm and trust continue to increase for Bitcoin and this is very optimistic if it can continue in Bitcoin in every month of this year. Other than that, this upgrade is a win for those who are still holding Bitcoin and bought Bitcoin at $16K in the last year.
1089  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Bulan Literasi Kripto (BLK) on: February 16, 2023, 11:37:08 AM

1090  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to trade your Bitcoin on: February 16, 2023, 11:05:49 AM
Please my fellow friends fans and family I greet everyone in this  house. I am new year I hope I am welcome. I need more update about Bitcoin how to invest in Bitcoin how to trade with it. Friends have been testifying about it I really need the help of this house is. I strongly believe that bitcoin is one of the best investment someone can invest but the question is how can I do it I really need the help of this room please
For updates about Bitcoin I think now you can find it in many places including in this forum, and for how to invest in Bitcoin you can start by buying as much Bitcoin as you can and holding it for some time or until you see the price of Bitcoin at a higher level than Now.

For how to trade with Bitcoin, you only need to use several large, well-known exchanges and try to buy at a low price or when a price correction starts to occur in Bitcoin, then sell it when the price has started to increase like in the past two days. Very simple and not at all difficult.
1091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Extremely Holding on: February 16, 2023, 02:38:48 AM
I know a man who has been storing his bitcoins for more than five years and is still not going to sell them, his plan is to wait for the next major growth, he believes that the price will be 100 thousand and until then he will continue to increase his savings. There are people who clearly follow their plan.
That sounded pretty incredible, because I'd never heard of such a thing before. But is a man holding huge amounts of Bitcoin waiting for a $100K price growth? Because if you only keep it in a small amount, I don't think it will be extraordinary enough for him even if the Bitcoin price reaches $ 100K later. If he was a big man with a lot of capital and still really believed in Bitcoin, surely he would try to add more Bitcoin savings before the $ 100K price happened to Bitcoin.
1092  Economy / Speculation / Re: How was your belief formed? on: February 16, 2023, 01:47:26 AM
The 2017 uptick followed by the huge 2018 gear growth convinced me it is going to last.

Btw right now we are far off ath of 69k but just like 2018 gear growth is massive.

So i have faith in another strong 💪 price rally
While it's still a long way from the $69K price Bitcoin once reached, the price rally is now also very good and is even closer to $25K again. Hopefully this good thing can continue past $69K so another ATH can build up very neatly in Bitcoin. Personally, I am also very optimistic that the increase in the price of Bitcoin will continue well this year and everyone will be happy when they see another increase in the price in these two days.
1093  Economy / Economics / Re: Untouchable Savings: Do you have it? on: February 15, 2023, 11:58:18 PM
In trying to save, they're things we shouldn't deprive ourselves and no.1 is our well-being (food). It's different when there's no money to feed than when there's money and you decide to starve only to save up for unforseen circumstances.
For all I know, your decisions might bring about something that the money you have saved up wouldn't even be enough to get rid off.
Nothing beats life, cause that's the only thing in this world that can't and shouldn't be traded for any other thing, so now we have it, make sure you're comfortable and satisfied.
Convenience and satisfaction is when someone can eat and not starve just because he is keeping his savings. Because for me things are a little illogical when someone is willing to starve so they don't want their savings to run out, but imagine if they were sick as a result of holding on to that hunger. Wouldn't that also drain more of his savings than would be used to buy food?

So if you can still eat using a little savings, it's better not to hold back hunger because it's really not good for your body's health. That's why it's better to keep eating even if you have to sacrifice a little savings because on another occasion, everyone can still save again to realize their dreams in a healthier condition.
1094  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin inflation wilder than fiat? on: February 15, 2023, 11:33:58 PM
Of course bitcoin inflation is deeper than fiat, bitcoin price fluctuations occur almost every day so that it makes it difficult for anyone to control prices, and if you want to control prices you need a very large stock and capital, this is what makes many countries not legalize bitcoin because it can cause problems serious if not controlled.
Actually the problem in several developed countries that have not legalized Bitcoin is not only in the price fluctuation sector, but in their ability to still not be able to control their own financial system so they must really have the ability to do that so they don't experience a lot of losses when the price goes down, but they also have to look for opportunities when the price increases a lot like what happened now where the price of Bitcoin is already approaching $ 25K.

