1081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 23, 2019, 01:22:56 PM
I know how people feel, those who invested in December or January like me, who fell love with crypto, and the way price was going up, never believed I have to see market cap under $250 billion. However, Everyday I check my Black folio app, I feel sick in my stomach. Sometimes I feel what I have done? But i knew there was a risk, i knew, I could lose money, but I couldn't control my rush of blood, seeing people buying right and left whatever they could.

But my question to all those investors, do you believe in crypto? If you do then hold tight because good days will come, if you are not in need an emergency cash, then hold your coin, It can't be red all days, it will be green. have some faith in this industry. I know it's hard seeing the bloodbath, what's happening, but we will rise again.

Even though I lost 70% of my portfolio, I'm still holding because I know good days are coming soon. Good luck guys.

Well, my current holdings are.

1. NEO
2. LISK
3. XLM
4. MCO
5. BAT
6. POWR
7. WABI
8. START
9. WTC
10. RPX
Neo, Wabi and RPX are good altcoins for investing purpose and I also made some bag with these altcoins. Good old days are left behind the bull market and the chances are low for the bull market for this year.
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is advertising for ICOs unethical? on: April 22, 2019, 10:13:15 PM
Advertising the ICO can be unethical if there is any involved scam in the project. ICOs usually are created by porfessional teams who seek the success of the project. There is no exception here, fortunately.
1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Vs Trading on: April 22, 2019, 09:58:20 PM
Bounty payments are delay4ed intently by the bounty managers and there are no many things left to do,unfortunately. Trading the altcoins can give higher returns but there will be involved risks in this business too.
1084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop SCAM in the ICO market on: April 22, 2019, 09:51:43 PM
Scam project was here and there will be scam  ICOs always. There is no point to discuss their reliability as a project but victims are bounty hunters and investors who believed in the project and team.
1085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alternative coins to invest now for 2020 on: April 22, 2019, 09:06:15 PM
I already have enough bitcoin but I want to expend my asset holdings into Altcoin. Now I'm a newbie and have no experience but that doesn't mean i will jump right into buying your suggested coins. I will do more research but I need guidance on the coins to look into that's why I started this thread. I'm interested in privacy, gambling and currency coins

I'll be spending more time on the alternative board now, hope I'm welcome.
You are always welcome but why do you think it will worth to invest in the cheap or small market cap coins? There are always opportunities for those who wait patiently but the requirements make it a hard challenge to make a decent return on the investment.
1086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why IEOs Came Into Existence? on: April 22, 2019, 09:03:24 PM
Have you ever thought of this before?

When I first heard of IEOs from smaller exchanges, I thought they were simply catering to one of the demands of ICO investors which is immediate exchange listing.

Then came the bigger centralized exchanges like Binance, Bittrex, and Kucoin. It somehow made me wonder why would they open up their platform to crowdfunding. Maybe because they also think that the ICO market is dying? If so, then that would mean less new projects. With less new projects, less potential source of income (listing fees).

So in the end, it is still all about the $$$. These exchange are probably afraid of losing one of their major source of income  Grin

What's your take on this?

In the beginning, I did not believe that the IEO can be profitable, I thought that this is another type of fraud. When I saw that they could be profitable, it was already too late - the number of people willing to invest in new projects became very large and it became very difficult to become a real investor in the IEO on the major exchanges.
At the first impressions, it was like the new version of the old token sale organisation. Now the difference is cleared by the big exchanges and real investors will never look back. After  the end of old style token sale IEOs will lead token sales to a new and healthy channel.
1087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking to invest in a couple alts.. on: April 17, 2019, 10:53:01 PM
Making a portfolio with different altcoin can limit the losses caused by single cryptocurrency. Variety of cryptocurrencies will lead to track more altcoins and having more altcoins can give different outcomes for each invested amount.
1088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in? on: April 17, 2019, 10:37:16 PM
I advice you to check the ICOs that are listed on ICO drops, because their team is good to find the promising ICOs.
But I think it is good to invest in bitcoin as price is low and we can afford so many bitcoin at miner price, it has good history and long term holding is best way to make profit from, it bitcoin is the first crypto currency which is now very famous, all over the world people invest in bitcoin so better for you to invest in bitcoin than ICO projects.

Bitcoin's current price can give us the next opportunity for investing further. Low prices pull more interest to the project but the project should continue to do marketing task for more.
1089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in ICO anymore. Do not Feed scammers on: April 17, 2019, 10:31:05 PM
ICOs already lost their head after the widely spread news about scam ICOs and new IEO thing. Feeing scammers can be a problem for those who have no idea how scam projects scam others.
1090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should there be a time limit for coin swap? on: April 17, 2019, 10:24:44 PM
The time limit for coin swap is not necessary and giving enough time to investors are better than making a rush. Limits should be applied to the amount of token depending on the token owning rate rather than applying time limit.
1091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important question to Investors!! on: April 17, 2019, 10:17:51 PM
Investors are people who take the risks and they enter the token sales if calculated risks are worth to potential rewards. Reliable projects don't need to make a KYC for cutting the token abusers IMHO.
1092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Listing Exchange Fees on: April 17, 2019, 10:10:44 PM
I was wondering too about the listing prices on known exchanges but there is no open information on exchange sites. Fees depend on the project's itself in my opinion.
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You Can't Be Jobless And Be Participating In Bounties on: April 17, 2019, 10:03:26 PM
Bounty distributions are the biggest reason why so many bounty hunters left the area and go to look for the new job. I know some guys who forget the last date of her SV used and she is now ICO expert in the company.
1094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the large variety of Altcoins hurting the market? on: April 17, 2019, 09:57:57 PM
A large variety of Altcoins cannot hurt the market cap of cryptocurrencies in my opinion. Having a variety of choices for investing is better than having to shortlist of possibly invested coins.
1095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is still productive on: April 17, 2019, 09:39:46 PM
Altcoins can be a real way of earning if there is proper planning before investing in. Big and top altcoins can be a safe investment but the rewards are low too with the less risk.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solutions to KYC complain of some Bounty Hunters on: April 17, 2019, 09:36:11 PM
KYC problem is not new in the crypto projects but many projects joined to scam train for getting more coin. The dark web is full of KYC documents for sale and sometimes I fear about my documents.
1097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new look to KYC, from a customer's perspective. on: April 17, 2019, 09:28:17 PM
Know your CEO Cheesy
What a creative opinion about the KYC!
KYC is not dangerous for trustworthy projects but  I can't say the same thing about a scam projects.
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to coins that peeged their ICO to Ethereum? on: April 17, 2019, 09:24:07 PM
For example, some projects want to take fixed token allocation with pegging the ETH'value to 120 euro. After the end of the token sale, token's price will be decided by the traders in newly listed exchanges.
1099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What was your biggest mistake launching your coin? on: April 17, 2019, 09:19:52 PM
I never decided to make my own cryptocurrency but it will be exceptional for me if I ever decide to do it. Launching new blockchain and a new token is hard and finding the professional developers is not easy.
1100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW to successfuly participate in an IEO? Initial exchange offering on: April 17, 2019, 09:15:18 PM
For Binance, I advise joining the IEO before the official announcement. Last time few guys share their experience on the Reddit about this bug but I never tried this.
