1081  Economy / Economics / Re: is bitcoin strong enough to withstand an attack from the fiat-money system owner on: December 30, 2016, 10:04:37 AM
Bitcoin I think is not strong enough to withstand an attack from the fiat-money system owner in case if bitcoin became a threat to fiat-money in the future. It is not strong enough in my opinion since it is in a free market where everyone can buy and sell their coins. Therefore if the fiat owner decides to attack it, he can just dump it to the lowest possible price bitcoin will have but that happening 1 year from now is not possible but it is very possible 50 years from now.

It's very hard to say what would be 50 years from now, maybe the world wouldn't exist anymore. Anyway, in some parts of financial world bitcoin is already considered as a threath and these people would like bitcoin to disappear but I think that by now banks and governments are clear with the fact they can't avoid bitcoin and other virtua currencies because this is the future but now thp are trying to get the most out of it for themselves too.
1082  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: (RE: Exchanges hack) Let's talk about a solution before instead of crying after on: December 30, 2016, 04:54:26 AM
I don't think there is anything we can actualy do. Exchangers are attractive target and from time to time tho will be attacked. It's up to them to put their security to a higher level and protect themselves as well as their customers. Also they should have a policy how to treat their customers if damage has been done and how to return the coins.
I don't know much about the decentralized exchangers too but O don't know how this could be a solution. Can't they be attacked also?
1083  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price is $977 now, Will it hit $1,000? on: December 29, 2016, 05:31:40 PM

1084  Economy / Services / Re: Participate in a new forum regarding Ransomware support on: December 28, 2016, 05:24:54 PM
as long as the information that is in you forum is good and does not leading to hackers using you site to find targets
then u forum will be a good help to users that want to stop this kind of attack and if the user have special experience in dealing with
this then a lot of member will join to find help.

Yeah, this could be the danger of this forum. Hackers would probably also visit it and trying to get as much information they can. So, users should be careful with the data and information. Otherwise is a good idea to help people with ransomware, this has realy become huge problem.
1085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: December 28, 2016, 03:52:05 PM
Here on forum it's.logical and normal for majority of us that we are familiar with bitcoin for a long time. But the truth is that there are many people who have never heard of bitcoins and don't know that it exists and nor how to use it. We have to be aware that bitcoin users are still very limited group in global sense.
1086  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: December 28, 2016, 12:13:31 PM
One bitcoin could be some average salary (in some average country) so if you have regular job this is the easiest way to earn this sum. If you want earning in bitcoins this is not such a small sum that is very easy to make but for persons who have some special skills that are wanted that shouldn't be such a problem.
1087  Economy / Speculation / Re: Once we hit $1000, how far will BTC drop? on: December 27, 2016, 05:02:01 PM
Seems that we are rapidly approaching to 100$. And because of the past experience people are probably expecting big and rapid drop in price afterwards. But this doesn't necessary happen. Bitcoin is not more stable, more embeded then before. The dump will occurr sooner or later but it doesn't necessary have be a catastrophy.
1088  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: December 27, 2016, 04:43:21 PM
How can they say the bitcoin is dead with price good as this? I think that demand for the coins is on the rise and with the good price bitcoin is attracting new users. But not all people are familiar with bitcoin and some of those who have heard of it think that it's banned or illegal or beeing used only on deepweb.
1089  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.06 BTC loan on: December 27, 2016, 02:39:29 PM
Your collateral could barely go for the 40% of your loan amount
I am ready to fullfill but you need to provide more to recover in case you default

Sorry, I don't have any other collateral. But thank you for the good will. I will not insist, I've tried with this request if someone is comfortable with these conditions, that would help cover my expenses. I don't have much experience with borrowing, only once with Loan Shark.
1090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The danger of the cyptocurrencies on: December 27, 2016, 02:09:23 PM
There is no danger in cryptocurrency, just some people or better to say governments are spreading irrational fear of it because they are afraid for their financial or maybe even political system. Cryptocurrencies offer progress and there is no harm in it. If everyone accepts their advantages it could be better for us all.

1092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Forever: 26.04 BTC Burned In 2016 on: December 27, 2016, 10:34:24 AM
This is not a small sum at all, what a pitty. The reasons could be very different but I wonder if there is any way at all to somehow save this coins or they are realy lost forever? Or if not now maybe sometimes in the future because this is truly big damage.
1093  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Horse Racing on: December 26, 2016, 06:53:21 PM
I would like to try myself in horse racing bets for bitcoins. I wanted to try this site but since I don't have much experience I would like to hear some advice and recommendations from you guys. Do you have some horses you always bet or are your lucky ones, what should I be careful with and so on.
1094  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best traders in the world – what they have in common on: December 26, 2016, 05:45:18 PM
Great traders are experienced, they have cool head and don't make decisions with the heart. They are not afraid to take the risk and even lose something to win even more next time. I beleive they also have some sixt sense for the market and then they make predictions. But they also need some luck too.
1095  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the minimum amount to start as a trader? on: December 26, 2016, 05:18:39 PM
There is no minimum amount to trade. You take any amount you can and feel comfortable with and start "playing". You will learn the best on your own skin. If it goes well for you you can increase the amount as well listen to some advice from professionals.
1096  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: XAPO Validation on: December 26, 2016, 11:08:48 AM
I experienced this almost six months ago. I also had to send verifucation documents because they are obliged to verify all their users due to the anti money laundering policy. I've sent all they have requested and verification took about a week. Since now is holiday season it may take a bit longer.
1097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UNICEF has invested in a South African blockchain startup on: December 25, 2016, 08:40:47 PM
Another proof that blockchain technology is more and more beeing used for wider sense then only related to bitcoin. So the fact that UNICEF is showing interested and supporting blockchain doesn't necessary mean that this has anything to do with supporting bitcoin. These two things doesn't have to be mixed up.
1098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this true or a speculation on: December 25, 2016, 07:38:54 PM
Of course where there is money there is greed and there is scam, scamming especially in bitcoin is very easy I myself had a problem with this , a while ago I have tried to invest some of my btc into some cloud mining everything seemed fine the site was legit at first people were joining in and investing as well until one day the owner disappeared with huge amount of money , you probably know the site it was called Hash Ocean.

You are right bitcoin is especialy convenient for different kind of scams because scammers are often very  hard to trace and identify. Cloud mining sites could be especialy dangerous I can't remember any of them that is legit and where people haven't lost their money.
1099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is the best future currency? on: December 25, 2016, 08:27:05 AM
In the future we will probably have cashless world. Bitcoin is virtual currency that is ideal to compete with current payment system and money. It's already good established, you can check every transaction and Bitcoin is available to anyone without state boundaries. It's easy to manage with and with your online wallet it's available to you everywhere, whenever, 24/7.

1100  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Price Jumps on Trump Victory on: December 24, 2016, 02:20:41 PM
Current price jump has nothing to do with Trumps future presidency. Why do you think this is connected? If someone has a proof or theory please explain this. Chinese are deeply involved in Bitcoin price and they can affect it a lot but not the Trump. At least not at the moment.