This means that price fluctuations in Bitcoin are very reasonable and also every Bitcoin holder only has to understand it in general and be able to withstand it in the long term. So the serious problems that may be faced by countries that have legalized Bitcoin also have a better solution as long as the state wants to look for it properly.
1095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin (food for table) on: February 14, 2023, 10:47:36 AM
Bitcoin has feed many people dead or alive, I discovered that many people source of surviving is through Bitcoin. Families that have nothing to offer has survived probably because their children are involved in trading bitcoin but now that the price is down I know most of us that this has being the only means of livelihood, is being tough to meet up the current hardship in the land.
I haven't made Bitcoin my sole livelihood during this time, as I always take on more job opportunities if the offer is right and if the partnership doesn't interfere with my time for other work. Know that people who have more than one different job in their life will always find it easier to get food every day even though their comfort starts to decrease a little because their days are always busy with work.

Quote
Bitcoin should do well again I pray do that we can have plenty people in what we do, evidence of anything is the result of you can present. Investment has not making sense anymore. Is just stagnant and dropping down the axis. Bitcoin keep putting food on our table
In my opinion, investment still makes a lot of sense if the assets invested are clearly assets that are liked by many people, for example like Bitcoin. Because besides you can still trade it to find your daily profit, you can also invest Bitcoin for the long term in the hope of bigger profits. Even though maybe you prefer small profits that look more certain because you can enjoy them right away.
1096  Economy / Economics / Re: The fear of global recession is real or just a speculation? on: February 14, 2023, 10:17:08 AM
While there is no doubt that the current global recovery remains slow and fragile, there is a general consensus among economists that we are now experiencing a period of more sustainable economic growth. Nonetheless, individual countries may experience a recession as part of their normal business cycle.
Usually a seemingly slow recovery like the one in the current example won't experience a more profound fragility, as a faster recovery is also more likely to experience a more profound correction making it appear fragile. In fact a seemingly slow recovery could also lay the foundation for a more certain growth this year and I'm saying this more to Bitcoin as an example. Not to the business cycle or global economic growth.
1097  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto prices crash as threat of war looms on: February 14, 2023, 10:06:18 AM
In addition, green cryptocurrencies help increase the resilience of the cryptocurrency sector. People can reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to reducing emissions. So green coins have a good advantage over popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. It seems to me that in 2023 green cryptocurrencies will be in great demand.
Is there another more obvious reason than what you said it was for the green cryptocurrency you meant? Because I still haven't made any observations and research specifically on the green crypto currency you said because so far I have only made observations on Bitcoin and continue to like Bitcoin until now by not looking at other currencies except for fiat currency which I use a day -day. So I want to know about other things that are in the green cryptocurrency from you now.
1098  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the $17,000+ bitcoin price breakout benchmark to new price direction on: February 14, 2023, 09:46:40 AM
Many people think that the increase that is happening right now is a trap because prices will fall deeper, hopefully this will not happen and this year it can recover, I'm afraid if this year drops again like in 2022 then many investors will run and choose other investments so they need long time to be able to rise again. if we focus on the long term then I suggest to keep buying and stop when the price reaches $40k.
Why stop buying when the Bitcoin price reaches $40K? It's not that Bitcoin has also ever increased in price by more than that and there is still a possibility of repeating the same thing in the following years by increasing by more than that. So if you have a reason to advise everyone on buying, you should also be able to provide a reason why you are telling everyone to stop buying when the Bitcoin price reaches $40K.
1099  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Coredao yang lagi viral on: February 14, 2023, 08:21:10 AM

Which crypto currency wallet can I use to invest on Bitcoin?
Can I use luno wallet to invest in Bitcoin?
https://www.luno.com/
Based on the way I am very despirate about crypto trading I have been scammed many times. I don't really know how I joined this forum but the way am seeing things, here this is were I can learn more about Bitcoin investment.
Luno looks like an exchange and if you want to make an investment by holding more Bitcoins try to choose a good wallet as suggested by @_act_ in his post instead of keeping it on any exchange because you can't have full control over the wallet that is on any exchange like you manage a wallet that you make yourself personally. So try not to keep more Bitcoins on the exchange if you are not trading them on a daily basis.
