-Reboot
-Uninstall any SDK currently installed
-Reboot
-Download driver sweeper: http://phyxion.net/item/driver-sweeper.html
-Clean out all Ati/AMD drivers with driver sweeper
-Reboot
-Install the latest WHQL CCC package downloaded directly from AMD
-Reboot
