This mode is not available on newer AMD cards. Only the old ones have this option, RX570, RX470 and so on. But since vega56/vega64 this option is not available.
Good. Then 72 MHASH is possible with the Team Black Miner with a small code change.

My Rx 6800 clocked at 72 Mh / s when mining Zil and back to Eth they clocked at 65 Mh / s but the rigs were crashing.
Did you enable compute mode?

Unfortunately, the poolside effective hashrate (flexpool) was lower overall along with a higher number of stale shares overall so I'm not using Nicehash, Flexpool, huobipool doesn't pay for stale shares, so you need to use a low --xintensity. We are working on an improved dynamic intensity for these pools. In the meantime you can checkout https://woolypooly.com/ . Small pool that pay for stale shares. The poolside hashrate is really good.
We have done some test on pools and intensity. On many pools --xintensity 64 is too high. Hiveon pool gave 4-5% stale shares. Lowering to --xintensity 32 increased the poolside hashrate around 3MHASH on the rig. v1.10 will have a new dynamic --xintensity wich will remove stales. prelimenary tests show +20mhash poolside. (On pools that don't accept stale shares.) [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

If you need other miner then it means teamblackminer doesn't support verthash. This is problem because its not possible to setup with programs like awesome miner which expect one exe file. If you are creator of both miner, why not incorporate verthash algo into team black miner ? It would make things easier for some people like me who wants to use auto switching software. Unless there is a solution I dont see
It will be done later. here is the todo list and ETA:
1. Fix known bugs and add an API. (1 week) 2. Faster opencl kernel (2 weeks) 3. Merge vertcoin code out of spminer and into tbminer exe. (3 weeks)

No, ETC on AMD have same problem with 16GB virtual memory settings. Till TBM 1.06 I had some extra 2MH/s from AMD to 38MH/s from laptop RTX3060 (80W) on NiceHash ETH Can you try with --no-stats?
|
|
|
Thank you. First instance with CUDA device work correctly but second instance with AMD device end with timeout.
Does ethereum classic mining work? Try to add 16gb of virtual memory.
|
|
|
Last working TBM was 1.06.
Try running 2 instances of the miner. Copy the folder so that each instance run in its own folder. One with the -Z flag (all cuda devices) the other one with --amd-only (all amd devices).

the reported hashrate still shows up 0 on ethermine for me on the new version
Can you try 1.09? Is it working?
have you got a tuto or a vid for see that because i never see a cg who can be oc at his maxi with just removing the P0 state . With fix gpu core and fix ram the performance are way better so if you can add this command like near all other mining software it will be better it's way easier to put all value in the .bat vs tune in afterburner each card
You set it and the rig will keep the setting until you reinstall the driver. Stable clocks nice profit. Don't need the miner to do this https://www.reddit.com/r/RenderToken/comments/9w2rd9/how_to_use_maximum_p0_power_state_with_nvidia/[moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

Sp, may be is due to the fact that no matter what I do, Chrome,Edge and Firefox doesn't let me ( and others) download it ? 1.06, 1,07, 1,08 versions
v1.09 has less false positives on virus total and will not be eaten. windows cuda 11_2 release: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ibb.co%2FNLLsm6N%2Fno-virus.png&t=663&c=4Xt6vz4PPGTb3A)

do you think add -lock_cclock and --mclock command in a near future like that we dont need to have an oc software just for fix these 2 values ?
Run Nvidiaprofile inspector and disable P2 state. In P0 state the clocks run higher, and stable. So you have to retune the clocks in msi afterburner afterwards.
the reported hashrate still shows up 0 on ethermine for me on the new version
TBMiner --algo ethash --hostname eu1.ethermine.org --port 4444 --wallet %ETH_WALLET% --worker_name pckingkong --xintensity -1 ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ibb.co%2F9vQRg8V%2Fethermine2.png&t=663&c=oMO86NrOQ3DmLQ) I tried a couple of rigs and both show hashrate on ethermine. What is your launch config? linux or windows? are you running the v1.08 version [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

No track record for T-rex???
28 hits on virustotal in 2021.. I'm using it from beginning of 2018, it is more than 3,5 years, was beta testing it in 2018...How old is "TBM"?
I have been optimizing mining software since 2013. The t-rex ethereum kernel is a copy of the work I did back in 2014. google ccminer, Fix "Dag verification failed. Exiting..." problem and lets see then. For me, and as few more people reported here, this is problem number 1.
An unoptimized kernel can run at a higher clock, but it doesn't increase your profit. If i lower memory oc (200-300 mhz!), then tbm will start, but hash speed is lower compared to t-rex even with --xintensity -1.
Keep the memclock, lower the core clock increase the tdp, change the pool.

Ethermine is not following protocol. If pools don't play by the rules, you should change to a more profitable pool.
I am testing it in Linux now, btw but I can understand why people is careful
T-rex with 28 hits on virustotal and no trackrecord.. You should be careful with the other miners. Increase your profit with Team Black... https://www.pouet.net/[moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

Still crashing when creating dag and because of this, only 2/9 of my rigs use your miner. Reported about this one before, but did not get any answer: when mining
You need to retune your rig. Start from scratch. Lower the core clock , add a few percent power, play with the --xintensity, perhaps change pool? Gain a few percent... with MPH console is showing difficulty as "3.00". What number is that? Nbminer shows 12,89G, t-rex 12,88 G. MPH always had high difficulty with 1-2 shares every ~5 min with 3060ti, so i'm sure that TBM is showing wrong number.
Ethproxy and ethereum stratum(2 different protocols) has 2 different way to display the difficulty. We show the Ethproxy diff for ethproxy pools, the others convert to Eth stratum 1.0 diff.

You report that AMD stats are broken, but working fine here on 3 rigs.. Recent Adraline drivers (from 2021). Anybody else have a picture with stats for AMD, and driver version? (Remember to activate compute mode on the devices) You need a driver that support ADL2_OverdriveN_Capabilities EDIT: We seem to have forgot to support overdrive8, so this will be added in the next version. New cards need v8. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ibb.co%2FGt5FD2f%2F20210924-111719.jpg&t=663&c=7SsBnjpc1cIdFQ)

try with --xintensity -1. More speed on some pools

You need cuda 11.4 version and the latest driver try to run the following in the command: nvidia-smi --query-gpu=temperature.memory --id=0 --format=csv Do you get: temperature.memory N/A Disregard the previous post. I updated to the latest Nvidia driver (471.12) and now it shows the Power Draw, Core Clock, and Memory Clock. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Still seems to be an issue with AMD stats.
Can you move the file atiadlxx.dll out of the folder and try again?
